First Muharram - Dua and Amaal

Transliteration

Allahu akbar Allahu akbar Allahu akbar rabbi wa rabbukallah la ilaha illa huwa rabbul alamin alhamdu lillahilladhi khalaqani wa khalaqaka wa qaddaraka fi manazilika wa jaalaka ayatan lil-alamina yubahillahu bikal mala'ikah Allahumma ahillahu alayna bil-amni wal-imani was-salamati wal-islami wal-ghibtati was-sururi wal-bahjati wa thabbitna ala taatika wal-musaraati fima yurdik Allahumma barik lana fi shahrina hadha warzuqna khayrahu wa barakatahu wa yumnahu wa awnahu wa fawzahu wasrif anna sharrahu wa bala'ahu wa fitnatahu birahmatika ya arhamar-rahimin

Translation

Exalt the Sublime God and say: "God is the Great! God is the Great! God is the Great! God is my Lord and your Lord! God is the Lord of the worlds. There are no Gods but God. Praise be to God, Who created me, created you, destined Your Path and established you as a sign for the people of the world. God takes pride in you near the angels. O' my God! Please let this month be a period of peace, faith, safety and total submission to Your will . Please establish us firmly in Your obedience and make us walk apace swiftly to that which You like and approve. O' my God! Please bless us in this month. And please bless us with its generous goodness and abundance, its blessedness, assistance and salvation. and safeguard us from any evil, misfortune and mischief during this month. By Your Mercy! O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful."

Transliteration

O Allah! You are Allah! There is no God but You! I ask You through Yourself, Your Words, and all Your Beautiful Names, And Your Prophets, Your Messengers, Your Guardians, Your near-stationed angels, and all Your servants in the ranks of the righteous, That You do not deprive me of Your Mercy which encompasses all things. O Allah! O Compassionate! O the One! O the Living! O the First! O the Last! O Outward! O Inward! O King! O Rich! O the All-Encompassing! O the All-Hearing! O the All-Knowing! O the Sublime! O Witness! O the All-Near! O the Responder! O the Praiseworthy! O the Most Glorious! O Exalted in Might! O Irresistible! O Creator! O the Bestower of Good! O the Giver of Bounties! O the Worshipped! O the Eternal! O the Enduring! O the Living! O the Self-Subsisting! O the Unique! O the Odd! O the One! O the Eternal, Absolute! O Resurrector! O Inheritor! O the All-Hearing! O the All-Knowing! O Knower of subtleties! O the All-Aware! O Munificent! O the Noble! O the Able! O the Affluent! O the Subduer! O the Compassionate! O the Merciful! O the Constrictor! O the Expander! O the Forbearing! O the All-Generous! O Pardoner! O the Compassionate! O the All-Forgiving! Here I am, insignificant in Your power, standing right in front of You,

Allahumma anta Allahu la ilaha illa ant As'aluka bika wa bikalamatika wa asma'ikal husna kulliha Wa anbiya'ika wa rusulika wa awliya'ika wa mala'ikatikal muqarrabina wa jami'i ibadikas-salihin Alla tukhliyani min rahmatikallati wasi'at kulla shay Ya Allahu ya Rahmanu ya Wahidu ya Hayyu ya Awwalu ya Akhiru ya Zahiru ya Batin Ya Maliku ya Ghanniyu ya Muhitu ya Sami'u ya Alimu ya Aliyyu ya Shahidu ya Qaribu ya Mujib Ya Hamidu ya Majidu ya Azizu ya Qahharu ya Khaliqu ya Muhsinu ya Mun'imu ya Mabud Ya Qadimu ya Daimu ya Hayyu ya Qayyumu ya Fardu ya Watru ya Ahadu ya Samad Ya Ba'ithu ya Warithu ya Sami'u ya Alimu ya Latifu ya Khabiru ya Jawadu ya Majidu Ya Qadiru ya Muqtadiru ya Qahharu ya Rahmanu ya Rahimu ya Qabidu ya Basitu Ya Halimu ya Karimu ya Afuwwu ya Ra'ufu ya Ghafur Ha ana dha saghirun fi qudratika bayna yadayk

Transliteration

Turning longingly toward You, despite my frequent forgetfulness and many sins. Were it not for the vastness of Your Mercy, Your favor, and Your kindness, I would surely have been among the ruined ones. O He Who is fully aware of my poverty and my absolute need for His beautiful gaze and expansive mercy! I ask You by the totality of Your Names—those I know of them and those I do not know— And by Your Right over Your creation, by Your pre-existence, Your eternity, Your enduring domain, Your everlastingness, and Your timeless nature, And by Your majesty, Your omnipotence, Your grandeur, Your high status, and Your supreme Will: That You bestow Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, And that You have mercy on me and sanctify me with the gentle glances of Your compassion, Your forgiveness, and Your pleasure, And that You protect me from everything You have forbidden me from, And grant me success in doing whatever pleases You with me, And compel me to fulfill what You have commanded me to do and what You love from me. O Allah! Fill my heart with the reverence of Your glory, and the majesty of Your grandeur and magnificence,

Translation

Raghibun ilayka ma'a kathrati nisyani wa dhunubi Wa law la sa'atu rahmatika wa lutfika wa ra'fatika lakuntu minal halikin Ya man huwa alimun bifaqri ila jamili nazarihi wa sa'ati rahmatih As'aluka bi-asma'ika kulliha ma alimtu minha wa ma lam alam Wa bihaqqika ala khalqika wa biqidamika wa azalika wa ibadika wa khuldika wa sarmadik Wa kibriya'ika wa jabarutika wa azamatika wa sha'nika wa mashiy'atik An tusalliya ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad Wa an tarhamani wa tuqaddisani bilamahati hananika wa maghfiratika wa ridwanik Wa tasimani min kulli ma nahaytani anh Wa tuwaffiqani lima yurdika anni Wa tujbirani ala ma amartani bihi wa ahbabtahu minni Allahumma-mla' qalbi waqara jalalika wa jalala azamatika wa kibriya'ik

Transliteration

And assist me against all of Your enemies and my enemies. O Best of Owners! O Most Expansive of Providers! O He Who rolls the ages! O He Who changes the times! O He Who merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night! O Regulator of nations, affairs, and days! You are the Eternal One Who has always existed, and the Sovereign Who shall never decline. Glory be to You! All praise is Yours, accompanied by Your praise and power, over every expression of praise and power, perpetually with Your perpetuity, and shining with Your majesty. You are my God! The Guardian of those who praise, and the Master of those who are grateful. O He Whose giving increases without any measure! O He Whose blessings cannot be repaid, Whose gratitude cannot be fully exhausted, Whose dominion never perishes, and Whose days cannot be counted! Join my days to Your Days in a state where I am forgiven, And make my flesh, my blood, and all that You have granted me of physical creation, life, strength, and power forbidden to the Fire.

Translation

Wa a'inni ala jami'i ada'ika wa ada'i Ya khayral malikina wa awsa'ar-raziqin Wa ya mukawwirad-duhuri wa ya mubaddilal azman Wa ya mulijal layli fin-nahari wa mulijan-nahara fil-layl Ya mudabbirad-duwali wal-umuri wal-ayyam Antal qadimulladhi lam tazal wal-malikulladhi la yazul Subhanaka wa lakal hamdu bihamdika wa hawlika ala kulli hamdin wa hawlin da'iman ma'a dawamika wa sati'am bikibriya'ik Anta ilahi waliyyul hamidina wa mawlash-shakirin Ya mam maziduhu bighayri hisab Ya man niamuhu la tujaza wa shukruhu la yustaqsa wa mulkuhu la yabidu wa ayyamuhu la tuhsa Sil ayyami bi-ayyamika maghfurall_li Muharramal lahmi wa dami wa ma wahabta li minal khalqi wal-hayati wal-hawli wal-quwwati alan-nar

Transliteration

O Protector of those seeking protection! O Most Merciful of the merciful! In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. I place my trust in the Living One Who never dies. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgment. You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help. For my soul, my religion, my hearing, my sight, my body, and all my limbs, And for my parents, my family, my wealth, my children, everyone whose affairs concern me, and everything that my right hand possesses, Against every single one whom I fear and am wary of among all Your creation, on land and at sea. Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest! He is more Mighty, more Majestic, and more Defending than everything I fear and am wary of. Mighty is the one protected by Allah, exalted is the praise of Allah, and there is no god but Allah. O Allah! Establish me in Your protective care that cannot be breached, And within Your sanctuary that cannot be violated or humiliated, And under Your covenant that cannot be broken,

Translation

Ya jaral mustajirina wa ya arhamar-rahimin Bismillahir-rahmanir-rahim Tawakkaltu alal hayyilladhi la yamut Alhamdu lillahi rabbil alaminar-rahmanir-rahimi maliki yawmiddin iyyaka nabudu wa iyyaka nastain Linafsi wa dini wa sam'i wa basari wa jasadi wa jami'i jawarihi Wa walidayya wa ahli wa mali wa awladi wa jami'i may yanini amruhu wa sa'iri ma malakat yamini Ala jami'i man akhafuhu wa ahdharuhu barraw wa bahram min khalqika ajma'in Allahu akbar Allahu akbar wa a'azzu wa ajallu wa amna'u mimma akhafu wa ahdhar Azza jarullahi wa jalla thana'ullahi wa la ilaha illallah Allahumma-jalni fi jiwarikalladhi la yuram Wa fi himakalladhi la yustabahu wa la yadhill Wa fi dhimmatikallati la tukhfar

Transliteration

And within Your defense that cannot be debased or oppressed; for the one protected by Allah is secure and preserved. And there is no power nor strength except by Allah, the High, the Supreme. O Allah! O Sufficer from all things, while nothing can suffice against Him! O He Whom nothing is like His sufficiency! Suffice me in all things so that nothing can harm me while I am with You, And avert from me anxiety and sorrow. And there is no power nor strength except by Allah, the High, the Supreme. O Allah! O All-Generous! O Allah! I thrust You against the necks of my enemies, And against anyone who intends harm toward me, and I seek refuge in You from their evil. I seek Your help against them, so suffice me against them with whatever You wish, however You wish, from wherever You wish, and whenever You wish. "...but Allah will suffice you against them, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." "We will strengthen your arm through your brother and invest you both with authority, so they shall not reach you; with Our signs, you two and those who follow you shall triumph."

Translation

Wa fi man'atikallati la yustadhallu wa la yustadam Wa jarullahi aminum mahfuz Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyyil azim Allahumma ya kafiya min kulli shay'iw wa la yakfi minhu shay Ya mal laysa mithla kifayatihi shay'unk-fini kulla shay'in hatta la yadurrani ma'aka shay Wasrif annil hamma wal-huzn Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyyil azim Ya Allahu ya Karim Allahumma inni adra'u bika fi nuhuri ada'i Wa kulli may yuriduni bisu'iw wa a'udhu bika min sharrihim Wa astainuka alayhim fakfinihim bima shi'ta wa kayfa shi'ta wa min haythu shi'ta wa anna shi't Fasayakfikahumullahu wa huwas-sami'ul alim

Transliteration

"Verily, we are Messengers from your Lord; they shall never reach you!" "Fear not, for I am with you both; I hear and I see." "I seek refuge in the Most Compassionate from you, if you are one who fears Allah." "Be driven into it with ignominy, and speak not to Me!" I enter the morning and the evening fortified by the might of Allah, Whom nothing is like, completely shielded, And by the perfect words of Allah, entirely protected, And by the beautiful names of Allah, seeking refuge. I seek refuge in the Lord of Moses and Aaron, and the Lord of Jesus, and of Abraham who fulfilled his covenant, From the evil of the rebels among the jinn and mankind, and from the evil of every rebellious satan, and from the evil of every stubborn tyrant. I bind the hearing of every transgressor, oppressor, enemy, and envious one among the jinn and mankind away from me, my children, my family, my wealth, and all whose affairs concern me. I bind the hearing of every adversary, his sight, his strength, his hands, his feet, his tongue, his hair, his skin, and all his limbs by the hearing of Allah. I turn their eyes away from me by the sight of Allah,

Translation

Sanashuddu adudaka bi-akhika wa naj'alu lakuma sultanan fala yasiluna ilaykuma bi-ayatina antuma wa man-ittaba'akumal ghalibun Inna rusulu rabbika lay yasilu ilayk La takhafa innani ma'akuma asma'u wa ara Inni a'udhu bir-rahmani minka in kunta taqiyya Ikhsa'u fiha wa la tukallimun Asbahtu wa amsaytu bi-izzatillahilladhi laysa kamithlihi shay'um mumtani'a Wa bikalimatillahit-tammati kulliha muhtariza Wa bi-asma'illahil hasanati muta'awwidha Wa a'udhu birabbi Musa wa Haruna wa rabbi Isa wa Ibrahimalladhi waffa Min sharril maradati minal jinni wal-insi wa min sharri kulli shaytanim maridiw wa min sharri kulli jabbarin anid Akhadhtu sam'a kulli taghiw wa baghiw wa aduwwiw wa hasidim minal jinni wal-insi anni wa an awladi wa ahli wa mali wa jami'i may yanini amruh Wa akhadhtu sam'a kulli mutalibiw wa basarahu wa quwwatahu wa yadayhi wa rijlayhi wa lisanahu wa shahrahu wa basharahu wa jami'a jawarihi bisam'illah

Transliteration

And I shatter their strength away from me by the strength of Allah and by the firm plotting of Allah. They have no authority over me and no path against us; a protective veil is drawn between us and them. By the covering of Allah and the covering of prophethood, by which they shielded themselves from the onslaughts of the Pharaohs, so Allah covered them through it. Gabriel is upon your right, Michael is upon your left, and Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) is between us and you. And Allah, Majestic and Mighty, is supreme over you and encompasses you from before you and from behind you. He holds you by your forelocks, your hearing, your sight, your hearts, your tongues, your strength, your hands, and your feet; He stands as a barrier between us and your evils. "We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up." "And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up, so that they cannot see." May their faces turn hideous! Deaf, dumb, and blind! Ta-Ha, Ha-Mim—they cannot see. O Allah! O He Whose covering cannot be pierced, and O He Whose eye never sleeps! Cover me with Your covering that cannot be pierced, and preserve me with Your eye that never sleeps from all afflictions. Allah is sufficient for me against all His creation.

Translation

Wa akhadhtu absarahum anni bibasarillah Wa kasartu quwwatahum anni biquwwatillahi wa bikaydillahil matin Falaysa lahum alayya sultanuw wa la sabil Baynana wa baynahum hijabum mastur Wa bistrillahi wa sitrin-nubuwwatilladhihtajabu bihi min satawatil fara'inah fasatarahumullahu bih Jabra'ilu an aymanikum wa Mika'ilu an shama'ilikum wa Muhammadun sallallahu alayhi wa alihi wa sallama baynana wa baynakum Wallahu jalla wa azza alin alaykum wa muhitum bikum mim bayna aydikum wa miw wara'ikum Wa akhidhum binawasikum wa bisam'ikum wa absarikum wa qulubikum wa alsinatikum wa quwakum wa aydikum wa arjulikum Yahulu baynana wa bayna shururikum Wa ja'alna fi a'naqihim aghlalan fahiya ilal adhqani fahumm muqmahun Wa ja'alna mim bayna aydihim saddaw wa min khalfihim saddan fa-aghshaynahum fahum la yubsirun Shahatil wujuhu summun bukmun umyun Ta-Ha Ham-Mim la yubsirun

Transliteration

Allah—Who suffices against everything and nothing suffices against Him—is sufficient for me. The Creator is sufficient for me instead of the creatures. The Provider is sufficient for me instead of those who are provided for. The Lord is sufficient for me instead of those who are nurtured by lords. The One Who favors without reminding is sufficient for me instead of those who remind of favors. Allah, the Near, the Responder, is sufficient for me. Allah is sufficient for me instead of anyone else. Allah alone is sufficient for me; there is no partner for Him. Allah is sufficient for me, and He is enough; Allah hears the one who supplicates. There is no destination beyond Allah, no place to flee from Allah, and no sanctuary from Him. "Allah sufficeth me: there is no God but He. On Him is my trust—He the Lord of the Throne Supreme!" O Allah! Establish me in Your protective care that cannot be breached, within Your sanctuary that cannot be violated, and under Your covenant that cannot be broken.

Translation

Allahumma ya mas sitruhu la yuram wa ya man aynuhu la tanam Usturni bisitrikalladhi la yuram wahfazni bi-aynikallati la tanamu minal afati kulliha Hasbiyallahu min jami'i khalqih Hasbiyallahulladhi yakfi min kulli shay'iw wa la yakfi minhu shay Hasbiyal khaliqu minal makhluqin Hasbiyar-raziqu minal marzuqin Hasbiyar-rabbu minal marbubin Hasbi mal la yamunnu mimmay yamunn Hasbiyallahul qaribul mujib Hasbiyallahu min kulli ahad Hasbiyallahu wahdahu la sharika lah Hasbiyallahu wa kafa sami'allahu liman da'a

Transliteration

Preserve me with Your eye that never sleeps, encompass me with Your pillar that cannot be shaken, And admit me into Your might that cannot be wronged. And have mercy on me by Your Mercy, O Compassionate! O Allah! O God! Do not destroy me while You are my hope, O Compassionate, O Merciful! "And I entrust my affair to Allah; verily, Allah ever watches over His servants." There is no power nor strength except by Allah, the High, the Supreme. Whatever Allah wills happens. I seek refuge in the might of Allah, the glory of His Face, what the Tablet contains of Allah's knowledge, and what the veils conceal of the light of Allah's beauty. O Allah! I am weak, burdened with dependents, and poor, seeking the fulfillment of needs whose realization is in Your hand; so I ask You, O Allah, by Your Name—the One, the Unique, the Single, the Self-Subsisting, the Great, the Most High, Which has filled all pillars with protection and knowledge: That You bestow Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, And that You make the beginning of this day of mine, the beginning of this month of mine, and the beginning of this year of mine an improvement,

Translation

Laysa wara'allahi muntahaw wa la minallahi mahrabuww wa la manja Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa huwa alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbul arshil azim Allahumma-jalni fi jiwarikalladhi la yuram wa fi himakalladhi la yustabahu wa fi dhimmatikallati la tukhfar Wahfazni bi-aynikallati la tanam waknufni biruknikalladhi la yuram Wa adkhilni fi izzikalladhi la yudam Warhamni birahmatika ya Rahman Allahumma ya Allahu la tuhlikni wa anta raja'i ya Rahmanu ya Rahim Wa ufawwidu amri ilallah innallaha basirumbil ibad Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyyil azim Wa ma sha'allahu kan A'udhu bi-izzatillahi wa jalali wajhihi wa ma wa'ahul lawhu min ilmillahi wa ma sataratil hujubu min nuri baha'illah Allahumma inni da'ifun mu'ilun faqirun talibu hawaija qada'uha biyadika fa-as'aluk

Transliteration

And the middle of this day of mine, the middle of this month of mine, and the middle of this year of mine a prosperity, And the end of this day of mine, the end of this month of mine, and the end of this year of mine a success, And that You turn toward me in mercy; verily, You are the Ever-Relenting, the Merciful. O Allah! Let me recognize the blessing of this month and this year, and their auspiciousness and blessing. Provide me with the good of both, and avert from me the evil of both. Provide me during both with health, safety, well-being, steadfastness, abundance, ease, security, sufficiency, guarding, and protection. Grant me success during both in doing whatever pleases You with me, And let me attain my aspirations during them, ease for me what I love, smooth for me my desires, lead me to my objective, Relieve my sorrow during them, remove my harm, Settle my debts during them, And grant me victory during them over my enemies and those who envy me, and suffice me against their malice, by Your Mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. "There is no God but You! Glory be to You! I was indeed of the wrongdoers."

Translation

Allahumma bi-asmikal wahidil ahadil fardis-samadil kabiril muta'alilladhi mala'al arkana kulliha hifzaw wa ilma An tusalliya ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad Wa an taj'ala awwala yawmi hadha wa awwala shahri hadha wa awwala sanati hadhihi salaha Wa awsat_yawmi hadha wa awsat_shahri hadha wa awsat_sanati hadhihi falaha Wa akhira yawmi hadha wa akhira shahri hadha wa akhira sanati hadhihi najaha Wa an tatūba alayya innaka antat-tawwabur-rahim Allahumma arrifni barakata hadhash-shahri wa hadhihis-sanati wa yumnahuma wa barakatahuma Warzuqni khayrahuma wasrif anni sharrahuma Warzuqni fihima-s-sihhata was-salamata wal-afiyata wal-istiqamata was-sa'ata wad-da'ata wal-amna wal-kifayata wal-hirasata wal-kila'ah Wa waffiqni fihima lima yurdika anni Wa ballighni fihima umniyyati wa sahhil li fihima mahabbati wa yassir li fihima muradi wa awsilni fihima ila bughyati Wa farrij fihima ghammi wakshif fihima durri

Transliteration

And may Allah bestow blessings on Muhammad the Prophet, and upon his family, with abundant peace. O Allah! My Lord, my Master, and my Guardian! Save me from the places of destruction, Turn me away from sins, and keep me far from whatever is improper and unbeneficial. O Allah! Do not leave any sin for me except that You forgive it, no anxiety except that You relieve it, no fault except that You conceal it, No sustenance except that You expand it, no hardship except that You ease it, no evil except that You avert it, No fear except that You grant security from it, no terror except that You calm it, no ailment except that You heal it, And no need except that You bring about its fulfillment with ease from You and well-being.

Translation

Waqdi li fihima dayni Wansurni fihima ala ada'i wa hussadi wakfini fihima amrahum birahmatika ya arhamar-rahimin La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minadh-dhalimin Wa sallallahu ala Muhammadinin-nabiyyi wa ala alihi wa sallama tasliman kathira Allahumma rabbi wa sayyidi wa mawlaya minal mahaliki fa-anqidhnī Wa anidh-dhunubi fasrifni wa amma la yuslihu wa la yughni fajannibni Allahumma la tada dhamban illa ghafaratahu wa la hamman illa farrajtahu wa la ayban illa satartahu Wa la rizqan illa basattahu wa la usran illa yassartahu wa la su'an illa saraftahu Wa la khawfan illa amantahu wa la ruban illa sakkantahu wa la suqman illa shafaytahu Wa la hajatan illa atayta ala qada'iha fi yusrim minka wa afiyah

Transliteration

Allahumma inni asa'tu fa'ahsanta wa akhta'tu fatafaddalta lith-thiqati minni bi-'afwika wa ar-raja'i minni li-rahmatika Allahumma bi-haqqi hadha ad-du'a'i wa bi-haqiqati hadha ar-raja'i lamma kashafta 'anni al-bala'a wa ja'alta li minhu makhrajan wa manjan bi-qudratika wa fadlika Allahumma anta al-'alimu bi-dhunubina faghfirha wa bi-umurina fasahhilha wa bi-duyunina fa'addiha wa bi-hawa'ijina faqdihā bi-qudratika wa fadlika innaka 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer wa law anna Qur'anan suyyirat bihi al-jibalu

Translation

Oh Allah, I have done wrong, yet You have done good. And I have erred, but You were gracious for the trust I have in Your forgiveness, and the hope I have in Your mercy. Oh Allah, by the right of this supplication and the reality of this hope, that You have removed the affliction from me, and made for me a way out and salvation from it by Your power and grace. Oh Allah, You are the Knower of our sins, so forgive them, and of our affairs, so make them easy, and of our debts, so pay them off, and of our needs, so fulfill them by Your power and grace. Indeed, You are over all things powerful. And if there were a Quran by which the mountains could be moved,

aw qutti'at bihi al-ard aw kullima bihi al-mawta bal lillahi al-amru jamee'an wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi al-'aliyyi al-'atheem wa ma sha'a Allahu kan bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem 'ala nafsi wa dini wa sam'i wa basari wa jasadi wa jamee'i jawarihi wa ma aqallati al-ard minni bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem 'ala walidayya min an-nar bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem 'ala ahli wa mali wa awladi bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem 'ala jamee'i man ya'nini amruhu bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem 'ala kulli shay'in a'tani Rabbi bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem iftatahtu shahri hadha

Translation

or the earth could be cut into pieces, or the dead could be spoken to, rather, to Allah belongs the command entirely. And there is no might and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. And what Allah wills, comes to be. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, upon myself, my religion, my hearing, my sight, and my body, and all my limbs, and what the earth carries of me. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, upon my parents from the Fire. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, upon my family, my wealth, and my children. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, upon everyone whose matter concerns me. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, upon everything my Lord has given me. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, I begin this month

Transliteration

wa sanati hadhihi wa 'ala Allahi tawakkaltu wa la hawla li wa la heelata wa la quwwata illa billahi al-'aliyyi al-'atheem wa ma sha'a Allahu kan Allahu akbaru kabeera wa al-hamdu lillahi katheera wa subhan Allahi bukratan wa aseela subhana rabbika rabbi al-'izzati 'amma yasifoon wa salamun 'ala al-mursaleen wa al-hamdu lillahi rabbi al-'alameen fasubhan Allahi heena tumsoona wa heena tusbihoon wa lahu al-hamdu fi as-samawati wa al-ard wa 'ashiyyan wa heena tudhhiroon yukhriju al-hayya min al-mayyit wa yukhriju al-mayyita min al-hayy

Translation

and this year, and upon Allah I have relied. And I have no might, no stratagem, and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great, and what Allah wills, comes to be. Allah is the greatest, greatly, and much praise is to Allah. And glory be to Allah in the morning and evening. Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, from what they describe. And peace be upon the messengers, and all praise is to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. So glorified is Allah when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning, and to Him is all praise in the heavens and the earth, and in the evening and when you enter noon. He brings the living out of the dead, and He brings the dead out of the living.

Transliteration

wa yuhyi al-arda ba'da mautiha wa kadhalika tukhrajoon bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem Allahumma inni a'oodhu bika min sharri hadha al-yawmi wa min sharri hadha ash-shahri wa min sharri hadhihi as-sanati wa min sharri ma ba'daha wa a'oodhu bika min jamee'i a'da'i an yafrutoo 'alayya wa an yatghaw wa uqaddimu bayna yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi wa min tahti bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem qul huwa Allahu ahad Allahu as-samad lam yalid wa lam yoolad

Translation

And He gives life to the earth after its death, and in the same way, you will be brought forth. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day, and from the evil of this month, and from the evil of this year, and from the evil of what comes after it. And I seek refuge in You from all my enemies, from their transgressing against me and their tyranny. And I put before me and behind me, and on my right and on my left, and from above me and from beneath me, In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Say: He is Allah, the One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He begets not, nor is He begotten,

Transliteration

wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad li-nafsi bi wa muheetun bi wa bi-mali wa walidayya wa awladi wa ahli wa jamee'i man ya'nini amruhu wa kulli shay'in huwa li wa kulli shay'in ma'i tawakkaltu 'ala al-hayyi alladhi la yamoot wa'tasamtu bi-'urwati Allahi al-wuthqa allati la infisama laha wa Allahu samee'un 'aleem Allahumma ij'al li min qadarika fi hadhihi as-sanati wa ma ba'daha husna 'afiyati wa sa'ata rizqi

Translation

and there is none comparable to Him. For myself, in me, and surrounding me, and my wealth, my parents, my children, and my family, and everyone whose matter concerns me, and every single thing that is mine, and every single thing that is with me. I have relied upon the Ever-Living, who does not die, and I have held on to the most trustworthy handhold of Allah, which never breaks. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. Oh Allah, grant me from Your destiny in this year and what follows it, good well-being and abundant provision,

Transliteration

wakfini Allahumma al-muhimma min umuri ad-dunya wa al-akhirah wa'simni an ukh'ti' warzuqni khayra ad-dunya wa al-akhirah qul man yakla'ukum bil-layli wa an-nahar min as-sabu'i wa as-sariqi wa al-hayyati wa al-'aqarib wa al-jinni wa al-insi wa at-tayri wa al-wahshi wa al-hawamm quli Allahu wa ja'alna fi a'naqihim aghlala fa-hiya ila al-adhqani fa-hum muqmahoon wa ja'alna min bayni aydihim sadda wa min khalfihim sadda fa'aghshaynahum fa-hum la yubsiroon Allahumma inni a'oodhu bi-kalimatika at-tammati kulliha

Translation

and suffice me, Oh Allah, from the important matters of this world and the Hereafter. And protect me from making mistakes, and grant me the good of this world and the Hereafter. Say: Who protects you by night and day from the beast of prey, the thief, snakes, and scorpions, and the jinn, and mankind, and birds, and wild animals, and insects? Say: Allah. And We have put shackles on their necks, and their heads are raised, so they are fixed. And We have placed a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them, so they do not see. Oh Allah, I seek refuge in all of Your perfect words,

Transliteration

wa ayatik al-muhkamat min ghadabika wa min sharri 'iqabika wa min shirari 'ibadika wa min hamazati ash-shayateen wa a'oodhu bika rabbi an yahduroon wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi al-'aliyyi al-'atheem wa ma sha'a Allahu kan Allahumma inni astakheeruka bi-'ilmika wa astaqdiruka bi-qudratika wa as'aluka min fadlika al-'atheem fa'innaka ta'lamu wa taqdiru wa la aqdiru wa bi-yadika mafateeh al-khayr wa anta 'allamu al-ghuyoob

Translation

and Your clear verses, from Your wrath, and from the evil of Your punishment, and from the worst of Your servants, and from the whispers of the devils. And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, from their presence. And there is no might and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. And what Allah wills, comes to be. Oh Allah, I seek Your guidance by Your knowledge, and I seek power from Your power, and I ask You from Your immense grace. For You know and You are able, and I am not able, and in Your hand are the keys to all good, and You are the Knower of the unseen.

Transliteration

Allahumma in kana ma ureeduhu wa yuradu bi khayran li fi dini wa dunyaya wa 'aqibati amri fayassirhu li wa barik li feehi wasrif 'anni al-adha feehi wa in kana ghayru dhalika khayran fasrifni 'anhu ila ma huwa aslahu li badan wa 'afiyatan fi ad-dunya wa al-akhirah waqsidni ila al-khayri haythu ma kuntu wa wajjihni ila al-khayri haythu ma tawajjahtu bi-rahmatika wa a'zizni Allahumma bi-ma ista'zaztu bihi min du'a'i hadha

Translation

Oh Allah, if what I want and what is wanted for me is good for me in my religion, my worldly life, and the outcome of my affairs, then make it easy for me and bless it for me, and turn away from me any harm in it. And if something other than that is better, then turn me away from it to what is more righteous for me, in body and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. And guide me towards good wherever I am, and direct me to good wherever I turn with Your mercy. And strengthen me, Oh Allah, by what I have sought strength from in this supplication of mine,

Transliteration

wa uqaddimu bayna yadayya nisyani wa 'ajalati bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-raheem wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi al-'aliyyi al-'atheem wa ma sha'a Allahu kan Allahumma ma halaftu min halfin aw qultu min qawlin aw nadhartu min nadhrin famashiyyatuka bayna yaday dhalika kullihi ma shi'ta minhu kana wa ma lam tasha' lam yakun Allahumma ma halaftu fi yawmi hadha aw fi shahri hadha aw fi sanati hadhihi min halfin aw qultu min qawlin aw nadhartu min nadhrin fala tu'akhidhni bihi waj'alni minhu fi sa'atin

Translation

and I put before my forgetfulness and my haste, In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. And there is no might and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. And what Allah wills, comes to be. Oh Allah, whatever oath I have sworn, or whatever word I have spoken, or whatever vow I have made, Your will is before all of that. What You willed from it has been, and what You did not will has not been. Oh Allah, whatever oath I have sworn on this day, or in this month, or in this year, of an oath, or a word I have spoken, or a vow I have made, then do not hold me accountable for it, and grant me ease from it,

Transliteration

wa fi istithna'in wa la tu'akhidhni bi-soo'i 'amali wa la tablugh bi majhooda Allahumma wa man aradani bi-soo'in fi yawmi hadha aw fi shahri hadha aw fi sanati hadhihi fa'aridhu bihi wa man kadani fakidhu wa-flul 'anni hadda man nasaba li haddahu wa atfi' 'anni nara man adrama li waqoodaha Allahumma wakfini makra al-makarah wafqa' 'anni a'yuna 'ayn as-saharati wa'simni min dhalika bi-as-sakeenah wa albisni dir'aka al-haseenah wa alzimni kalimata at-taqwa allati alzamta-ha al-muttaqeen

Translation

and an exception, and do not hold me accountable for my bad deeds, and do not make me reach my limit. Oh Allah, whoever intends evil for me on this day, or in this month, or in this year, then intend evil for them in return, and whoever schemes against me, scheme against them. And blunt the edge of whoever sharpened their edge against me, and extinguish the fire of whoever ignited its fuel for me. Oh Allah, suffice me from the plotting of plotters, and blind the eyes of the witches' evil eye, and protect me from that with tranquility, and clothe me in Your fortified shield, and make me adhere to the word of piety that You made the pious adhere to.

Transliteration

Allahumma waj'al du'a'i khalisatan laka waj'alni abtaghi bihi ma 'indaka wa la taj'alni abtaghi bihi ahadan siwaka Allahumma ya rabbi jannibni al-'ilala wa al-humoom wa al-ghumoom wa al-ahzan wa al-amrad wa al-asqam wasrif 'anni as-soo'a wa al-fahsha' wa al-jahda wa al-bala' wa at-ta'aba wa al-'ana' innaka samee'u ad-du'a'i qareebun mujeeb Allahumma alin li a'da'i wa mu'amiliyya wa mutalibiyya wa ma ghaludha 'alayya min umuri kulliha kama alanta al-hadeeda li-Dawuda 'alayhi as-salam Allahumma wa dhallilhum li

Translation

Oh Allah, and make my supplication sincere for You, and make me seek by it what is with You, and do not make me seek by it anyone other than You. Oh Allah, my Lord, keep away from me ailments and worries, and sorrows, and griefs, and diseases, and ailments, and turn away from me evil and obscenity, and hardship, and affliction, and fatigue, and distress. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication, near and responsive. Oh Allah, soften my enemies and my dealers for me, and my claimants, and whatever is difficult for me from all my affairs, just as You softened iron for David, peace be upon him. Oh Allah, and subdue them for me

Transliteration

kama dhallalta al-an'am li-wuldi Adam 'alayhi as-salam Allahumma wa sakhkhirhum li kama sakhkharta at-tayr li-Sulaymana 'alayhi as-salam Allahumma wa alqi 'alayya mahabbatan minka kama alqaytaha 'ala Moosa bin 'Imran 'alayhi as-salam wa zid fi jahi wa sam'i wa basari wa quwwati wardud [wazdad] ni'mataka 'alayya wa a'tini su'li wa munaya wa hassin li khulqi waj'alni mahooban marhooban makhoofan wa alqi li fi quloobi a'da'i wa mu'amiliyya wa mutalibiyya

Translation

just as You subdued the cattle for the children of Adam, peace be upon him. Oh Allah, and subject them to me just as You subjected the birds to Solomon, peace be upon him. Oh Allah, and cast love from You upon me just as You cast it upon Moses son of Imran, peace be upon him. And increase my honor, my hearing, my sight, and my strength, and return [and increase] Your favor upon me, and give me my request and my desire, and perfect my character, and make me revered, feared, and dreaded. And cast for me in the hearts of my enemies, and my dealers, and my claimants,

Transliteration

ar-ra'fata wa ar-rahmah wa al-mahabah wa sakhkhirhum li bi-qudratika Allahumma ya kafiya Moosa 'alayhi as-salam Fir'awn wa ya kafiya Muhammadin salla Allahu 'alayhi wa alih al-ahzab wa ya kafiya Ibraheema 'alayhi as-salam nara an-Numrood salli 'ala Muhammadin wa 'ala ali Muhammad wakfini kulla ma akhafu wa ahdharu bi-rahmatika ya Rahmanu ya Raheem Allahumma ya dalil al-mutahayyireen wa ya mufarrij 'ani al-makroobeen wa ya murawwih 'ani al-maghmoomeen wa ya mu'addiyy 'ani al-madyooneen

Translation

clemency, and mercy, and awe, and subject them to me by Your power. Oh Allah, O Sufficer of Moses, peace be upon him, from Pharaoh, and O Sufficer of Muhammad, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and his family, from the Confederates, and O Sufficer of Abraham, peace be upon him, from the fire of Nimrod, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and suffice me from all that I fear and beware of, by Your mercy, O Most Gracious, O Most Merciful. Oh Allah, O Guide of the bewildered, and O Reliever for the distressed, and O Soother for the grief-stricken, and O Payer for the debtors,

Transliteration

wa ya ilaha al-'alameen farrij karbi wa hammi wa ghammi wa addi 'anni wa 'an kulli madyoonin wa a'tini su'li wa munaya waftah li minka bi-khayrin wakhtim li bi-khayrin Allahumma ya raja'i wa 'uddati la tuqta'u minka raja'i wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu waftah li abwab ar-rizqi min haythu ahtasibu wa min haythu la ahtasib wa min haythu a'lamu wa min haythu la a'lam

Translation

and O God of the worlds, relieve my distress, my worry, and my grief, and pay off for me and for every debtor, and give me my request and my desire, and open for me from You with good, and conclude for me with good. Oh Allah, O my hope and my provision, do not cut off my hope in You, and rectify for me all my affairs, and open for me the doors of sustenance from where I expect and from where I do not expect, and from where I know and from where I do not know,

Transliteration

wa min haythu arju wa min haythu la arju warzuqni as-salamah wa al-'afiyah wa al-barakah fi jamee'i ma razaqtani wa khir li fi jamee'i umuri khieratan fi 'afiyah wa kun li waliyyan wa hafizan wa nasiran wa laqqinni hujjati Allahumma wa ayyuma 'abdin min 'ibadika aw amatin min ima'ika kanat lahu qibali madhlimatun dhalamtuhu biha fi malihi aw sam'ihi aw basarihi aw quwwatihi

Translation

and from where I hope and from where I do not hope. And grant me safety, well-being, and blessings in everything You have provided me. And choose for me in all my affairs a choice in well-being. And be for me a guardian, a protector, and a helper, and teach me my proof. Oh Allah, and any servant from Your servants, or any maidservant from Your maidservants, who had a wrong done to them by me, a wrong by which I wronged them in their wealth or their hearing, or their sight, or their strength,

Transliteration

wa la astati'u raddaha 'alayhi wa la tahillataha minhu fa'as'aluka Allahumma an turdiyahu 'anni bima shi'ta thumma tahaba li min ladunka rahmatan ya Wahhaba al-'atayah wa al-khayr Allahumma wa la tukhrijni min ad-dunya wa li'ahadin fi raqabati tabi'atun wa la dhanbun illa wa qad ghafarta dhalika li bi-karamika wa rahmatika ya Arham ar-Rahimeen Allahumma inni as'aluka ath-thabata fi al-amr wa al-'azeemata 'ala ar-rushd wa as'aluka Allahumma ya rabbi shukra ni'matika

Translation

and I am unable to return it to them, and not able to absolve myself from it, then I ask You, Oh Allah, to please them with me however You will, then grant me from Your presence mercy, O Giver of gifts and goodness. Oh Allah, do not take me out of this world while anyone has a claim against me, and no sin except that You have forgiven that for me by Your generosity and Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. Oh Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in the matter, and determination in righteousness. And I ask You, Oh Allah, my Lord, for gratitude for Your blessings,

Transliteration

wa husna 'ibadatika wa as'aluka qalban saleeman wa lisanan sadiqan wa yaqeenan nafi'an wa rizqan darran hanee'an wa rahmatan analu biha sharafa karamatika fi ad-dunya wa al-akhirah ya Arham ar-Rahimeen Allahumma inni as'aluka al-'afiyah 'afiyatan tatba'uha 'afiyatun shafiyatun kafiyah 'afiyata ad-dunya wa al-akhirah Allahumma inni as'aluka ya sayyidi wa mawlaya an takuna li sanadan wa mustanadan wa 'imadan wa mu'tamadan wa dhukhran wa muddakhara

Translation

and to worship You well. And I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue, and a beneficial certainty, and a flowing, pleasant provision, and mercy by which I attain the honor of Your nobility in this world and the Hereafter, O Most Merciful of the merciful. Oh Allah, I ask You for well-being, a well-being that is followed by a well-being, healing and sufficient, the well-being of this world and the Hereafter. Oh Allah, I ask You, O my master and patron, to be for me a support and a relied-upon, and a pillar and a trusted one, and a provision and a stored treasure.

Transliteration

wa la tukhayyib amali wa la taqta' raja'i wa la tujhid bala'i wa la tusi' qada'i wa la tushmit bi a'da'i Allahumma irda 'anni bi-ridaka wa 'afini min jamee'i balwaka Allahumma inni as'aluka ya Allahu ya akbaru min kulli kabeer ya man la shareeka lahu wa la wazeer ya khaliqa ash-shamsi wa al-qamari al-muneer ya raziqa at-tifli as-saghir ya mughniya al-ba'isi al-faqeer

Translation

And do not disappoint my hope, and do not cut off my expectation, and do not make my affliction severe, and do not make my decree bad, and do not make my enemies rejoice at my misfortune. Oh Allah, be pleased with me with Your pleasure, and grant me well-being from all Your trials. Oh Allah, I ask You, O Allah, O Greatest of all great, O He who has no partner and no minister, O Creator of the sun and the illuminating moon, O Provider for the small child, O Enricher of the miserable poor,

Transliteration

ya mugheetha al-mumtahani ad-dhareer ya mutliqa al-mukabbali al-aseer ya jabira al-'adhmi al-kaseer ya qasima kulli jabbarin mutakabbir ya muhyiya al-'itham wa hiya rameem ya man la nidda lahu wa la shabeeh Allahumma inni as'aluka an tusalliya 'ala Muhammadin wa ['ala] ali Muhammad wa as'aluka ya ilahi bi-kulli ma da'awtuka bihi min hadha ad-du'a'i wa bi-jamee'i asma'ika kulliha wa bi-ma'aqidi al-'izzi min 'arshika

Translation

O Helper of the afflicted and the blind, O Releaser of the shackled captive, O Mender of the broken bone, O Destroyer of every arrogant tyrant, O Reviver of bones when they are dust, O He who has no equal and no likeness. Oh Allah, I ask You to bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. And I ask you, O my God, by everything with which I have supplicated to You from this prayer, and by all of Your names entirely, and by the foundations of glory from Your Throne,

Transliteration

wa muntaha ar-rahmati min kitabika wa bi-jaddika al-a'la wa bika fa-la shay'a a'dhamu minka an taghfira lana wa tarhamana fa'inna ila rahmatika fuqara'u ya Arham ar-Rahimeen Allahumma ighfir li wa li-walidayya wa li-al-mu'mineena wa al-mu'minat wa al-muslimeena wa al-muslimat al-ahya'i minhum wa al-amwat wajma' baynana wa baynahum fi al-khayrat wakfini Allahumma ya Rabbi

Translation

and the utmost mercy from Your book, and by Your highest majesty and by You, for nothing is greater than You, that You forgive us and have mercy on us, for we are in need of Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. Oh Allah, forgive me and my parents, and the believing men and believing women, and the Muslim men and Muslim women, the living from them and the dead. And unite us and them in goodness. And suffice me, Oh Allah, my Lord,

Transliteration

ma la yakfinihi ahadun siwaka waqdi li jamee'a hawa'iji wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu wa sahhil li mahabbi kullaha fi yusrin minka wa 'afiyah ya Arham ar-Rahimeen wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi al-'aliyyi al-'atheem ma sha'a Allahu kan wa salla Allahu 'ala Muhammadin an-nabiyyi wa alihi wa sallama katheera ma sha'a Allahu kan ma sha'a Allahu la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah ma sha'a Allahu tawakkaltu 'ala Allah

Translation

in what no one but You can suffice me, and fulfill for me all my needs, and rectify for me all my affairs, and make easy for me all my desires with ease from You and well-being, O Most Merciful of the merciful. And there is no might and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. What Allah wills, comes to be. And may Allah bless Muhammad the Prophet and his family, and grant them abundant peace. What Allah wills, comes to be. What Allah wills; there is no might and no power except with Allah. What Allah wills; I have relied upon Allah.

Transliteration

ma sha'a Allahu fawwadtu amri ila Allah ma sha'a Allahu hasbiya Allahu wa kafa

Translation

What Allah wills; I have entrusted my affair to Allah. What Allah wills; Allah is sufficient for me, and He suffices.

Transliteration

Subh'anallahi maal-al mizaan Subh'anallahi muntahal h'ilm Subhanallahi mublaghar riz'aa Subhanallahi zinatal a'rsh

Translation

Glory be to Allah the Supreme Balance. Glory be to Allah the Ultimate in Gentleness. Glory be to Allah the Goal of Devotedness. Glory be to Allah the Splendor of the Arsh.

Transliteration

allahumma anta al-ilahu alqadimu wa hadhihi sanatun jadidatun fa-as'aluka fiha al`ismata mina alshshaytani walquwwata `ala hadhihi alnnafsi al-ammarati bilssu'i walishtighala bima yuqarribuni ilayka ya karimu ya dha aljalali wal-ikrami ya `imada man la `imada lahu ya dhakhirata man la dhakhirata lahu ya hirza man la hirza lahu ya ghiyatha man la ghiyatha lahu ya sanada man la sanada lahu ya kanza man la kanza lahu

Translation

O Allah, You are the Eternal God and this is a new year; I therefore request Your safety from Satan, control over my self, which is inclined to sinning, engagement in all that which draws me near You, O All-generous! O Lord of majesty and honor! O Supporter of him who has no supporter! O Provider of him who has no provisions! O Shelter of him who has no shelter! O He who comes to help him who has no hope of help! O Reliance for him who has no one to lean upon! O Treasure of him who has nothing in the purse!

Transliteration

ya hasana albala'i ya `azima alrraja'i ya `izza alddu`afa'i ya munqidha algharqa ya munjiya alhalka ya mun`imu ya mujmilu ya mufdilu ya muhsinu anta alladhi sajada laka sawadu allayli wa nuru alnnahari wa daw'u alqamari wa shu`a`u alshshamsi wa dawiyyu alma'i wa hafifu alshshajari ya allahu la sharika laka allahumma ij`alna khayran mimma yazunnuna

Translation

O He who knows well how to put to test and trial! O Ultimate Hope! O Strength of the weak! O Rescuer of the drowning! O He who saves from destruction! O All-benefactor! O All-munificent! O All-favorer! O All-benevolent! You are He before Whom prostrate in adoration the blackness of the night and the brightness of the day, the moonlight, the sunlight, the ripple of the water, and the rustling of the trees! O Allah! There is no associate with You! O Allah! (Please do) cause us to be better than what they think of us!

Transliteration

waghfir lana ma la ya`lamuna wa la tu'akhidhna bima yaquluna hasbiya allahu la ilaha illa huwa `alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu al`arshi al`azimi amanna bihi kullun min `indi rabbina wa ma yadhdhakkaru illa ulu al-albabi rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba`da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmatan innaka anta alwahhabu

Translation

Forgive us that which they do not know! Do not blame us for what they say! Sufficient is Allah (for me). There is no god save Him, On Him do I rely, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne. We believe in it! It is all from our Lord! None do mind except those having understanding. Our Lord, make not our hearts deviate after You have guided us aright, and grant us mercy from You; surely, You are the most liberal Giver.
