Supplication of Khaja Naseer (Tawassul)

Transliteration

Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā an-nabiyyi al-ummiyyi al-'arabiyyi al-hāshimiyyi al-qurashiyyi al-makkiyyi al-madaniyyi al-abtahiyyi at-tihāmiyyi, as-sayyidi al-bahiyyi, as-sirāji al-mudī'i, al-kawkabi ad-durriyyi, sāhibi al-waqāri wa as-sakīnati, al-madfūni bi-al-madīnati, al-'abdi al-mu'ayyadi, wa ar-rasūli al-musaddadi, al-mustafā al-amjadi, al-mahmūdi al-ahmadi, habībi ilāhi al-'ālamīna,

Translation

O' Allah! Send blessing, peace and increase mercy on the unlettered Prophet, an Arab, Hashemite, Qurayshite, a Meccan, and Medinite, a tolerant and a Tuhamite, the glorious master, the luminous light, the sparkling stars, who possess dignity and tranquility, who was buried in Medina, the supported servant, the delivered Messenger, the selected and glorified one, the praised and commended one, the beloved of the Lord of the worlds,

Transliteration

wa sayyidi al-mursalīna, wa khātami an-nabiyyīna, wa shafī'i al-mudhnibīna, wa rahmatin lil-'ālamīna, abī al-qāsimi muhammadin sallā allāhu 'alayhi wa ālih. As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā al-qāsimi yā rasūla allāhi, yā imāma ar-rahmati, yā shafī'a al-ummati, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi,

Translation

the master of the Messengers and the seal of the Prophets, the intercessor for the wrong doers, the mercy to the worlds, the father of Al-Qasim, Muhammad, blessing of Allah be upon him and upon his holy family. Blessing and peace be upon You, O' the father of Al-Qasim, O' the Messenger of Allah, O' the leader of mercy, O' the intercessor of the nation, O' the proof of Allah on his creations, O' our chief and master, we concentrates, seeking for intercession and means through you to Allah, we presented our demand in this world and in the world Hereafter before you, O' the prominent one before Allah, intercede for us before Allah.

Transliteration

ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā as-sayyidi al-mutahhari, wa al-imāmi al-muzaffari, wa ash-shujā'i al-ghadanfari, abī shubayra wa shabara, qāsimi tūbā wa saqara, al-anza'i al-batīni, al-ashja'i al-matīni, al-ashrafi al-makīni, al-'ālimi al-mubīni, an-nāsiri al-mu'īni, waliyyi ad-dīni,

O' Allah! Send blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on the purified master, the successful leader, the brave lion, the father of Hasan and Husein, the distributor of Paradise and Hell, who possess wide belly, strong and embolden, firm integrity, the obvious scholar, the helper and patron, the guardian of the Religion, the guardian of the guardians,

al-wāliyi al-waliyyi, as-sayyidi ar-radiyyi, al-imāmi al-wasiyyi, al-hākimi bi-an-nassi al-jaliyyi, al-mukhlisi as-safiyyi, al-madfūni bi-al-ghariyyi, laythi banī ghalibin, mazhari al-'ajā'ibi, wa muzhiri al-gharā'ibi, wa mufarriqi al-katā'ibi, wa ash-shihābi ath-thāqibi, wa al-hizabri as-sālibi,

the pleasant master, the leader of the executors, who judge with clear text of the Qur'an, who possess clear sincerity, who was buried in Garriy, lion the son of the conqueror, the exterior of astonishment, the endorser of every stages, the separator of fashions, the penetrating star, the passive lion, the point of circle of request,

nuqtati dā'irati al-matālibi, asadi allāhi al-ghālibi, ghālibi kulli ghālibin, wa matlūbi kulli tālibin, sāhibi al-mafākhiri wa al-manāqibi, imāmi al-mashāriqi wa al-maghāribi, mawlānā wa mawlā al-kawnayni, al-imāmi abī al-hasanayni amīri al-mu'minīna 'aliyyi bni abī tālibin salawātu allāhi 'alayh. As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā al-hasani, yā amīra al-mu'minīna, yā 'aliyya bna abī tālibin, yā akha ar-rasūli,

Translation

the conqueror lion of God, the conqueror of every conqueror, the desire of every needier, the possessor of all pride and high rank, the leader of the east and west, our master and the master of the two worlds, the leader, father of the two Hasan, the commander of the faithful, Ali son of Abi Talib, may the blessing of Allah be on him. the proof of Allah on His creation, O' our chief and master, we concentrates, seeking intercession, and means from Allah through you, and we present our demand in this world and in the world Hereafter before you, O' the prominent one before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. Send blessing, peace and increase mercy on the splendid and beautiful princess, the infallible and the oppressed one, the noble and magnanimous one, the pleasant who has suffered a lot from the hand of the mischievous ones, who has long grief in a short period of time, the pleasant and tolerant, the modest and perfect,

dhāti al-ahzāni at-tawīlati fī al-muddati al-qamīlati, ar-radiyyati al-halīmati, al-'afīfati as-salīmati, al-majhūlati qadran, wa al-makhfiyyati qabran, al-madfūnati sirran, wa al-maghṣūbati jahran, sayyidati an-nisā'i, al-insiyyati al-hawrā'i, ummi al-a'immatis-nuqabā'i an-nujabā'i, binti khayri al-anbiyā'i, at-tāhirati al-mutahharati,

Translation

the one whose prestige was not known, who is having hidden grave, who was buried secretly, who was openly usurped, the mistress of the women, the most beautiful among human being, the mother of the excellent and noble leaders, daughter of the best among the Prophets, the pure and purified one, the virgin and maiden one, Fatimah the devout and bosom one, peace be on her. Blessing and peace be upon you and your descendants, O' Fatimah the bosom one,

Transliteration

al-batūli al-'adhrā'i, fātimata at-taqiyyati az-zahrā'i 'alayhā as-salām. As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayki wa 'alā dhurriyyatiki yā fātimata az-zahrā'u, yā binta muhammadin rasūli allāhi, ayyatuhā al-batūlu, yā qurrata 'ayni ar-rasūli, yā badh'ata an-nabiyyi, yā umma as-sibtayni, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidatanā wa mawlātanā, innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā biki ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāki bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati,

Translation

O' daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, O' the virgin one, O' the delight of the eye of the Messenger, O' the flesh of the Prophet, O' the mother of the two grand sons, O' the proof of Allah on His creations, O' our princess and mistress, we concentrate, seeking for intercession and means to Allah through you, and have presented our demands in this world and in the world Hereafter before you, O' the prominent one before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, send Your blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on master Al-Mujtaba, the promised leader,

yā wajīhatan 'inda allāhi, ishfa'ī lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā as-sayyidi al-mujtabā, wa al-imāmi al-murtajā, sibti al-mustafā, wa ibni al-murtadā, 'alami al-hudā, al-'ālimi ar-rafī'i, dhī al-hasabi al-manīi, wa al-fadli al-jamīi, wa ash-sharafi ar-rafī'i, ash-shafī'i ibni ash-shafī'i,

Translation

the grand son of the chosen one, son of the pleasant one, the banner of guidance, the exalted scholar, the owner of impenetrable reckon and all virtues and exalted honours, the intercessor son of the intercessor, who was assassinated with infusible poison, who was buried in the land of Baqiy, who was acquainted with the obligatory and none obligatory, the possessor of generosity and favour, the detector of open and hidden difficulties, problems and tribulation, whom people's tongue were weak in his praise,

al-maqtūli bi-as-sammi an-naqī'i, al-madfūni bi-ardi al-baqī'i, al-'ālimi bi-al-farā'iḍi wa as-sunani, sāhibi al-jūdi wa al-minani, kāshifi ad-durri wa al-balwā wa al-mihani, mā zahara minhā wa mā batan, alladhī 'ajaza 'an 'addi madā'ihi lisānu al-lusani, al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi al-mu'tamani, abī muhammadin al-hasani (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayh). Translation

the genuine and trustworthy leader, Al-Hasan the father of Muhammad (may Allah's blessing and peace be on him). May Allah's blessing and peace be upon you, O' the father of Muhammad, O' Al-Hasan son of Ali, O' the chosen one, O' the son of Allah's Messenger, O' the son of the commander of the faithful, O' the son of Fatimah Zahra, O' Allah's proof on his creations, O' the master of the youth of the Paradise, O' our chief and master, we have concentrated, seeking for intercession and means to Allah through you, and we have presented our demands in this world and in the world Hereafter before you,

yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā bna fātimata az-zahrā'i, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyida shabābi ahli al-jannati, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi, ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā as-sayyidi az-zāhidi, wa al-imāmi al-'ābidi, ar-rāki'i as-sājidi,

Translation

O' the prominent one before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, send Your blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on the master of the ascetics, the leader of the worshippers and those that bow and prostrate, the guardian of the king and the glorious one, who was assassinated by the unbelievers and the infidels, the owner of tribulation and affliction, who was buried in the holy land of Karbala, the grand son of the Messenger to men and Jinn, the light of the two eyes of our master and the master of the two worlds, the genuine leader, Al-Husein, the father of Abdullah (may the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him). May blessing and peace be upon you, O' the father of Abdullah,

O' Al-Husein son of Ali, O' the martyred, O' the son of Allah's Messenger, O' the son of the commander of the faithful, O' the son of Fatimah Zahra, O' the chief of the youth in the Paradise, O' Allah's proof on His creations, O' our chief and master, we concentrated, seeking intercession and means to Allah through you, and we have presented our demands in this world and in the world Hereafter before you, O' the prominent one before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, send Your blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on the father of the Imams,

yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā bna fātimata az-zahrā'i, yā sayyida shabābi ahli al-jannati, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi, ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā abī al-a'immatis, wa sirāji al-ummati, wa kāshifi al-ghummati, wa muhyī as-sunnati,

the lamp of the nation, the detector of sorrow, the revival of the Prophetic traditions, who has established determination, the possessor of exalted ranks, who is friendly to tribulations, the possessor of lamentation, who was buried in land of Teebah, who was free from every dishonour, the best of the strugglers, the most perfect among the thanks givers and those that praise Allah, the midday sun for the repentant,

Transliteration

wa saniyyi al-himmati, wa rafī'i ar-rutbati, wa anīsi al-kurbati, wa sāhibi an-nudbati, al-madfūni bi-ardi tayyibati, al-mubarrai min kulli shaynin, wa afdali al-mujāhidīna, wa akmali ash-shākirīna wa al-hāmidīna, shamsi nahāri al-mustaghfirīna, wa qamari laylati al-mutahajjidīna, al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi zayni al-'ābidīna, abī muhammadin 'aliyyi bni al-husayni (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayhimā).

Translation

the night moon for the observers of night prayer, the genuine leader and the pretty of the worshippers, Ali son of Al-Husein, the father of Muhammad, (may Allah's blessing and peace be upon both of them). May Allah's blessing and peace be upon you, O' the father of Muhammad, O' Ali son of Al-Husein, O' the pretty of the worshippers, O' he who prostrate much, O' the son of the Prophet, O' the son of the commander of the faithful, O' Allah's proof on His creation, O' our master and chief, we have concentrated, seeking for intercession and means to Allah through you, and we have presented our needs in this world and in the world Hereafter before you,

As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā muhammadin, yā 'aliyya bna al-husayni, yā zayna al-'ābidīna, ayyuhā as-sajjādu yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi, ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā qamari al-aqmāri, wa nūri al-anwāri,

O' the prominent before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, send Your blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on the moon of the moons, the light of the lights, the selected leader, the master of the good ones, the pure and clean one, the splendid moon, the shinning stars, the flowing sea, the excellent pearls, who was nicknamed as Baqir,

wa qā'idi al-akhyāri, wa sayyidi al-abrāri, wa at-tuhri at-tāhiri, wa al-badri al-bāhiri, wa an-najmi az-zāhiri, wa al-bahri az-zākhiri, wa ad-durri al-fākhiri, al-mulaqqabi bi-al-bāqiri, as-sayyidi al-wajīhi, al-imāmi an-nabīhi, al-madfūni 'inda jaddihi wa abīhi, al-hibri al-maliyyi 'inda al-'aduwwi wa al-waliyyi,

the prominent master, the noble leader, who was buried close to his father and grandfather, whose school is filled up with the enemies and the well-wishers, the genuine and continuous leader, Muhammad son of Ali, the father of Ja'afar, peace be on both of them. May Allah's blessing and peace be upon you, O' father of Ja'afar, O' Muhammad son of Ali, O' Al-Baqir, O' the son of Allah's Messenger, O' the son of the commander of the faithful, O' Allah's proof on His creations,

al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi al-azaliyyi, abī ja'farin muhammadi bni 'aliyyin 'alayhimā as-salām. As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā ja'farin yā muhammada bna 'aliyyin, ayyuhā al-bāqiru yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi, ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā as-sayyidi as-sādiqi as-siddīqi, al-'ālimi al-wathiqi,

Translation

O' our chief and master, we have concentrated, seeking for intercession and means to Allah through you, and we have presented our demands in this world and in the world Hereafter before you, O' the prominent one before Allah, interceded for us before Allah. O' Allah! Send Your blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on the master, Al-Sadiq, the trustworthy one, the firm scholar, the tolerant and the sympathetic one, the guide to the right path, who quench his follower's thirsty with nectar of knowledge, who lead his enemies to Hell fire, the possessor of an exalted honour and impenetrable lineage,

al-halīmi ash-shafīqi, al-hādī ilā at-tarīqi, as-sāqī shī'atahu min ar-rahīqi, wa muballighi a'dā'ihi ilā al-harīqi, sāhibi ash-sharafi ar-rafī'i, wa al-hasabi al-manī'i, wa al-fadli al-jamī'i, ash-shafī'i ibni ash-shafī'i, al-madfūni bi-al-baqī'i, al-muhadhdabi al-mu'ayyadi, al-imāmi al-mumajjadi abī 'abdi allāhi ja'fari bni muhammadin (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayh). he who obtained all virtues, the intercessor son of an intercessor, who was buried in the land of Baqiy, the trained and supported one, the praised leader, Ja'afar son of Muhammad, the father of Abdullah (may Allah's blessing and peace be upon him). May Allah's blessing be upon you, O' the father of Abdullah, O' Ja'afar son of Muhammad, O' Al-Sadiq, O' the Prophet's son, O' the son of the commander of the faithful O' Allah's proof on His creations, O' our chief and master, we concentrated, seeking for intercession and means to Allah through you,

yā ja'fara bna muhammadin, ayyuhā as-sādiqu yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi, ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā as-sayyidi al-karīmi, wa al-imāmi al-halīmi, wa samiyyi al-kalīmi, as-sābiri al-kazīmi,

and we presented our demands in this world and in the world Hereafter before you, O' the prominent one before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah! Send Your blessing, peace and increase Your mercy on the honourable master, the tolerant leader, whose name is epithet, the tolerant, the suppressor of anger, the leader of the armies, who was buried in the Quraysh grave Yard, the possessor of luminous honour and clear praise, and pure lineage,

qā'idi al-jayshi, al-madfūni bimaqābiri qurayshin, sāhibi ash-sharafi al-anwari, wa al-majdi al-azhari, wa al-jabīni al-athari, al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi abī ibrāhīma mūsā bni ja'fari (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayh). As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā ibrāhīma, yā mūsā bna ja'fari, ayyuhā al-kāzimu, wa ayyuhā al-'abdu as-sālihu, yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi,

the true leader, Musa son of Ja'afar, the father of Ibrahim, (may blessing and peace of Allah be upon him). May blessing and peace be upon you, O' the father of Ibrahim, O' Musa son of Ja'afar, O' Musa al-Kazim, O' righteous servant, O' son of the Messenger of Allah, O' son of the Commander of the Faithful, O' Proof of Allah over His creation, O' our master and our lord, indeed we have turned to you, sought your intercession and sought nearness to Allah through you, and we have placed our needs before you in this world and the Hereafter, O' one who is held in high esteem before Allah, Intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, bless, salute, increase and bestow blessings upon the infallible master,

Translation

the oppressed Imam, the poisoned martyr, the grief-stricken stranger, the slain and deprived one, the knower of the knowledge that is concealed, the full moon among the stars, the sun of suns, the companion and comforter of souls, who is buried in the land of Tus, the one who is pleasing and well-pleased, the one who is hoped for and chosen, the true Imam, Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Musa al-Rida, may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him.

Transliteration

wa anīsi an-nufūsi, al-madfūni bi-ardi tūsi, ar-radiyyi al-murtadā, al-murtajā al-mujtabā, al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi abī al-hasani 'aliyyi bni mūsā ar-ridā (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayh). As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā al-hasani, yā 'aliyya bna mūsā ar-ridā, yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati,

May Allah's blessings and peace be upon you, O' Abu al-Hasan, O' Ali ibn Musa al-Rida, O' son of the Messenger of Allah, O' son of the Commander of the Faithful, O' Proof of Allah over His creation, O' our master and our lord, indeed we have turned to you, sought your intercession and sought nearness to Allah through you, and we have placed our needs before you in this world and the Hereafter, O' one who is held in high esteem before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, bless, salute, increase and bestow blessings upon the just and learned master, the one who acts and is perfected, the virtuous and generous one,

Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā as-sayyidi al-'ādili al-'ālimi, al-'āmili al-kāmili, al-fādili al-bādhili, al-ajwadi al-jawādi, al-'ārifu bi-asrāri al-mabda'i wa al-ma'ādi wa likulli qawmin hādin, manāsi al-muhibbīna yawma yunādi al-munādi, al-madhkūri fī al-hidāyati wa al-irshādi, al-madfūni bi-ardi baghdāda, as-sayyidi al-'arabiyyi, wa al-imāmi al-ahmadiyyi,

Translation

the most generous and munificent one, the one who knows the mysteries of the beginning and the return, and for every people there is a guide, the refuge of the lovers on the day when the caller calls, the one mentioned in guidance and direction, who is buried in the land of Baghdad, the Arab master, the praised Imam, the Muhammadan light, known by the title al-Taqi, the true Imam, Abu Ja'far Muhammad ibn Ali, peace be upon him. May Allah's blessings and peace be upon you, O' Abu Ja'far, O' Muhammad ibn Ali,

Transliteration

wa an-nūri al-muhammadiyyi, al-mulaqqabi bi-at-taqiyyi, al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi abī ja'farin muhammadi bni 'aliyyin 'alayhi as-salām. As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā abā ja'farin, yā muhammada bna 'aliyyin, ayyuhā at-taqiyyu al-jawādu, yā bna rasūli allāhi, yā bna amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjata allāhi 'alā khalqihi, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi,

Translation

O' Taqi, O' the generous one, O' son of the Messenger of Allah, O' son of the Commander of the Faithful, O' Proof of Allah over His creation, O' our master and our lord, indeed we have turned to you, sought your intercession and sought nearness to Allah through you, and we have placed our needs before you in this world and the Hereafter, O' one who is held in high esteem before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, bless, salute, increase and bestow blessings upon the two noble and courageous Imams, the two masters and supports, the two virtuous and perfected ones, the two generous and just ones,

Transliteration

ishfa' lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā al-imāmayni al-humāmayni, as-sayyidayni as-sanadayni, al-fādilayni al-kāmilayni, al-bādhilayni al-'ādilayni, al-'ālimayni al-'āmilayni, al-awra'ayni al-atharayni, an-nūrayni an-nayyirayni, wa ash-shamsayni al-qamarayni, al-kawkabayni al-as'adayni, wārithayi al-mash'arayni, wa ahlayi al-haramayni,

the two learned and practicing ones, the two most God-fearing and pure ones, the two radiant lights, the two suns and moons, the two most fortunate stars, the two inheritors of the two sacred sites, the two people of the two Sacred Precincts, the two refuges of piety, the two helpers of creation, the two full moons of darkness, the two lofty mountains of understanding, the two banners of guidance,

Transliteration

kahfayi at-tuqā, ghawthayi al-warā, badrayi ad-dujā, tawdayi an-nuhā, 'alamayi al-hudā, al-madfūnayni bisurra man ra'ā, kāshifayi al-balwā wa al-mihani, sāhibayi al-jūdi wa al-minani, al-imāmayni bi-al-haqqi abī al-hasani 'aliyyi bni muhammadin an-naqiyyi wa abī muhammadin al-hasani (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayhimā). As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alaykumā yā abā al-hasani wa yā abā muhammadin, wa yā 'aliyya bna muhammadin wa yā hasana bna 'aliyyin, ayyuhā an-naqiyyu al-hādī wa ayyuhā az-zakiyyu al-'askariyyu,

Translation

who are buried in Samarra, the two who remove afflictions and trials, the two possessors of generosity and favours, the two true Imams, Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad al-Naqi and Abu Muhammad al-Hasan, may Allah's blessings and peace be upon both of them. May Allah's blessings and peace be upon both of you, O' Abu al-Hasan and O' Abu Muhammad, and O' Ali ibn Muhammad and O' Hasan ibn Ali, O' al-Naqi, the guide, and O' al-Zaki al-Askari, O' sons of the Messenger of Allah, O' sons of the Commander of the Faithful, O' two Proofs of Allah over all creation, O' our two masters and lords, indeed we have turned to you both, sought your intercession and sought nearness to Allah through you both, and we have placed our needs before you both in this world and the Hereafter,

yā bany rasūli allāhi, yā bany amīri al-mu'minīna, yā hujjatayi allāhi 'alā al-khalqi ajma'īna, yā sayyidaynā wa mawlayaynā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bikumā ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnākumā bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhayni 'inda allāhi, ishfa'ā lanā 'inda allāh. Allāhumma salli wa sallim wa zid wa bārik 'alā sāhibi ad-da'wati an-nabawiyyati, wa as-sawlati al-haydariyyati, wa al-'ismati al-fātimiyyati, wa al-hilmi al-hasaniyyati, wa ash-shujā'ati al-husayniyyati,

O' two who are held in high esteem before Allah, intercede for us before Allah. O' Allah, bless, salute, increase and bestow blessings upon the possessor of the Prophetic mission, the power of Haydar, the infallibility of Fatimah, the forbearance of Hasan, the courage of Husayn, the worship of al-Sajjad, the achievements of al-Baqir, the traditions and legacies of al-Ja'far, the knowledge of al-Kazim, the proofs of al-Rida,

Transliteration

wa al-'ibādati as-sajjādiyyati, wa al-mā'ithiri al-bāqiriyyati, wa al-āthāri al-ja'fariyyati, wa al-'ulūmi al-kāzimiyyati, wa al-hujaji ar-radawiyyati, wa al-jūdi at-taqawiyyati, wa an-naqāwati an-naqawiyyati, wa al-haybati al-'askariyyati, wa al-ghaybati al-ilāhiyyati, al-qā'imi bi-al-haqqi, wa ad-dā'ī ilā as-sidqi al-mutlaqi, kalimati allāhi wa amāni allāhi wa hujjati allāhi,

Translation

the generosity of al-Taqi, the purity of al-Naqi, the awe of al-Askari, and the divine occultation, the one who stands with truth, the one who calls to absolute truth, the Word of Allah, the security of Allah and the Proof of Allah, the one who prevails by the command of Allah, the defender of the sanctity of Allah, the Imam of the hidden and the manifest, the remover of anguish and trials, the possessor of generosity and favours,

Transliteration

al-ghālibi bi-amri allāhi, wa adh-dhābbi 'an harami allāhi, imāmi as-sirri wa al-'alani, dāfi'i al-karbi wa al-mihani, sāhibi al-jūdi wa al-minani, al-imāmi bi-al-haqqi abī al-qāsimi muhammadi bni al-hasani, sāhibi al-'asri wa az-zamāni, wa khalīfati ar-rahmāni, wa imāmi al-insi wa al-jānni (salawātu allāhi wa salāmuhu 'alayh). As-salātu wa as-salāmu 'alayka yā wasiyya al-hasani, wa al-khalafa as-sāliha, yā imāma zamāninā,

Translation

the true Imam, Abu al-Qasim Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, the possessor of the age and time, the vicegerent of the Most Merciful, and the Imam of mankind and the jinn, may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him. May Allah's blessings and peace be upon you, O' successor of Hasan, O' righteous successor, O' Imam of our time, O' the one who shall rise, the awaited al-Mahdi, O' our master and our lord, indeed we have turned to you, sought your intercession and sought nearness to Allah through you, and we have placed our needs before you in this world and the Hereafter, O' one who is held in high esteem before Allah, intercede for us before Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.

Transliteration

al-qā'ima al-muntazara al-mahdiyya, yā sayyidanā wa mawlānā innā tawajjaḥnā wa istashfa'nā wa tawassalnā bika ilā allāhi, wa qaddamnāka bayna yaday hājātinā fī ad-dunyā wa al-ākhirati, yā wajīhan 'inda allāhi, ishfa' lanā 'inda allāhi 'azza wa jall.

Translation

O' my masters and my lords, indeed I have turned to you, you are my Imams and my provision for the day of my poverty, need and dependence upon Allah, and I have sought nearness to Allah through you, and through my love for you and my nearness to you, I hope for salvation from Allah, so let you be my hope before Allah, the Exalted, O' my masters, O' friends of Allah, may Allah's blessings be upon you all. O' Allah, indeed these are our Imams, our masters, our leaders, our elders and our intercessors, through them I pledge allegiance, and from their enemies I dissociate myself in this world and the Hereafter. O' Allah, befriend whoever befriends them, and oppose whoever opposes them, help whoever helps them,

Translation

and abandon whoever abandons them, and curse those who oppress them, and hasten their relief, and destroy their enemies from among the jinn and mankind, from the first to the last, Amen, O' Lord of the worlds. O' Allah, grant us their visitation in this world, and their intercession in the Hereafter, and gather us with them, among their group and beneath their banner, and never separate us from them, even for the blink of an eye, in this world or the Hereafter, by Your mercy, O' Most Merciful of the merciful.
