Dua and Amaal for 8th of the month of Ramadan

Transliteration

allahumma arzuqny fihi rahmata al-aytami wa it`ama altt`ami wa ifsha‘a alsslami wa suhbata alkirami bitawlika yamalja al-amilina

Translation

O Allah: on this day, (please) grant me having mercy upon the orphans, And serving food, And greeting the people, And accompanying the noble ones; Out of Your favoring; O the Shelter of the hopeful ones.

Translation

O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. In the Name of Allāh, the All-merciful, the All-compassionate O‟ my God! This is the month in which You have ordered Your Servants to pray and You have guaranteed fulfillment for them. You have said, „When My servants ask You concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me:. .‟ O‟ the Responder of the cries of the distressed! O‟ He who made the night for rest. O‟ He who shall not perish! Please forgive one who shall perish. You destined, created and formed. So all Praise belongs to You. You gave me food, drinks and satiated me with provision of sustenance. So all Praise belongs to You. I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny at night when it gets dark

Translation

, in the day when it gets light, and in the afterlife and the first life. Please take care of my affairs and forgive me as You are All-Forgiving, Merciful!‟ ”

Translation

“O‟ my God! I find none of my deeds to rely upon with which I may seek nearness to You better than Your friendship, and the friendship of Your Prophet and his pure Progeny. May God‟s blessings be upon them all. O‟ my God! I seek nearness to You by Muhammad and his Progeny. Through them I turn to You. O‟ my God! Please let me be honorable in this world and the Hereafter for their sake and of the near ones. As indeed I am pleased with this gift and kindness from You. No gifts or kindness are better than Your Pleasure and residence in Your House along with Your Friends and those who obey You. O‟ my God! Please honor me with Your Friendship, and let me be amongst Your Friends. O‟ my God! Please let me be in Your Savings that never get ruined. Please do not turn me down disappointed for Your Right, and the right of those whose right You made incumbent upon Yourself. And I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny and expedite the arrival of the Riser from the Progeny of Muhammad. Please grant me and all the believing men and women relief along with his arrival. By Your Mercy! O‟ the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.”

Translation

“O‟ my God! I ask You to bestow blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny and to make me exempt from poverty and secure from fear. O‟ my God! I ask You for robust blessings that do not end and do not change. O‟ God! O‟ the Light of every light! Glorification belongs to You. Glory to You. There is no God but You: glory to You: Magnificence belongs to You. Glory be to You! In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. Glory be to God! Praise be to Him. Muhammad is His Prophet. O‟ my God! Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny and accept my fasting. Do not make me ashamed in front of Muhammad and his Progeny while they delivered the message and advised me. O‟ my God! Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny . Please resurrect me with faith in You, and acknowledging Your Book and Your Prophet. O‟ my God! I ask You to bless this month and this night I ask You for all the good things that You have sent or shall send down on this night including forgiveness, Your Pleasure, and Abundant Sustenance. Please expand it for me, my wife, children, family and all the believing men and women, as You have power over all things. O‟ my God! I take refuge in You from the ending of Your Blessings. And seek refuge in You from the evils written in Your Book in the past.

Translation

All praise is due to Allah, whose praise spreads throughout creation, whose glory is manifested in honor [and generosity], whose hand extends with generosity, whose treasures do not diminish despite the vastness of His grace and the nobility of His gifts. And His gifts only increase Him in nobility, generosity, favor, and benevolence. And He is the Almighty, the Wise, the Generous, the Bestower, the Great. O Allah, to You belongs all praise, You have always been our Lord, existing without being created, alone with no one beside You enduring as You endure. But You remain forever, and all besides You perish, and to You belong the creation and the command. Blessed is Allah, the Lord of the worlds. All praise is due to Allah, who has no opponent in His dominion and no likeness in His attributes.
