Dua and Amaal for 22nd of the month of Ramadan

Transliteration

allahumma aftah li fihi abwaba fadlika wa anzil `alayya fihi barakatika wa waffiqny fihi limujibati mardatika wa askinny fihi buhbuhati jannatika ya mujiba da`wati almudtarrina

Translation

O Allah; on this day, (please) open before me the doors to Your graces, And pour down on me Your blessings, And lead me to things that bring about Your pleasure, And allow me to reside in the spacious places from the gardens of Your Paradise; O He Who responds to the prayer of the distressed ones.

Translation

O‟ my Master! You are the Compeller! Forgiver! Powerful! Subduer! All-Hearing! All-Knowing! All-Forgiving! O‟ Merciful! O‟ Forgiver of sins! O‟ Acceptor of repentance! O‟ Strict in punishment! The One who splits grains and seeds! O‟ He who merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night. O‟ He who brings forth the living from the dead, and brings forth the dead from the living. Provider of sustenance for the people without measure. O‟ Compeller! O‟ Compeller! O‟ Compeller! O‟ Compeller! O‟ Compeller! O‟ Compeller! Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as). Please pardon me, forgive me and have mercy on me as You are All-Forgiving, Merciful!”

Translation

O Allah, I ask You, O He for whom the seven earths and all that is within them, and all that is between them, and all that is beneath them, glorify O He who has not taken a consort nor a son, and there is no partner in His dominion, and He has no ally out of humility, and magnify Him with a great magnification, O He who revealed the Book upon His servant without any crookedness, straight, O He who does not share His rule with anyone, O He who called Moses from the right side of Mount Sinai and drew him near for conversation, O He who raised Enoch to a high place, O He to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and on the earth and between them and under the soil, O He who knows the secret and what is even more hidden,

Translation

You are Allah, there is no deity except You, Yours are the most beautiful names, O He who gave everything its creation and then guided it, O He for whom the voices are subdued, you hear nothing but whispers, O Allah, I ask You by what I have privately conversed with You from Your praise today, seeking Your pardon, fearing Your punishment, hoping for what is with You, longing for Your benevolence, desiring Your pleasure, expanding in Your sustenance and Your grace, to bless Muhammad and his pure family, to comfort my solitude, to connect my isolation, to honor my humility, to cover my flaws, to compensate for my need, O Allah, You are my hope and my trust,

Translation

so assist me against those who oppress me, support me against those who seek to harm me, and guard me in my soul, wealth, religion, family, and children, and free me from the Fire, and grant me Paradise and security in this world and the Hereafter, and do not make me in need of anyone other than You by Your freely bestowed grace and anticipated benevolence, indeed, You are capable of all things, and it is easy for You, and may Allah send blessings upon our master Muhammad and his pure family.

Transliteration

Yā sālikha al-layli mina al-nahār, fa-idhā hum muẓlimūn Yā mujriya al-shamsi limustaqarrīhā bi-taqdīrik Yā ‘Alīm, yā muntahā raghbati al-rāghibīn Wa yā waliyy al-ni‘mah ‘ala al-‘ālamīn Yā Raḥmān, yā Quddūs Yā Wāḥid, yā Aḥad, yā Fard, yā Ṣamad, yā Witr Yā Allāh, yā Allāh, yā Allāh Laka al-asmā’u al-ḥusnā wa al-amthālu al-‘ulyā wa al-kibriyā’u wa al-ālā’ Wa laka al-ḥamdu fī al-ākhirati wa al-ūlā Allāhumma innī as’aluka bi-annaka ḥayy lā yamūt Wa khāliqun lā yughlab, wa baṣīrun lā yartāb Wa samī‘un lā yashukk, wa ṣādiqun lā yakdhib, wa qāhirun lā yuḍādd

Translation

O You who strips the night from the day, and suddenly they are in darkness. O You who causes the sun to move towards its resting place by Your decree. O All-Knowing, O ultimate desire of those who seek! O Guardian of blessings over all the worlds! O Most Merciful, O Most Holy! O One, O Unique, O Indivisible, O Self-Sufficient, O Singular! O Allah, O Allah, O Allah! To You belong the Most Beautiful Names, the highest attributes, majesty, and blessings. And to You belongs all praise in the Hereafter and the first life. O Allah, I ask You because You are the Ever-Living who never dies. The Creator who is never defeated, the All-Seeing who never doubts. The All-Hearing who never hesitates, the Truthful who never lies, the Supreme who is never opposed.

Transliteration

Wa badī’un lā yanfad, wa qarīb lā yab‘ud Wa qādirun lā yaẓlim, wa ṣamadun lā yuṭ‘am Wa qayyūmun lā yanām, wa ‘ālimun lā yu‘allam, wa qawiyyun lā yaḍ‘uf Wa ‘aẓīmun lā tuṣaf, wa wafiyyun lā tukhlif Wa ‘adlun lā taḥīf, wa ghanīyun lā yaftaqir Wa malikun lā ta‘dhir, wa ḥalīmun lā tajūr As’aluka an tuṣalliya ‘alā Muḥammad wa Āli Muḥammad Wa an tarḥamanī bi raḥmatika wa tu‘tiqanī mina al-nār bi jūdika wa karamika Wa tudkhilani al-jannata bi faḍlika wa iḥsānik Famā dhālika ‘alayka bi-‘azīz Yā arḥama al-rāḥimīn Wa ṣallā Allāhu ‘alā sayyidinā rasūlihi Muḥammad al-nabiyy wa ālihi wa sallam taslīman

Translation

The Originator who never ceases, the Near One who is never distant. The All-Powerful who never oppresses, the Self-Sufficient who needs no sustenance. The Self-Sustaining who never sleeps, the All-Knowing who is never taught, the Strong who never weakens. The Great who cannot be described, the Faithful who never breaks His promise. The Just who never oppresses, the Rich who never needs. The King who never wrongs, the Forbearing who never transgresses. I ask You to send blessings upon Muhammad and his family. And to have mercy on me by Your mercy, and free me from the Fire by Your generosity and kindness. And admit me into Paradise by Your grace and beneficence. For that is not difficult for You. O Most Merciful of the merciful! And may Allah send blessings upon our master, His messenger Muhammad, the Prophet, and his family, and grant them peace.

Translation

“Glory be to God whose Power is dominant over the thoughts, whose wonders have filled the eyes, His Bestowals do not diminish and smart asking does not force Him to bestow! He Himself who made the tongues to speak about His Attributes, and He was Powerful to do what He did with His Own Acts. And He joined corruption with their correctness, scattering with their union, and discord with their orderliness so as to guide the blind ones that all of them shall be destroyed and they are the created by the Creator. There is no survival or lasting except for Him - the Only, the Winner who cannot be defeated. You are the Ruler who cannot be ruled! Praise be to God, Who let me reach this night that I spent its day with fasting. He blessed me with staying up instead of sleeping on it and with all-night vigil I ask my Lord of Honor to allocate His Special Mercy to me, bless me with His Blessings, and cover me with His Kindness. I ask Him to finish the beginning of this night with increased things which He has granted me because He is the Powerful King. God send salutations be upon Muhammad and his Progeny (as) with plenty of peace.”
