Transliteration

ya dha alladhi kana qabla kulli shay'in thumma khalaqa kulla shay'in thumma yabqa wa yafna kullu shay'in ya dha alladhi laysa kamithlihi shay'un wa ya dha alladhi laysa fi alssamawati al`ula wa la fi al-aradina alssufla wa la fawqahunna wa la tahtahunna wa la baynahunna ilahun yu`badu ghayruhu laka alhamdu hamdan la yaqwa `ala ihsa'ihi illa anta fasalli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin salatan la yaqwa `ala ihsa'iha illa anta

Translation

O He Who has existed before all things, then created all things, and then stays while all things vanish! O He Whose like is not found at all! O He neither in the highest heavens nor in the lowest layers of the earth, nor above them, nor beneath them, nor there is between them any god that is worshipped save Him. To You be the praise that none can count save You. So, please bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad with blessings that none can count save You.

Transliteration

allahumma inni as'aluka an taj`ala fima taqdi wa tuqaddiru min al-amri almahtumi fi al-amri alhakimi min alqada'i alladhi la yuraddu wa la yubaddalu an taktubani min hujjaji baytika alharami almabruri hajjuhum almashkuri sa`yuhum almaghfuri dhunubuhum almukaffari `an sayyi'atihim wa an taj`ala fima taqdi wa tuqaddiru an tutila `umri fi khayrin wa `afiyatin wa tuwassi`a fi rizqi wa taj`alani mimman tantasiru bihi lidinika

Translation

O Allah :I beseech You that You, while taking decisions and rendering possible things and events decisively (decisions which can not be changed or bypassed), write my name in the list of those pilgrims of Your Holy House whose pilgrimage receives Your approval, whose efforts are appreciated, whose sins are forgiven, whose wrongdoings are overlooked; that You, while making decisions and rendering possible things and events; make possible for me long life, goodness, welfare, and enough means of livelihood, and let me be like him whom You helps with Your Religion;

wa la tastabdil bi ghayri

Translation

not substituting any other in my place.

Transliteration

allahumma hadha shahru ramadana alladhi anzalta fihi alqur'ana hudan lilnnasi wa bayyinatin min alhuda walfurqani wa hadha shahru alssiyami wa hadha shahru alqiyami wa hadha shahru al-inabati wa hadha shahru alttawbati wa hadha shahru almaghfirati walrrahmati wa hadha shahru al`itqi min alnnari walfawzi biljannati wa hadha shahrun fihi laylatu alqadri allati hiya khayrun min alfi shahrin allahumma fasalli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

Translation

O Allah, this is the month of Ramadan in which You revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for humankind and clear proofs of true guidance and distinction (between the right and the wrong). This is the month of observing fasting. This is the month of acts of worship. This the month of turning to You (in penitence). This is the month of repentance. This is the month of forgiveness and mercy. This is the moth of release from Hellfire and winning Paradise. This is the month in which there is the Destiny Night, which is better than one thousand months. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

Transliteration

wa a`inni `ala siyamihi wa qiyamihi wa sallimhu li wa sallimni fihi wa a`inni `alayhi bi-afdali `awnika wa waffiqni fihi lita`atika wa ta`ati rasulika wa awliya'ika salla allahu `alayhim wa farrighni fihi li`ibadatika wa du`a'ika wa tilawati kitabika wa a`zim li fihi albarakata wa ahsin li fihi al`afiyata wa asihha fihi badani wa awsi` fihi rizqi wakfini fihi ma ahammani wastajib fihi du`a'i

Translation

help me observe fasting and do acts of worship during it, keep it upright for me, keep me safe during it, help me observe it with the best of Your help, make me succeed in doing acts of obedience to You, to Your Prophet, and Your intimate servants upon whom be Your blessings. Make me devote myself to acts of worship to You, to praying You, and to reciting Your Book, increase its blessings for me, confer upon me with good health during it, make my body healthy during it, expand my sustenance during it, save me from whatever aggrieves me during it, respond to my prayers during it,

Transliteration

wa ballighni fihi raja'i allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa adhhib `anni fihi alnnu`asa walkasala walssa'mata walfatrata walqaswata walghaflata walghirrata wa jannibni fihi al`ilala wal-asqama walhumuma wal-ahzana wal-a`rada wal-amrada walkhataya waldhdhunuba wasrif `anni fihi alssu'a walfahsha'a waljahda walbala'a waltta`aba wal`ana'a innaka sami`u alddu`a'i

Translation

and make me attain my hope during it. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, remove from me during it drowsiness, lethargy, laziness, weariness, hardheartedness, inattentiveness, and carelessness. Put aside from me during it illnesses, sicknesses, grievances, sorrows, ailments, diseases, wrongdoings, and sins. Send away from me during it evil, indecency, fatigue, ordeals, tiredness, and suffering. Verily, You are the Hearer of prayers.

Transliteration

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa a`idhni fihi min alshshaytani alrrajimi wa hamzihi wa lamzihi wa nafthihi wa nafkhihi wa waswasatihi wa tathbitihi wa batshihi wa kaydihi wa makrihi wa haba'ilihi wa khuda`ihi wa amaniyyihi wa ghururihi wa fitnatihi wa sharakihi wa ahzabihi wa atba`ihi wa ashya`ihi wa awliya'ihi wa shuraka'ihi wa jami`i maka'idihi allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin warzuqna qiyamahu wa siyamahu wa bulugha al-amali fihi wa fi qiyamihi wastikmala ma yurdika `anni

Translation

O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and protect me during it from Satan the cursed, his sting, his slander, his devilry, his evil inspirations, his frustration, his obstinacy, his trickeries, his deceptions, his traps, his scams, his false hopes, his vanities, his seductions, his ruses, his allies, his followers, his fans, his supporters, his partners, and all his snares. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and bestow upon us with the observance of fasting, acts of worship, attainment of our hopes during it, by means of doing acts of worship in it, accomplishment of that which brings about Your pleasure

Transliteration

sabran wahtisaban wa imanan wa yaqinan thumma taqabbal dhalika minni bil-ad`afi alkathirati wal-ajri al`azimi ya rabba al`alamina allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin warzuqni alhajj wal`umrata waljidda walijtihada walquwwata walnnashata wal-inabata walttawbata walttawfiqa walqurbata walkhayra almaqbula walrraghbata walrrahbata walttadarru`a walkhushu`a

Translation

by means of steadfastness, acting for Your sake, faith and certitude. Then (please) admit all that from me with manifold rewards and great gifts. O Lord of the worlds! O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and grant me (the opportunity to go on) Hajj, `Umrah, hard work, painstakingness, power, activity, turning to You, repentance, success, seeking Your nearness, admitted good-doing, desire (for You), fear (from You), submission (to You), meekness,

Transliteration

walrriqqata walnniyyata alssadiqata wa sidqa allisani walwajala minka walrraja'a laka walttawakkula `alayka walththiqata bika walwara`a `an maharimika ma`a salihi alqawli wa maqbuli alssa`yi wa marfu`i al`amali wa mustajabi aldda`wait wa la tahul bayni wa bayna shay'in min dhalika

Translation

tenderness, sincere intention, truthfulness, dread from You, hope for You, reliance upon You, trust in You, and abstention from committing that which You have deemed unlawful, along with decent speaking, admitted efforts, elevated deeds, and responded prayers. Do not let anything intervene between me and any of these matters,

Transliteration

bi`aradin wa la maradin wa la hammin wa la ghammin wa la suqmin wa la ghaflatin wa la nisyanin bal biltta`ahudi walttahaffuzi laka wa fika walrri`aiyati lihaqqika walwafa'i bi`ahdika wa wa`dika birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waqsim li fihi afdala ma taqsimuhu li`ibadika alssalihina wa a`tini fihi afdala ma tu`ti awlya'aka almuqarrabina min alrrahmati walmaghfirati walttahannuni wal-ijabati wal`afwi walmaghfirati aldda'imati wal`afiyati walmu`afati wal`itqi min alnnari walfawzi biljannati

Translation

such as an accidental event, disease, grief, unhappiness, ailment, inadvertence, or oblivion; rather, (help me do all that) with observance, carefulness to You and for Your sake, adherence to that which is incumbent upon me towards You, and fulfillment of my covenant and promise to You. (let all that be) in the name of Your mercy, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, decide for me during this month the best of that which You decide for Your righteous servants, and give me during it the most favorable of that which You give to Your intimate and favorite servants; such as mercy, forgiveness, kindness, responding (of prayers), pardon, perpetual forgiveness, good health, continuous wellbeing, release from Hellfire, winning Paradise,

Transliteration

wa khayri alddunya wal-akhirati allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waj`al du`a'i fihi ilayka wasilan wa rahmataka wa khayraka ilayya fihi nazilan wa `amali fihi maqbulan wa sa`yi fihi mashkuran wa dhanbi fihi maghfuran hatta yakuna nasibi fihi al-akthara wa hazzi fihi al-awfara allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa waffiqni fihi lilaylati alqadri `ala afdali halin tuhibbu an yakuna `alayha ahadun min awliya'ika wa ardaha laka

Translation

and the goodness of this worldly life and the Next World. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and cause my prayers during this month to reach You, Your mercy and goodness during it to reach me, my deed to be accepted (by You), my efforts during it to be praiseworthy, and my sins during it to be forgiven so that my share (of Your awards) shall be the most abundant, and my portion the most copious. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and guide me to observe the Destiny Night adequately, being in the most favorable and most pleased state that You would like to notice from any of Your intimate servants.

Transliteration

thumm ij`alha li khayran min alfi shahrin warzuqni fiha afdala ma razaqta ahadan mimman ballaghtahu iyyaha wa akramtahu biha waj`alni fiha min `utaqa'ika min jahannama wa tulaqa'ika min alnnari wa su`ada'i khalqika bimaghfiratika wa ridwanika ya arhama alrrahimina allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin warzuqna fi shahrina hadha aljidda walijtihada walquwwata walnnashata wa ma tuhibbu wa tarda allahumma rabba alfajri wa layalin `ashrin walshshaf`i walwatri wa rabba shahri ramadana wa ma anzalta fihi min alqur'ani

Translation

Then, decide it to be better for me that one thousand months, confer upon me during this night the best conferrals that You ever confer upon any one whom You guide to attain it and whom You honor during it, include me at this night it with those whom You release from Hell whom You manumit from Hellfire and with those of Your creatures who are happy due to Your forgiveness and satisfaction (that reach them). O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and grant us during this month hard working, exactness, power, activeness, and whatever You like and please. O Allah, the Lord of the Dawn, the Ten Nights, the Even and the Odd, the Lord of the month of Ramadan and the Qur'an that You have revealed during it,

Transliteration

wa rabba jabra'ila wa mika'ila wa israfila wa `izra'ila wa jami`i almala'ikati almuqarrabina wa rabba ibrahima wa isma`ila wa ishaqa wa ya`quba wa rabba musa wa `isa wa jami`i alnnabiyyina walmursalina wa rabba muhammadin khatami alnnabiyyina salawatuka `alayhi wa `alayhim ajma`ina wa as'aluka bihaqqika `alayhim wa bihaqqihim `alayka wa bihaqqika al`azimi lamma sallayta `alayhi wa alihi wa `alayhim ajma`ina wa nazarta ilayya nazratan rahimatan tarda biha `anni ridan la sakhata `alayya ba`dahu Abadan

Translation

the Lord of (Archangels) Gabriel, Michael, Seraph, and `Izra’il, as well as all the Favorite Angels, the Lord of (Prophets) Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, and Jacob, the Lord of Moses and Jesus, as well as all the Prophets and Messengers, and the Lord of Muhammad, the seal of the Prophets, may Your blessings be upon him and upon them all. I beseech You in the name of their duty towards You Your duty towards them, and in the name of the great duty towards You to bless him and his Household and all of them, to take a merciful look at me due to which You be pleased with me so perfectly that You never be irate with me after that,

Transliteration

wa a`taytani jami`a su'li wa raghbati wa umniyati wa iradati wa sarafta `anni ma akrahu wa ahdharu wa akhafu `ala nafsi wa ma la akhafu wa `an ahli wa mali wa ikhwani wa dhurriyyati allahumma ilayka fararna min dhunubina fa'awina ta'ibina wa tub `alayna mustaghfirina waghfir lana muta`awwidhina wa a`idhna mustajirina wa ajirna mustaslimina wa la takhdhulna rahibina wa aminna raghibina wa shaffi`na sa'ilina

Translation

to grant me all my requests, desires, hopes, and needs, to ward off all that which I despise and try to avoid and all that which I fear for myself and all that which I do not fear, and to do the same to my family members, my property, my brethren and my offspring. O Allah, to You are we running from our sins; so (please do) shelter us as we are repentant, accept our repentance as we are seeking Your forgiveness, forgive us as we are seeking Your protection, protect us as we are seeking Your aid, aid us as we are surrendering to You, never disappoint us as we are fearful of You, secure us as we are desiring for You, accept our intercession as we are begging You,

Transliteration

wa a`tina innaka sami`u alddu`a'i qribun mujibun allahumma anta rabbi wa ana `abduka wa ahaqqu man sa'ala al`abdu rabbahu wa lam yas'ali al`ibadu mithlaka karaman wa judan ya mawdi`a shakwa alssa'ilina wa ya muntaha hajati alrraghibina wa ya ghiyatha almustaghithina wa ya mujiba da`wati almudtarrina wa ya malja'a alharibina wa ya sarikha almustasrikhina wa ya rabba almustad`afina wa ya kashifa karbi almakrubina

Translation

and grant us (what we hope) as You are verily the Hearer of prayers, the Nigh, and the Responding. O Allah, You are my Lord and I am Your servant, and it is conventional that a servant begs from his Lord. All Your servants have never begged any one who is as generous and magnanimous as You are. O center of the complaints of the beseechers! O ultimate goal of the needs of the desirers! O Aide of the seekers of aid! O Responding to the prayers of the distressed ones! O Shelter of the fugitives! O Helper of the seekers of help! O Cherisher of the enfeebled ones! O Reliever of the grievances of the aggrieved ones!

Transliteration

wa ya farija hammi almahmumina wa ya kashifa alkarbi al`azimi ya allahu ya rahmanu ya rahimu ya arhama alrrahimina salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waghfir li dhunubi wa `uyubi wa isa'ati wa zulmi wa jurmi wa israfi `ala nafsi warzuqni min fadlika wa rahmatika fa'innahu la yamlikuha ghayruka wa`fu `anni waghfir li kulla ma salafa min dhunubi

Translation

O Releaser of the agonies of the distressed ones! O Reliever of the enormous calamities! O Allah! O All-beneficent! O All-merciful! O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! (Please) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, forgive my sins, my defects, my offenses, my wrongdoing, my felonies, and my extravagance in my affairs, grant me out of Your favors and mercy, for none possesses these two save You, pardon me, forgive all my past sins,

Transliteration

wa`simni fima baqiya min `umri wastur `alayya wa `ala walidayya wa waladi wa qarabati wa ahli huzanati wa man kana minni bisabilin min almu'minina walmu'minati fi alddunya wal-akhirati fa'inna dhalika kullahu biyadika wa anta wasi`u almaghfirati fala tukhayyibni ya sayyidi wa la tarudda du`a'i wa la yadi ila nahri hatta taf`ala dhalika bi wa tastajiba li jami`a ma sa'altuka wa tazidani min fadlika fa'innaka `ala kulli shay'in qadirun wa nahnu ilayka raghibuna

Translation

save me from sinning in the rest of my lifetime, cover me as well as my parents, my children, my relatives, my friends, and all those who relate to me from the believing men and women in this worldly life and the life to come. Verily, all that is managed by You alone and You are verily the Liberal in forgiving. So, my Master, do not disappoint me, do not reject my prayer, and do not let me down; rather, (please) do all that to me, respond to me in all that which I have asked from You, and increase Your favor upon me, because You verily have power over all things and for You do we desire.

Transliteration

allahumma laka al-asma'u alhusna wal-amthalu al`ulya walkibriya'u wal-ala'u as'aluka bismika: bismi allahi alrrahmani alrrahimi in kunta qadayta fi hadhihi allaylati tanazzala almala'ikati walrruhi fiha an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa an taj`ala (i)smi fi alssu`ada'i wa ruhi ma`a alshshuhada'i wa ihsani fi `illiyyina wa isa'ati maghfuratan

Translation

O Allah, Yours are the Most Excellent Names, the Most Elevated Examples, every greatness, and all bounties. I thus beseech You by Your Name: In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. If you have decided at this night, during which the angels and the Holy Spirit are allowed to descend, to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, add my name to the (list of the) happy ones, add my soul to the martyrs, elevate my good doings exaltedly, decide my ill deeds to be forgiven,

Transliteration

wa an tahaba li yaqinan tubashiru bihi qalbi wa imanan la yashubuhu shakkun wa ridan bima qasamta li wa atini fi alddunya hasanatan wa fi al-akhirati hasanatan wa qini `adhaba alnnari wa in lam takun qadayta fi hadhihi allaylati tanazzala almala'ikati walrruhi fiha fa-akhkhirni ila dhalika warzuqni fiha dhikraka wa shukraka wa ta`ataka wa husna `ibadatika wa salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin bi-afdali salawatika ya arhama alrrahimina

Translation

grant me conviction with which You fill in my heart, faith free of doubt, satisfaction with that which You decide for me, grant me good in this worldly life and good in the Next World, and save me from the Fire of Hell. And if You have not decided at this night, during which the angels and the Holy Spirit are allowed to descend, then (please) postpone Your decisions about me to that night, confer upon me during it with remembering You, showing gratitude to You, doing acts of obedience to You, and worshipping You in the best manner. And (please) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad with Your most favorable blessings, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

Transliteration

ya ahadu ya samadu ya rabba muhammadin ighdab alyawma limuhammadin wa li'abrari `itratihi waqtul a`da'ahum badadan wa ahsihim `adadan wa la tada` `ala zahri al-ardi minhum ahadan wa la taghfir lahum abadan ya hasana alssuhbati ya khalifata alnnabiyyina anta arhamu alrrahimina albadi'u albadi`u alladhi laysa kamithlika shay'un

Translation

O One and Only! the Besought of all! O Lord of Muhammad! (please) revenge on this day for Muhammad and for the pious ones from his offspring, eradicate all of their enemies, put them all under Your reprimand, do not leave anyone of them to live on this earth, and never forgive them. O most excellent Companion! O Heir of the Prophets! You are verily the most Merciful of all those who show mercy, the Commencer, the brilliant Maker, there is none like You,

Transliteration

waldda'imu ghayru alghafili walhayyu alladhi la yamutu anta kulla yawmin fi sha'nin anta khalifatu muhammadin wa nasiru muhmmdin wa mufaddilu muhammadin as'aluka an tansura wasiyi muhammadin wa khalifata muhammadin walqa'ima bilqisti min awsiya'i muhammadin salawatuka `alayhi wa `alayhim i`tif `alayhim nasraka ya la ilaha illa anta bihaqqi la ilaha illa anta

Translation

You are the Eternal Who never omits anything, are the Ever-living Who never dies, on each day, You have a certain state. You are the Heir of Muhammad, the Supporter of Muhammad, and the Selector of Muhammad. I beseech You to give victory to the successor and representative of Muhammad, the Imam who shall appear with justice among the successors of Muhammad, may Your blessings be upon him and upon them. (Please) turn Your victory toward them. O He but Whom there is no god! I beseech You in the name of that there is no god but You,

Transliteration

salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waj`alni ma`ahum fi alddunya wal-akhirati waj`al `aqibata amri ila ghufranika wa rahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina wa kadhalika nasabta nafsaka ya sayyidi billutfi bala innaka latifun fasalli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waltuf bi lima tasha'u allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin warzuqni alhajja wal`umrata fi `amina hadha wa tatawwal `alayya bijami`i hawa'iji lil-akhirati walddunya astaghfiru allaha rabbi wa atubu ilayhi

Translation

(please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, allow me to join them in this worldly life as well as the Next World and allow all my affairs to end up with Your forgiveness and mercy. O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! O my Master, You have ascribed the feature of kindness to Yourself. Yes, indeed! You are truly kind. So, (please) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and treat me kindly as You like. O Allah, (please) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, grant me (the opportunity to go on) Hajj and `Umrah in this year, confer upon me with the favor of settling all my needs for the Next World and this worldly life. I implore for the forgiveness of Allah, my Lord, and I repent before Him.

Transliteration

inna rabbi qaribun mujibun astaghfiru allaha rabbi wa atubu ilayhi inna rabbi rahimun wadudun astaghfiru allaha rabbi wa atubu ilayhi innahu kana ghaffaran allahumma ighfir li innaka arhamu alrrahimina rabbi inni `amiltu su'an wa zalamtu nafsi faghfir li innahu la yaghfiru aldhdhunuba illa anta astaghfiru allaha alladhi la ilaha illa huwa alhayyu alqayyumu alhalimu al`azimu alkarimu alghaffaru lildhdhanbi al`azimi

Translation

Surely, my Lord is Nigh and Responding. I implore for Allah’s forgiveness, my Lord, and I repent before Him, Surely, my Lord is Merciful, Loving. I implore for Allah’s forgiveness, my Lord, and I repent before Him. He is surely All-forgiving. O Allah, (please do) forgive me. You are verily the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. O my Lord, I have committed ill deeds and wronged myself. So (please) forgive me, because none can forgive sins save You. I implore for Allah’s forgiveness save Whom there is no god, the Ever-living, the Self-Subsistent, the Indulgent, the All-great, the Noble, the forgiver of fatal sins,

Transliteration

wa atubu ilayhi astaghfiru allaha inna allaha kana ghafuran rahiman allahumma inni as'aluka an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa an taj`ala fima taqdi wa tuqaddiru min al-amri al`azimi almahtumi fi laylati alqadri min alqada'i alladhi la yuraddu wa la yubaddalu an taktubani min hujjaji baytika alharami almabruri hajjuhum almashkuri sa`yuhum almaghfuri dhunubuhum almukaffari `anhum sayyi'atuhum

Translation

and I repent before Him. I implore for Allah’s forgiveness. Allah is verily Forgiver, Merciful. O Allah, I beseech You to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, to decide within the decisions that You make, from the great, inevitable affair at the Destiny Night, within the decision that is neither rejected nor altered, to write my name with the pilgrims of Your Holy House, whose Hajj is admitted, whose efforts are praiseworthy, whose sins are forgiven, and whose offenses are pardoned,

Transliteration

wa an taj`ala fima taqdi wa tuqaddiru an tutila `umri wa tuwassi`a rizqi wa tu'addiya `anni amanati wa dayni amina rabba al`alamina allahumma ij`al li min amri farajan wa makhrajan warzuqni min haythu ahtasibu wa min haythu la ahtasibu wahrusni min haythu ahtarisu wa min haythu la ahtarisu wa salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa sallim kathiran

Translation

to decide among the decisions that You make to grant me long lifetime, expand my sustenance, help me fulfill my trusts and settle my debts, and respond to me, O Lord of the worlds. O Allah, (please do) make for me relief and an outlet, provide for me from whence I expect and from whence I do not expect, guard me from when I take precautions and from whence I do not take precautions, and send plentiful blessings and benedictions to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

Transliteration

Allahumma arina fihi wa fi ahli baytihi wa shi‘atihi wa ra‘iyyatihi wa ‘ammatihi Ama ya’mulu wa fi a‘da’ihi ma yahdharun Munn ‘alayna bita‘atihi wa ridhah Walhiqna bashi‘atihi al-muqarrabin wa awliya’ihi as-sabiqin Wa salli ‘alayhi wa ‘ala aba’ihi at-tahirin Bijami‘ salawatika ya arham ar-rahimin

Translation

O Allah, show us in him, his family, his followers, his people, and the general public What he hopes for, and in his enemies what they fear Bestow upon us obedience to him and his pleasure And join us with his close followers and his preceding allies And send blessings upon him and his pure forefathers With all Your blessings, O Most Merciful of the merciful

Transliteration

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka min baha’ika bi-abhahu wa kullu baha’ika bahiyy allahumma inni as’aluka bibaha’ika kullhi allahumma inni as’aluka min jalalika bi-ajallhi wa kullu jalalika jalilun allahumma inni as’aluka bijalalika kullhi allahumma inni as’aluka min jamalika bi-ajmalihi wa kullu jamalika jamilun allahumma inni as’aluka bijamalika kullhi

Translation

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your brilliance that beautifies, and all Your glories are radiantly brilliant, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your glories. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your majesty that gives grandeur, and all Your majestic powers are strongly sublime; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your powers. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your refined good that makes more handsome, and all Your refinements are gracefully beautiful; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your beauties.

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka min `azamatika bi-a`zamiha wa kullu `azamatika `azimatun allahumma inni as’aluka bi`azamatika kulliha allahumma inni as’aluka min nurika bi-anwarihi wa kullu nurika nayyrun allahumma inni as’aluka binurika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min rahmatika bi-awsa`iha wa kullu rahmatika wasi`atun allahumma inni as’aluka birahmatika kulliha

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your greatness that makes great, and all Your powers are extensively important; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your influences. O Allah I beseech You to give me from Your light that enlightens, and all Your enlightenments are luminously bright; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your lights. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your mercy that gives much, and all Your kind leniencies are plenteously many, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your compassions.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your perfection that brings to fullness, and all Your perfections are total and whole, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your perfections. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Words that elaborate and conclude; and all Your words are complete and perfect; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your Words. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Names that make great, and all Your Names are important; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your Names:

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka min `izztika bi-a`azza wa kullu `izzatika `azizatun allahumma inni as’aluka bi`izzatika kulliha allahumma inni as’aluka min mashi-atika bi-amdaha wa kullu mashiiatika madiyatun allahumma inni as’aluka bimashi-atika kulliha allahumma inni as’aluka min qudratika bilqudrati allaty astatalta biha `ala kulli shay‘in wa kullu qudratika mustatilatun allahumma inni as’aluka biqudratika kulliha

Translation

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah I beseech You to give me from Your authority that surpasses in honor and power, and all Your authorities are rare and supreme, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your authorities. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Will that (simultaneously) takes effect, and all Your wills are (at once) executed; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your wills. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your that omnipotence which controls everything, and at all events Your omnipotence dominates. O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your all-embracing omnipotence.

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka min `ilmika bi-anfadhihi wa kullu `ilmika nafidhun allahumma inni as’aluka bi`ilmika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min qawlika bi-ardahu wa kullu qawlika radiyyun allahumma inni as’aluka biqawlika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min masa’ilika bi-ahabbha ilayka wa kullu masa’ilika ilayka habibatun allahumma inni as’aluka bimasa’ilika kulliha

Translation

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Wisdom that pierces through and enforces, and Your Wisdom is altogether effective, O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your Wisdom. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your promise which always is fulfilled, and all Your promises are kept and fulfilled, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your promises. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Channels which are most dear to You, and all that which is dear to You is most desirable, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your Channels.

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka min sharafika bi-ashrafihi wa kullu sharafika sharifun allahumma inni as’aluka bisharafika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min sultanika bi-adwamihi wa kullu sultanika da’imun allahumma inni as’aluka bisultanika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min mulkika bi-afkharihi wa kullu mulkika fakhirun allahumma inni as’aluka bimulkika kullihi

Translation

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your distinctions that vie in glory, and all Your distinctions are noble; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your distinctions. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your sovereignty which lasts and continues forever, and for all times Your sovereignty is everlasting; O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your absolute sovereignty. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your kingdom that surpasses in glory and nobility, and in reality Your kingdom alone is the most celebrated and magnificent; O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your unlimited kingdom.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your highest height that exalts, and Your eminence is altogether sublime; O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your highest sublimeness. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your bounties which always move ahead, come in advance, and all Your bounties are eternal, O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your bounties. O Allah I ask You to give me from Your signs; the most wonderful of them, and all Your signs are wonderful; O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your signs,

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka min fadlika bi-afdalihi wa kullu fadlika fadilun allahumma inni as’aluka bifadlika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min rizqika bi-a`ammhi wa kullu rizqika `ammun allahumma inni as’aluka birizqika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min `ata’ika bi-ahna’ihi wa kullu `ata’ika hani‘ allahumma inni as’aluka bi`ata’ika kullihi

Translation

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from the best of Your favors; and all Your favors are excellent. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your whole favor. O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from the most widespread of Your sustenance; and all Your sustenance is widespread. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your whole sustenance. O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from the most wholesome of Your bestowal; and Your entire bestowal is wholesome. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your entire bestowal.

Transliteration

allahumma inni as’aluka min khayrika bi-a`jalihi wa kullu khayrika `ajilun allahumma inni as’aluka bikhayrika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka min ihsanika bi-ahsanihi wa kullu ihsanika hasanun allahumma inni as’aluka biihsanika kullihi allahumma inni as’aluka bima tujibuny bihi hina as’aluka fajibny ya allahu allahumma inni as’aluka bima tujibuny bihi hina as’aluka na`am da`awtuka ya allahu allahumma bima anta fihi mina alshshu’uni wal-jabaruti allahumma inni as’aluka bisha’nika wa jabarutika kulliha

Translation

O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from Your most instant welfare; and Your entire welfare is instant. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your entire welfare. O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from You most excellent benevolence; and Your entire benevolence is excellent. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your entire benevolence. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of all that through which You may respond to me if I beseech You; therefore, (please do) respond to me, O Allah. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of all that through which You may respond to me if I beseech You; Yes, I have besought You, O Allah. O Allah: (I beseech You) in the name of all authorities and powers that You enjoy. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of all of Your authorities and powers.

Transliteration

allahumma inni as’aluka bima tujibuny bihi hina as’aluka bih fa-ajibny ya allahu salli ‘ala muhammadin wa-ali muhammad(in) allahumma salli ‘ala muhammadin wa-ali muhammad(in) Wab`athni `ala al’imani bika wal-ttasdiqi birasulika wal-wilayati li`aliyyi bni aby talibin `alayhima alssalamu wal-i’timami bil-a’immati min ali muhammadin wal-bara‘ati min `aduwwihim fa’inni qad raditu ya rabby bidhlika allahumma salli ‘ala muhammadin wa-ali muhammad(in) wa as’aluka khayral-khayri ridwanaka wal-jannata

Translation

O Allah: I ask You to give me whereby You gives answer to my supplication whenever I turn to You, So, (please) respond to me, O Allah. Send blessings on Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad O Allah: send blessings on Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad and resurrect me abiding by the believing in You, giving credence to Your Messenger, being faithful to `Ali ibn Abu-Talib—peace be upon both of them; being following the (Divinely commissioned) leadership of the Imams from the Household of Muhammad And disavowing their enemy. My Lord, I have accepted such. O Allah: send blessings on Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad And I beseech You for the best of the goodness: Your pleasure and Paradise;

Transliteration

wa a`udhu bika min sharri alshsharri sakhatika wannari allahumma salli `ala muhammdin wali muhammdin , wahfazhniy min kulli musiibatin wakulli baliyyatin, wamin kulli `uqubatin, wamin kulli fitnatin, wamin kulli bala‘in, wamin kulli sharrin, wamin kulli makruhin, wamin kulli musiibatin, wamin kulli afatin, nazalat aw tanzilu mina alssama‘i ili alardi fy hdhihi alssa`ati, wafy hdhihi alllaylati,

Translation

And I seek Your protection against the most evil of the evil: Your wrath and Hellfire. O Allah: (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad; And safeguard me against all misfortunes and all ordeals And all punishments And all seditious matters And all trials And all evils And all tribulations And all misfortunes And all catastrophes That have already or will ascend from the heavens to the earth at this very hour, And at this night

Transliteration

wafy hdha aliawmi, wafy hdha alshshahri, wafy hdhihi alssanati. allahumma sall `ala muhammdin wali muhammdin, waqsim ly min kulli sururin, wamin kulli bahjatin, wamin kulli astiqamatin, wamin kulli farajin, wamin kulli `afiyatin, wamin kulli salamatin, wamin kulli karamatin, wamin kulli rizqin wasi`in halalin tayyibin,

Translation

And on this day And in this month And in this year. O Allah: (please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad; And decide for me a portion from all pleasant things, And all joys And all straightness And all relief And all well-being And all safety And all honor And all items of sustenance that is expansive, legally gotten, and pleasant

Transliteration

wamin kulli ni`matin, wamin kulli hasanatin, nazalat aw tanzilu mina alssama‘i ili alardi fy hdhihi alssa`ati wafy hdhihi alllaylati, wafy hdha aliawmi, wafy hdha alshshahri, wafy hdhihi alssanati. aalllhumma in kanat dhunuby qad akhlaqat wajhiia `indaka, wahalat bayny wabaynaka, aw ghayyarat haly `indaka, fainny asaluka binuri wajhika alkarimi alladhy lam yutfa’, wabiuajhi habiibika muhammadin almustafi,

Translation

And all graces And all advantageous things That have already or will ascend from the heavens to the earth at this very hour, And at this night And on this day And in this month And in this year. O Allah: If my sins have deformed my face in Your view And have thus cut the path taking me to You And have changed my status with You, Then, I beseech You in the name of the Light of Your Magnanimous Face that is never extinguished, And in the name of the face of Your Chosen Prophet, Muhammad,

Transliteration

wabiuajhi waliiiika `aliiiin almurtadi, wabihaqqi awliya’ika alladhina antajabtahum, an tusalliia `ali muhammadin wali muhammadin, Wa’an taghfira ly waliualidayya wama walada, walilmuu´minina walmuu´minati, wama tawaladua, dhunubana kullaha, saghiraha wakabiraha, wa'an takhtima lana bialssalihati, wa'an taqdiia lana alhajati walmuhimmati, wasaliha alddu`a‘i walmas’alati, fastajib lana,

Translation

And in the name of the face of Your well-pleased servant, `Ali, And in the name of Your intimate servants that You have selected, (I beseech You) that You send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, And forgive for me, for my parents, and for all their offspring And forgive for the believing men and women And for all their offspring All our sins, Including the insignificant and the major, And that You seal our lives with righteous deeds, And that You settle our needs and important desires, And that You respond to us our well-intended prayers and requests; So, (please), respond to us,

Transliteration

bihaqqi muhammadin walihi. allahumma sall `ala muhammdin wali muhammdin , amina amina amina, ma sha‘a allhu kana, la hawla wala quwwata illa ballahi, subhana rabbika rabbi al`izzati `amma yasifuwna, wasalamun `ala almursaliina walhamdu lillahi rabbi al`alamiina. ya la ilaha illa anta asaluka bihaqqi man haqquhu `alayka `azhimun, bila ilaha illa anta, asaluka bibaha‘i la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta,

Translation

In the name of Muhammad and his Household. O Allah: (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, (please) respond; (please) respond; (please) respond; Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass. There is no power and no might except with Allah. Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe. And peace be on the messengers. And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. O He but Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of those whose names enjoy a great regard with You And in the name of there is no god save You I beseech You in the name of the luminosity of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

asaluka bijalali la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta, asaluka bijamali la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta. asaluka binuri la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta, asaluka bikamali la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta, asaluka bi`izzati la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta asaluka bi`izhami la ilha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta asaluka biqawli la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta asaluka bisharafi la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta asaluka bi`ala‘i la ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta asaluka bila ilaha illa anta ya la ilaha illa anta ya rabbahu ya rabbahu ya rabbahu… as'aluka ya sayyidi

Translation

I beseech You in the name of the majesty of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the splendor of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the light of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the excellency of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the honor of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the grandeur of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the saying of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the dignity of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of the elevation of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god I beseech You in the name of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god O my Lord; O my Lord; O my Lord I beseech You; O my Master:

Transliteration

ya allahu ya rabbahu ya sayyidahu ya mawlahu ya ghiyathahu ya malja-ahu ya muntaha ghayati raghbatahu ya arhama alrrahimina as'aluka falaysa kamithlika shay’un wa as’aluka bikulli da`watin mustajabatin da`aka biha nabiyyun mursalun aw malakun muqarrabun aw `abdun mu’minun imtahanta qalbahu lil-imani wastajabta da`watahu minhu wa atawajjahu ilayka bimuhammadin nabiyyika nabiyyi alrrahmati wa uqaddimuhu bayna yaday haw’iji ya muhammadu ya rasulal-llahi bi-abi anta wa-ummi atawajjahu bika ila rabbika wa rabbi

Translation

O Allah; O my Lord: O my Master; O my Lord: O my Aide; O my Shelter; O the Ultimate goal of my all desires; O the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy; I beseech You, for nothing is like You And I beseech You with every responded prayer that has been addressed to You by a missioned Prophet or a favorite angel Or a faithful servant (of You) whose heart has been tried by You to carry faith And then You responded to his prayer. I turn my face towards You asking You in the name of Your Prophet, Muhammad, the Prophet of mercy And I seek his intercession before You for the sake of Your settlement of my need O Muhammad: O the Messenger of Allah; May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you! In your name do I turn my and your Lord;

Transliteration

wa uqaddimuka bayna yaday haw’iji ya rabbahu ya rabbahu ya rabbahu as'aluka bika falaysa kamithlika shay’un wa atawajjahu ilayka bimuhammadin habibika wa bi`itratihil-hadiyati wa uqaddimuhum bayna yaday hawa’iji wa as’aluka allahumma bihayatika allaty la tamutu wabinuri wajhika alladhy la yutfa’u wa bi`aynika allaty la tanamu asaluka bihaqqi man haqquhu `alayka `azhimun an tusalliia `ali muhammadin wali muhammadin,

Translation

And I seek your intercession for the sake of the Lord’s settling my needs. O my Lord; O my Lord; O my Lord; I beseech You by Your sake, For there is nothing like You. And I turn my face towards You, asking You in the name of Muhammad, Your most beloved one, And in the name of his offspring—the guide ones, And I seek their intercession for the sake of Your settling my needs. And I beseech You in the name of Your everl-ivingness, since You never dies, And in the name of the Light of Your Face that is never extinguished And in the name of Your Eye that never sleeps I beseech You in the name of those whose names enjoy a great regard with You That You may send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

Transliteration

qabla kulli shay’in wa ba`da kulli shay’in wa `adada kulli shay’in wa zinata kulli shay’in wa mil’a kulli shay’in allahumma inni as’aluka an tusalliya `ala muhammadin `abdika almustafa wa rasulika almurtada wa aminika almustafa wa najibika duna khalqika wahabibika wakhiyaratika min khalqika ajma`in alnnadhiri albashiri alssiraji almunir wa `ala ahli baytihi alttayyibina alttahirina al-akhyari al-abrari wa `ala mala’ikatika alladhina istakhlastahum linafsika wa hajabtahum `an khalqika

Translation

Before everything, And after everything, And as many as all things, And as weighty as all things, And as full as all things O Allah: I beseech You to send blessings upon Muhammad—Your chosen servant And Your well-pleased Messenger And Your Chosen Trustee and Your selected one among all Your creatures, And Your most beloved one, and Your elect among all Your beings. The Warner, the Bearer of good tidings, and the luminous lantern. And upon his Household—the pure, the immaculate, the purified, the virtuous, and the pious, And upon Your angels whom You have chosen for Yourself and screened from Your creatures,

wa `ala anbiya’ika alladhina yunabbi’una bilssidqi `anka wa `ala `ibadika alssalihina alladhina adkhaltahum fi rahmatika al-a’immati almuhtadina alrrashidina almutahharina wa `ala jibra’ila wa mika’ila wa israfila wa malakil-mawti wa ridwana khazinil-jinani wa malikin khazinin-nari walrruhil-qudusi wa hamalatil-`arshi wa munkarin wa nakirin wa `ala almalakayni alhafizayni `alayya bilssalari allati tuhibbu an tusalliya biha `alayhim salatan kathiratan tayyibatan mubarakatan zakiyatan namiyatan

Translation

And upon Your Prophets who convey truly from You And upon Your righteous servants, Whom You have included with Your mercy; The leaders, the well-guided, the orthodox, the purified, And upon (Archangels) Gabriel, and Michael, and Israfil, And the Angel of Death, and Ridwan the doorkeeper of Paradise, And Malik the doorkeeper of Hell, And the Holy Spirit And the Bearers of the (Divine) Throne, and Munkar and Nakir And the two angels whom are in charge of supervising me (please bless them all) with the blessing that You like to bless them with; (Let it be) a blessing that is abundant, pure, holy, genuine, growing,

Transliteration

tahiratan sharifatan fadilatan tubayyinu biha fadlahum `ala al-awwalina wal-akhirina allahumma inni as’aluka an tasma`a sawti wa tujiba da`wati wa taghfira dhunubi wa tunjiha talibati wa taqdiya hajati wa taqbala qissati wa tunjiza li ma wa`adtani wa tuqilani `athrati wa tatajawaza `an khati’ati wa tasfaha `an zulmi

Translation

deep, honorable, and virtuous through which You obviously demonstrate their precedence over the past and the coming generations. O Allah: I beseech You to hear my voice, And to respond to my prayer, And to forgive my sins, And to give success to my prayer, And to settle my needs, And to accept my excuses And to fulfill Your promise to me, And to let off my offense, And to overlook my sins, And to excuse my wrongdoings,

Transliteration

wa ta`fwa `an jurmi wa tuqbila `alayya wa la tu`rida `anni wa tarhamany wa la tu`adhdhibani wa tu`afiyany wa la tabtaliyani wa tarzuqany mina alrrzqi atiyabahu wa awsa`ahu wa ahna’ahu wa amra’ahu wa asbaghahu wa akhtharahu wa la tahrimni ya rabbi dini wa amanati wa da` `anni wizri wa la tuhammilny ma la taqata li bihi ya mawlaya

Translation

And to pardon my evildoings, And to be always present for me And never reject me And to have mercy upon me and not to punish me, And to grant me good health and not to afflict me, And to grant me from the nicest and most extensive sustenance And most pleasant and most wholesome And most plentiful and most abundant And not to deprive me, O my Lord, of my faith and belief trusted with me And (please) relieve me of my burdens; and do not impose on me that which I have not the strength to bear. O my Master;

Transliteration

wa adkhilny fi kull khayrin adkhalta fihi muhammadan wa ala muhammadin wa akhrijny min kulli su‘in akhrajtahum minhu wa la tufarriq bayni wa baynahum tarfata `aynin abadan fiddunya wal-akhirati allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartany fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as’aluka qalilan min kathirin ma`a hajatin by ilayhi `azimatin wa ghinaka `anhu qadimun wa huwa `indy kathirun famnun bihi `alayya innaka `ala kulli shay‘in qadirun allahumma birahmatika fi alssalihina fa-adkhilna

Translation

And (please do) include me with every good item that You have chosen from Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and take me out of any evil from which You have saved them And never separate me from them for even a twinkling of an eye neither in this worldly life nor in the Hereafter. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah, I ask You for a little from the very much, in the midst of my many needs for which I entirely depend on You, and You, since eternity, are able to do without them, but for me it is titanic So, (please do) bestow upon me with them, for You have power over all things. O Allah: (please do) include us with the righteous ones, out of Your mercy.

Transliteration

wa fi `illiyyina farfa`na wa bikasin min ma`inin min `aynin salsabilin fasqina wa mina alhuri al`ini birahmatika fazawwijna wa mina alwildani almukhalldina ka-annahum lu´lu´un maknunun fa-akhdimna wa min thimari aljannati wa luhumi alttiri fat`imna wa min thiyabi alssundusi wal-hariri wal-istabraqi fa-albisna wa laylata alqadri wa hajj baytika alharami wa qatlan fi sabilika ma`a waliyyika fawaffiq lana wa saliha aldd`a‘i wal-masalati fastajib lana ya khaliqana isma` wastajib lana wa idha jama`ta al-awwalina wal-akhirina yawma alqiyamati farhamna

Translation

And uplift us to the rank of `illiyyin (most elevated rank). And serve us with water running out of spring of Salsabil. And, out of Your mercy, give us as wives the women of Paradise. And make the Paradisiacal youths who never alter in age and who are like hidden pearls serve us. And give us food from the fruits of Paradise and from the meat of birds there. And dress us from the clothes of fine and thick silk and rich brodace. And give us success to catch the Grand Night The pilgrimage to Your Holy House, And the martyrdom in Your way under the pennon of Your Representative. And respond to our goodly prayer and invocation. O our Creator: (please) listen to (our prayer) and respond to us. And when You shall gather the past and the coming generations on the Resurrection Day, (please) have mercy upon us.

Transliteration

wa bara‘atan mina alnnari wa amanan minal-`dhabi faktub lana wa fi jahannama fala taghullana wa ma`a alshshayatini fala taqrunna wa fi alnnari `ala wujuhina fala takbubna wa fi hawanika wa `adhabika fala taqlubna wa mina alzzuqqumi wal-ddari`i fala tut`imna wa fi alnnari `ala wujuhina fala takbubna wa min thiabi alnnari wa sarabili alqatirani fala tulbisna wa min kulli su‘in ya la ilaha illa anta bihaqqi la ilaha illa anta fanajjina allahumma inni as’aluka wa lam yus’al mithluka wa arghabu ilayka wa lam yurghab ila mithlika ya rabbi anta mawdi`u mas’alati alssa’ilina

Translation

And (please) release us from Hellfire and secure us against the chastisement. And do not fetter us in Hell. And do not add us to the devils. And do not throw us down on our faces in Hellfire. And do not make us turn over in Your humiliation and in Your chastisement. And do not feed us from zaqqum and thorns. And do not throw us down on our faces in Hellfire. And do not dress us from the clothes of fire and the shirts of pitchl And save us from all evils; O there is no god save You, I beseech You in the name of there is no god save You. O Allah: I am beseeching You, and there is none like You to be besought. and to You do I desire, and there is none like You to be desired. O my Lord: It is You Who is the object of the requests of the beseechers,

Transliteration

wa muntaha raghbati alrraghibina as’aluka allahumma bi-afdali asma’ika kulliha wa anjahiha ya allahu ya rahmanu wa bismika almakhzuni almasuni al-a`azzi al-ajalli al-a`zami alladhi tuhibbuhu wa tahwahu wa tarda `amman da`aka bihi wa tastajibu lahu du`a’ahu wa haqqa `alayka ya rabbi an la tahrima sa’ilaka allahumma inni as’aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka da`aka bihi `abdun huwa laka fi barrin aw bahrin aw sahlin aw jabalin aw `inda baytika alharami

Translation

and it is You Who is the ultimate goal of the desire of those who have desires. I beseech You, O Allah, in the name of the best and the most effective of all Your (Excellent) Names O Allah; O the All-beneficent, and I beseech You by Your Name—the sealed, the reserved, the mightiest, the loftiest, the greatest,; that You love and like, and that You are pleased with him who prays You by it, and thus You answer his prayers. It is incumbent upon You, O Lord, that You never disappoint him who beseeches You. O Allah: I do beseech You by every name that belongs to You, and by which a servant of You has prayed You in a land or in a sea or in a plain or on a mountain or at Your Sacred House,

Transliteration

aw fi shay’in min subulika fa ad`uka ya rabbi du`a’a man qad ishtaddat faqatuh wa `azuma jurmuhu wa ashrafat `ala alhalakati nafsuhu wa lam yathiq bishay’in min `ilmihi wa lam yajid lima huwa fihi saddan wa la lidhanbihi ghafiran wa la li`athratihi muqilan ghayruka hariban ilayka muta`awwidhan bika muta`abbidan laka ghayra mustankifin wa la mustakbirin wa la mustahsirin wa la mutajabbirin wa la muta`azzimin

Translation

or in any of Your ways. So, I beseech You, O my Lord, the beseeching of him whose neediness is great and whose offense is grave, and whose efforts are modest, and who is about to perish and who has no trust in any of his deeds and who has not found anyone who can make up for him or can forgive his sin or can overlook his slips save You, He is thus resorting to You, seeking Your refuge, worshipping You, showing no disdain, no pride, no arrogance, no condescension, and no aloofness;

Transliteration

bal ba’isin faqirin kha’ifin mustajirin as’aluka ya allahu ya rahmanu ya hannanu ya mannanu ya badi`a alssamawati wal-ardi ya dhaljalali wal-ikrami an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin salatan kathiratan tayyibatan mubarakatan namiyatan zakiyatan sharifatan as’aluka allahumma an taghfira li fi shahri hadha wa tarhamani wa ta`tiqa raqabati mina alnnari

Translation

rather, he is miserable, needy, fearful, and seeking shelter. I beseech You, O Allah, O the All-beneficent, O the All-tender, O the All-bestower of boons, O the magnificent Maker of the heavens and the earth, O the Lord of majesty and honor; (I beseech You) to send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, blessings that are abundant, superb, sanctified, ever-increasing, pure, and honorable. I beseech You, O Allah, to forgive me in this month and to have mercy upon me and to release me from Hellfire

Transliteration

wa tu`tiyani fihi khayra ma a`tayta bihi ahadan min khalqika wa khayra ma anta mu`tihi wa la taj`alhu akhira shahri ramadana sumtuhu laka mundhu askantani ardaka ila yawmi hadha bal ij`alhu `alayya atammahu wa a`ammahu `afiyatan wa awsa`ahu rizqan wa ajzalahu wa ahna’ahu allahumma inni a`udhu bika wa biwaj-hika alkarimi wa mulkika al`azimi an taghruba alshshamsu min yawmi hadha aw yanqadiya hadha alyawmu aw yatlu`a alfajru min laylati hadhihi

Translation

and to grant me the best of that which You have ever given any of Your creatures and the best of that which You will ever give, and (please) do not decide this month of Ramadan to be the last one in which I observe fasting for Your sake since You allowed me to live on Your lands up to this day; rather (please) make it the month of the most perfect bounty that You have ever conferred upon me and of the most excellent well-being that You have ever covered me with, and of the most expansive sustenance that You have ever decided for me, and of the most profuse reward that You grant me and of the most pleasant times that have ever come upon me. O Allah: I do seek Your protection and the protection of Your Magnanimous Face, and Your Majestic Kingdom, against that sun sets at the end of this day, or this day comes to its end, or this night dawns,

Transliteration

aw yakhruja hadha alshshahru wa laka qibali tabi`atun aw dhanbun aw khati’atun turidu an tuqayisani biha aw tu’akhidhani biha aw tuqifani biha mawqifa khizyin fiddunya wal-akhirati aw tu`adhdhibani yawma alqaka ya arhama alrrahimina allahumma inni ad`uka lihammin la yufarrijuhu ghayruka wa lirahmatin la tunalu illa bika wa likarbin la yakshifuhu illa anta wa liraghbatin la tublaghu illa bika wa lihajatin la tuqda dunaka

Translation

or this month elapses, but there is still an offense of a sin due to which You shall punish me, or a wrongdoing for which You may want to interrogate me, or punish me, or put me in a disgraceful situation in this world or the next world, or chastise me on the day when I will meet You. O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. O Allah: I beseech You about a grief that none can relieve save You, And for mercy that cannot be attained except through You, And about hardship from which none can rescue except You And for desire that cannot be obtained except by You And for a need that cannot be settled without Your intervention

Transliteration

allahumma fakama kana min sha’nika ma aradtani bihi min mas’alatika wa rahimtany bihi min dhikrika falyakun min shanika alijabatu li fima da`awtuka wal-nnajatu mimma fazi`tu ilayka fihi aya mulayyina alhadidi lidawuda `alayhi alssalamu ya kashifa alddurri wal-kurabi al`izami `an ayyuba wa mufarrija hamm ya`quba wa munaffisa ghammi yusufa salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waf`al by ma anta ahluhu fa innaka ahlu alttaqwa wa ahlu almaghfirati allahumma anta thiqati fi kulli karbin

Translation

O Allah: As You have decided to allow me to pray You, And as You have had mercy upon me through allowing me to refer to You, So, please decide that my prayers are responded by You, And grant me redemption from that against which I have resorted to You. O He Who made the iron pliant for (Prophet) David, peace be upon him; O He Who took off the harm and calamity that afflict (Prophet) Job; O He Who relieved the sorrow of (Prophet) Jacob; O He Who removed the grief of (Prophet) Joseph: (Please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, And (please) do to me that which befits You, You are surely worthy of being feared and worthy of forgiving. O Allah: I trust in You in hard times

Transliteration

wa raja’i fi kulli shiddatin wa anta li fi kulli amrin nazala bi thiqatun wa `iddatun kam min karbin yad`ufu fihi alfu’adu wa taqillu fihi alhilatu wa yakhdhulu fihi alssadiqu wa yashmutu fihi al`aduwwu anzaltahi bika wa shakawtahi ilayka raghbatan minni fihi `amman siwaka fa farrajtahu wa kashaftahu wa kafaytahu fa anta waliyyu kulli ni`matin wa sahibu kulli hasanatin wa muntaha kulli raghbatin

Translation

and confide in you hopefully in tribulations, and in You lie my faith and hope in every misfortune that inflicts me. Many were the griefs that crinkled my heart, were hardly curable, caused my friends to disappoint me, and made my enemies rejoice (over my helplessness); but when I relegated them –i.e. the griefs- to You and complained about them to You, because I heartily intended You, no one else, You relieved and alleviated them and saved me from their consequences. You are certainly the source of all graces, the cause of all favors, and the only intention of aspirations.

Transliteration

a`udhu bikalimati allhi alttammati min sharri ma khalaqa min shay’in allahumma `afini fi yawmi hadha hatta umsi allahumma inni as’aluka barakata yawmi hadha wa ma nazala fihi min `afiyatin wa maghfiratin wa rahmatin wa ridwanin wa rizqin wasi`in halalin tabsutuhu `alayya wa `ala walidayya wa wildi wa ahli wa `iyali wa ahli huzanati wa man ahbabtu wa ahabbani wa waladtu wa waladani allahumma inni a`udhu bika min alshshakki walshshirki walhasadi walbaghyi walhimyati walghadabi allahumma rabba alssamawati alssab`i

Translation

I seek the protection of all of the Perfect Words of Allah against the evil of whatever thing He has created. O Allah: (please) convey upon me with good health on this day up to the evening. O Allah: I beseech You to grant me the blessing of this day as well as whatever has been descended on this day, including well-being, forgiveness, mercy, pleasure, and sustenance that is expansive and legally gotten that You may extend it for me, for my parents, for my sons, for my wife, for my dependants, for my friends, for all those whom I love, for all thos who love me, for my descendants and for my ascendants. O Allah: I seek Your protection against doubt and monotheism and envy and oppression and fanaticism and rage. O Allah; the Lord of the Seven Skies

Transliteration

wa rabba al-aradina alssab`i wa ma fihinna wa ma baynahunna wa rabba al-`arshi al-`azimi salli `ala muhammadin wa alihi wakfini almuhimma min amri bima shi’ta wa kayfa shi’ta allaumma innaka qulta linabiyyika salla allahu `layhi wa alihi: wa lasawfa yu`tika rabbuka fatarda allahumma inna nabiyyaka wa rasulaka wa habibaka wa khiyarataka min khalqika la yarda bi-an tu`adhdhiba ahadan min ummatihi danaka bimuwalatihi wa muwalati al-a’immati min ahli baytihi wa in kana mudhniban khati’an fi nari jahannama fa ajirni ya rabbi min jahannama wa `adhabiha

Translation

and the Lord of the seven layers of the earth and whatever thing exists in and between them; and the Lord of the Great Throne: (Please do) bless Muhammad and his Household, and relieve me from my aggrieving matters by the means that You will and the method that You will. O Allah: You have said to Your Prophet—Peace of Allah be upon him and his Household: “And soon shall your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased.” O Allah: Verily, Your Prophet, Messenger, Most Beloved, and Elite from among Your creatures is not pleased if You torment one of his nation who worships You through acting loyally to the Prophet and to the Imams from his Household even if that one is guilty and sinful, (and to torture him) in Hellfire. So, (please) rescue me from Hell and its torture,

Transliteration

wa habni limuhammadin wa ali muhammadin ya arhama alrrahimina ya jami`an bayna ahli aljannati `ala ta’allufin mina alqulubi wa shiddati almahabbati wa nazi`a alghilli min sudurihim wa ja`ilahum ikhwanan `la sururin mutaqabilina ya jami`an bayna ahli ta`atihi wa bayna man khalaqaha lahu wa ya mufarrija huzni kulli mahzunin wa ya manhala kulli gharibin ya rahimi fi raghbati wa fi kulli ahwali ya mufarrija ma bi mina alddiqi walkhawfi salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

Translation

and pardon me for the sake of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad; O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. O He Who shall gather the inhabitants of Paradise on terms of cordiality and affability; and He Who shall remove rancor that may be in their breasts, and He shall thus make them brothers; face to face on couches. O He Who Shall gather between those who are obedient to Him and him for whom it was created. O He Who relieves the sad of every aggried one; O He Who is the resource of every stranger; O He Who covers me with His mercy when I desire for something as well as in all my circumstances by means of well safeguarding and protection. O He Who relieves all my depression and fears; (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

Transliteration

wajma` bayni wa bayna ahibbati wa qadati wa sadati wa hudati wa mawaliyya ya mu’allifan bayna al-ahibbati salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa la tafja`ni binqita`i ru’yati muhammadin wa ali muhammadin `anni wa la binqita`i ru’yati `anhum fabikulli masa’ilika ya rabbi ad`uka ilahi fastajib du`a’i iyyaka ya arhama alrrahimina allahumma inni as’aluka binqita`i hujjati wa wujubi hujjatika an taghfira li allahumma inni a`udhu bika min khizyi yawmi almahshari wa min sharri ma baqiya mina alddahri wa min sharri al-a`da’i

Translation

and join me with my beloved ones: my leaders, my masters, my guides, and my lords. O He Who joins the dear ones with each other; (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and never distress me by preventing me from seeing Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad or ceasing them from seeing me. I thus beseech You, O my God, in the name of all that by which You are prayed; So, please respond to my beseeching You, O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of that I have no claim against You but You have all claims against me, that You may forgive me. O Allah: I seek Your protection against the disgrace of the Day of Resurrecting, and against the evil of the coming days of my life, and against the evil of the enemies,

Transliteration

wa safiri al-fana’i wa `idali aldda’i wa khaybati alrraja’i wa zawali alnni`mati wa fuj’ati alnniqmati allahumma ij`al li qalban yakhshaka ka’annahu yaraka ila yawmi yalqaka

Translation

and against the approaching of termination and against cureless maladies, and against disappointment, and against fading away of boons, and against unexpected chastisements. O Allah: (please) decide for me a heart that fears You as if it can see You directly up to the day on which it shall meet You.

Transliteration

allahumma inni as'aluka min fadlika bi-afdalihi wa kullu fadlika fadilun allahumma inni as'aluka bifadlika kullihi allahumma inni as'aluka min rizqika bi-a`ammihi wa kullu rizqika `ammun allahumma inni as'aluka birizqika kullihi allahumma inni as'aluka min `ata'ika bi-ahna'ihi wa kullu `ata'ika hani'un allahumma inni as'aluka bi`ata'ika kullihi allahumma inni as'aluka min khayrika bi-a`jalihi wa kullu khayrika `ajilun allahumma inni as'aluka bikhayrika kullihi

Translation

O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from the best of Your favors, and all Your favors are excellent. O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your whole favor. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from the most widespread of Your sustenance, and all Your sustenance is widespread. O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your whole sustenance. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from the most wholesome of Your bestowal, and Your entire bestowal is wholesome. O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your entire bestowal. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from Your most instant welfare, and Your entire welfare is instant. O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your entire welfare.

Transliteration

allahumma inni as'aluka min ihsanika bi-ahsanihi wa kullu ihsanika hasanun allahumma inni as'aluka biihsanika kullihi allahumma inni as'aluka bima tujibuni bihi hina as'aluka fa'ajibni ya allahu wa salli `ala muhammadin `abdika almurtada wa rasulika almustafa wa aminika wa najiyyika duna khalqika wa najibika min `ibadika wa nabiyyika bilssidqi wa habibika wa salli `ala rasulika wa khiyaratika min al`alamina albashiri alnnadhiri

Translation

O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from You most excellent benevolence, and Your entire benevolence is excellent. O Allah, I beseech You in the name of Your entire benevolence. O Allah, I beseech You in the name of all that through which You respond to me if I beseech You; therefore, (please do) respond to me, O Allah. And (please do) send blessings to Muhammad, Your pleased servant, chosen Messenger, trustee, Your confidant one among all Your beings, selected one among all Your servants, true Prophet, and Your much-loved one. And (please do) send blessings to (him); Your messenger, Your choicest among all people, the conveyor of good tidings (for the believers), the warner,

Transliteration

alssiraji almuniri wa `ala ahli baytihi al-abrari alttahirina wa `ala mala'ikatika alladhina istakhlastahum linafsika wa hajabtahum `an khalqika wa `ala anbiya'ika alladhina yunbi'una `anka bilssidqi wa `ala rusulika alladhina khasastahum biwahyika wa faddaltahum `ala al`alamina birisalatika wa `ala `ibadika alssalihina alladhina adkhaltahum fi rahmatika al-a'immati almuhtadina alrrashidina wa awliya'ika almutahharina wa `ala jabra'ila wa mika'ila wa israfila wa malaki almawti wa `ala ridwana khazini aljinani

Translation

and the luminous lantern; and (please do send blessings) to his Household, the pious and the immaculate; and to Your angels whom You have attached to Yourself and concealed against Your beings; and to Your Prophets who convey Your instructions truly; and to Your Messengers whom You have given exclusively Your Revelations and made excel the others by means of Your messages; and to Your righteous servants whom You have included with Your mercy, the guides, the well-guided, the orthodox, and Your pure saints; and to (Archangels) Gabriel, Michael, Seraph, and the Angel of Death; and to Ridwan the Keeper of Paradise;

Transliteration

wa `ala malikin khazini alnnari wa ruhi alqudusi walrruhi al-amini wa hamalati `arshika almuqarrabina wa `ala almalakayni alhafizayni `alayya bilssalati allati tuhibbu an yusalliya biha `alayhim ahlu alssamawati wa ahlu al-aradina salatan tayyibatan kathiratan mubarakatan zakiyatan namiyatan zahiratan batinatan sharifatan fadilatan tubayyinu biha fadlahum `ala al-awwalina wal-akhirina allahumma a`ti muhammadan alwasilata walshsharafa walfadilata wajzihi khayra ma jazayta nabiyyan `an ummatihi

Translation

and to Malik the Keeper of Hell, and the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Faith, and the Favorite Bearers of Your Throne; and to the two angels who watch over me— [bless them all with] blessings that You desire that the inhabitants of the heavens and the inhabitants of the earth pray You to send to them; blessings that are pure, abundant, holy, genuine, growing, evident, deep, honorable, and virtuous through which You obviously demonstrate their precedence over the past and the coming generations. O Allah, (please do) give Muhammad subtle way, honor, and precedence, and reward him with the best reward that You ever give to a Prophet on behalf of his nation.

Transliteration

allahumma wa a`ti muhammadan salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi ma`a kulli zulfatin zulfatan wa ma`a kulli wasilatin wasilatan wa ma`a kulli fadilatin fadilatan wa ma`a kulli sharafin sharafan tu`ti muhammadan wa alahu yawma alqiyamati afdala ma a`tayta ahadan min al-awwalina wal-akhirina allahumma waj`al muhammadan salla allahu `alayhi wa alihi adna almursalina minka majlisan wa afsahahum fi aljannati `indaka manzilan wa aqrabahum ilayka wasilatan waj`alhu awwala shafi`in wa awwala mushaffa`in wa awwala qa'ilin wa anjaha sa'ilin

Translation

O Allah, (please do) give Muhammad—peace of Allah be upon him and his Household—an additional proximity with each proximity that You decide for him; and an additional subtle means with each means that You decide for him; and an additional merit with each merit that You decide for him; and an additional honor with each honor that You decide for him. And (please do) give Muhammad and his Household, on the Resurrection Day, the best of all that which You have given to any of Your creatures from the past and the coming generations. O Allah, (please do) choose for Muhammad—peace of Allah be upon him and his Household—the nearest position to You, the most expansive abode in Paradise in Your vicinity, and the most effective means to You. And (please do) make him the chief interceder, the chief mediator, the first speaker, and the most successful petitioner.

Transliteration

wab`athhu almaqama almahmuda alladhi yaghbituhu bihi al-awwaluna wal-akhiruna ya arhama alrrahimina wa as'aluka an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa an tasma`a sawti wa tujiba da`wati wa tatajawaza `an khati'ati wa tasfaha `an zulmi wa tunjiha talibati wa taqdiya hajati wa tunjiza li ma wa`adtani wa tuqila `athrati wa taghfira dhunubi

Translation

And (please do) send him the Praiseworthy Standing due to which all the past and coming generations will envy him. O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! I beseech You to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, to hear my voice, to respond to my plea, to overlook my sins, to excuse my wrongdoings, to give success to my request, to grant my needs, to fulfill Your promise to me, to let off my offense, to forgive my sins,

Transliteration

wa ta`fuwa `an jurmi wa tuqbila `alayya wa la tu`rida `anni wa tarhamani wa la tu`adhdhibani wa tu`afiyani wa la tabtaliyani wa tarzuqani min alrrizqi atyabahu wa awsa`ahu wa la tahrimani ya rabbi waqdi `anni dayni wa da` `anni wizri wa la tuhammilni ma la taqata li bihi ya mawlaya wa adkhilni fi kulli khayrin adkhalta fihi muhammadan wa ala muhammadin wa akhrijni min kulli su'in akhrajta minhu muhammadan wa ala muhammadin salawatuka `alayhi wa `alayhim wa alssalamu `alayhi wa `alayhim wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu

Translation

to pardon my evildoings, to accept me and not to reject me, to have mercy upon me and not to punish me, to grant me good health and not to afflict me, and to grant me from the nicest and most extensive sustenance and not to deprive me (of Your sustenance). O my Lord, (please do) help me settle my debts, relieve me of my burdens, and do not impose on me that which I have not the strength to bear. O my Master, (please do) include me with every good item with which You have included Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and take me out of any evil from which You have taken out Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, Your blessings be upon him and them. Peace, Allah’s mercy, and blessings be upon him and them.

Transliteration

allahumma inni ad`uka kama amartani fastajib li kama wa`adtani allahumma inni as'aluka qalilan min kathirin ma`a hajatin bi ilayhi `azimatin wa ghinaka `anhu qadimun wa huwa `indi kathirun wa huwa `alayka sahlun yasirun famnun `alayya bihi innaka `ala kulli shay'in qadirun amina rabba al`alamin

Translation

O Allah, I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised. O Allah, I ask You for a little from the very much in the midst of my many needs for which I entirely depend on You, and You, since eternity, are able to do without them, but for me, it is titanic, and for You, it is very easy and simple. So, (please do) bestow upon me with them, for You have power over all things. Respond to me, O Lord of the worlds!.

Transliteration

Allahumma ya rabbi asbahtu la arju ghayraka wa la ad’u siwaka wa la arghabu illa ilayka wa la atadarru’u illa indaka wa la aludhu illa bifenayika idh law da’awtu ghayraka lam yujibni wa law rajawtu ghayraka la’akhlafa raja’i wa anta thiqati wa raja’i wa mawlaya wa khaliki wa bari’i wa musawwiri nasiyati biyadika tahkumu fiyya kayfa tasha’u la amluku linafsi ma arju wa la astati’u dafa’a ma ahtharu asbahtu murtahinan bi’amali wa asbaha al-amru biyadi ghayri allahumma inni asbahtu ushhiduka wa kafa bika shahidan wa ushhidu mala’ikataka wa hamalata arshika wa anbiyaka wa rusulaka ala anni atawalla man tawallaytahu wa atabarra’u mimman tabarra’ta minhu wa uminu bima anzalta ala anbiyaka wa rusulika faftah masamia qalbi lidhikrika hatta attabi’a kitabaka wa usaddiqu rusulaka wa umina biwa’dika wa ufiya bi’ahdika fa’inn amra al-qalbi biyadika allahumma inni a’udhu bika mina al-qunuti min rahmatika wa al-ya’si min ra’fatika

Translation

“O‟ my God! O‟ Lord! I made it to the morning having hopes in none but You. I called none but You. I desire none but You. I cry to no one but You. I take refuge in no one but You for if I plead to others,they would not answer me, and if I place hope in others, they would disappoint my hopes. You are my trust, my hope, my guardian, my Creator and my designer. You have control over me and rule over me as You wish. I cannot attain what I hope for myself.I cannot fend off what I fear of. I made it to the morning while I am enslaved by my deeds, with the affairs of the morning in the hands of others than me. O‟ my God! I made it to the morning taking You as a witness to You, and it suffuces for me to take You as a witness. I take Your angels, the bearers of Your Throne, Your Prophets (as) and Messengers (as) as a witness. I follow what they followed and I disavow from what they disavowed. And I believe in what You have sent to Your Prophets (as) and Messengers (as). Please open my inner ears for Your Remembrance so that I follow Your Book, acknowledge Your Prophet (as), believe in Your Promise, honor Your Covenants as the control of the heart lies in Your Hands! O‟ my God! I take refuge in You from disappointment of Your Mercy and disappointment in Your Kindness.

Transliteration

fa’a’idhni mina al-shakki wa al-shirki wa al-raybi wa al-nifaqi wa al-riya’i wa al-sum’ati wa aj’alni fi ji warika alladhi la yuramu wa ahfazhni mina al-shakki alladhi sahibuhu yustahanu allahumma wa kullama qasura anhu istighfari min su’in la ya’lamuhu ghayruka fa’afini minhu wa aghfirhu li fa’innaka kashifu al-ghammi mufarriju al-hammi rahmanu al-dunya wa al-akhiratiwa rahimuhuma fa’amnun alayya birrahmati allati rahimta biha mala’ikataka wa rusulaka wa awliyaka mina al-mu’minina wa al-mu’minat allahumma rabba hadha al-yawmi wa ma anzalta fihi min bala’in aw musibatin aw ghammin aw hamm fasrifhu anni wa an ahli bayti wa waladi wa ikhwani wa ma’arifi wa man kana minni bisabilin mina al-mu’minina wa al-mu’minat allahumma inni asbahtu ala kalimati al-ikhlas wa fitrati al-islami wa millati ibrahima wa dini muhammadin salawatuka alayhi wa alihi wa tawaffani alayhi allahumma ahfazhni wa ahyini ala dhalika

Translation

Please give me refuge from doubt, polytheism, doubt and hypocrisy, showing off and seeking fame. O‟ my God! Please establish me in a place near Yourself that does not collapse! And protect me from doubt that causes humiliation. O‟ my God! Please forgive me for my evil deeds I have failed to ask You for forgiveness for and no one but You knows about them and forgive me for them. Verily You are the Remover of sorrow, the One who dispels grief and the Merciful in this world, the Hereafter and the Compassionate. Please favor me with mercy by which you had mercy on Your angels, Messengers (as), and friends from the believing men and women. O‟ my God! O‟ Lord of this day and all that is sent on it including disasters, calamities, sorrow or grief. Please remove them all from me, my family, my parents, my brethren and my acquaintances,being on the same path. and all believing men and women who are associated with me O‟ my God! I made it to the morning on pure words, Islam‟s nature, Abraham‟s nation, and Muhammad‟s (as) religion. O‟ my God! Please safeguard me and keep me alive on this Path, and take away my life on this Path,

Transliteration

wa ab’athni yawma tab’athu al-khala’iq fihi wa aj’al awwala yawmi hadha salah wa awsatahu falah wa akhirahu najah birahmatika fa’inni as’aluka khayrahu wa khayra ahlihi wa a’udhu bika min sharrihi wa sharri ahlihi wa min sam’ihi wa basarihi wa yadihi wa rijlihi wa kun li minhu hajizan azza jaruka wa jalla thana’uka wa la ilaha ghayruka allahumma inni as’aluka an tarzuqani mawahiba al-du’a’i fi duburi kulli salatin wa as’aluka khayra yawmi hadha wa fathahu wa rushdahu wa bushrahu wa nasrahuwa nurahu wa hudaahu asbahtu billahi alladhi laysa kamithlihi shay’un mumtani’un wa bi’izzati allahi allati la turamu wa la tudamu mu’tasiman Wa bisultanillahi alladhee la yuqharu wa la yughlabu 'a’idhan min sharri ma khalaqa wa dhara’a wa bara’a

Translation

and resurrect me on that Path on the Day on which You resurrect the people. And please establish the beginning of this day for my improvement, its middle for my prosperity and its end for my success by Your Mercy. I ask You for its goodness and the goodness of its people. I take refuge in You from its evil and the wickedness of its people, its hearing, sight,men! And withhold it from me. Anyone under Your Protection is honored and Glorious and Sublime is Your praise. There is no God but You. O‟ my God! I ask You to grant me the benefits of supplications after every prayer. I ask You to grant me the best of today, plus victory, success, light, guidance, development and glad tidings. I made it to the morning by God Whose like is not found at all.I adhere to God‟s Honor which cannot fail or and be violated I take refuge in God‟s Dominion that cannot be overpowered or defeated from the evils of what He has created, designed and developed;

Transliteration

Wa min sharri ma yukannu billayli wa yakhruju bin nahari wa sharri ma yakhruju billayli wa yukannu bin nahari Wa min sharri al jinni wa al insi wa min sharri kulli dhi sultanin aw ghayrihi wa min sharri kulli dabbatin huwa akhidhun binasiyatiha inna rabbi ala siratin mustaqim

Translation

from the evils of what is hidden at nights and comes out during the days; from the evils of what comes out at night and hides in the daytime; from the evils of genies and mankind; from the evils of all that seek to rule and others; and from the evils of all animals.You have control over as indeed my Lord is on the Straight Path.”

Transliteration

inna allaha wa mala'ikatahu yusalluna `ala alnnabiyyi ya ayyuha alladhina amanu sallu `alayhi wa sallmu tasliman labbayka ya rabbi wa sa`dayka wa subhanaka allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa barik `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin kama sallayta wa barakta `ala ibrahima wa ali ibrahima innaka hamidun majidun allahumma irham muhammadan wa ala muhammadin kama rahimta ibrahima wa ala ibrahima innaka hamidun majidun allahumma sallim `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin kama sallamta `ala nuhin fi al`alamina

Translation

Verily, Allah and His angels send blessings to the Prophet. O you who believe, Call for Divine blessings on him and salute him with a becoming salutation. Here I am at Your service, my Lord! Doing that which pleases You, and glory be to You. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad just as You have blessed and conferred benedictions upon (Prophet) Abraham and the Household of Abraham. You are verily worthy of all praise and full of all glory. O Allah, (please do) have mercy upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad just as You had mercy upon (Prophet) Abraham and the Household of Abraham. You are verily worthy of all praise and full of all glory. O Allah, (please do) send peace upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad just as You sent peace upon Noah among all the creatures.

Transliteration

allahumma imnun `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin kama mananta `ala musa wa haruna allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin kama sharraftana bihi allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin kama hadaytana bihi allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wab`athhu maqaman mahmudan yaghbituhu bihi al-awwaluna wal-akhiruna `ala muhammadin wa alihi alssalamu kullama tala`at shamsun aw gharabat `ala muhammadin wa alihi alssalamu kullama tarafat `aynun aw baraqat `ala muhammadin wa alihi alssalamu kullama dhukira alssalamu `ala muhammadin wa alihi alssalamu kullama sabbaha allaha malakun aw qaddasahu alssalamu `ala muhammadin wa alihi fi al-awwalina wa alssalamu `ala muhammadin wa alihi fi al-akhirina

Translation

O Allah, (please do) confer favors on Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad just as You conferred a favor upon (Prophets) Moses and Aaron. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad just as You have honored us by him. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad just as You have guided us through him. O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and send his a praiseworthy standing due to which all the past and the coming generations shall covet him. Upon Muhammad and his Household be peace whenever the sun rises and sets. Upon Muhammad and his Household be peace whenever an eye twinkles or glitters. Upon Muhammad and his Household be peace whenever peace is mentioned. Upon Muhammad and his Household be peace whenever an angel glorifies or exalts Allah. Peace be upon Muhammad and his Household among the past generations. Peace be upon Muhammad and his Household among the last generations.

Transliteration

wa alssalamu `ala muhammadin wa alihi fi alddunya wal-akhirati allahumma rabba albaladi alharami wa rabba alrrukni walmaqami wa rabba alhill walharami abligh muhammadan nabiyyaka `anna alssalama allahumma a`ti muhammadan min albaha'i walnnadrati walssururi walkaramati walghibtati walwasilati walmanzilati walmaqami walshsharafi walrrif`ati walshshafa`ati `indaka yawma alqiyamati afdala ma tu`ti ahadan min khalqika wa a`ti muhammadan fawqa ma tu`ti alkhala'iqa min alkhayri ad`afan kathiratan la yuhsiha ghayruka

Translation

Peace be upon Muhammad and his Household in this world and in the Hereafter. O Allah, Lord of the Holy Town, Lord of the Rukn (Corner of Ka`bah) and the Maqam (Standing-place near Ka`bah), and Lord of legality and sanctuary, (please do) convey our greetings to Muhammad, Your Prophet. O Allah, (please do) grant Muhammad brilliance, bloom, delight, honor, happiness, right of intervention, (exalted) rank, (exalted) position, nobility, elevation, and right of intercession before You on the Resurrection Day, in the best way You have ever granted to any of Your creations. (Please) grant Muhammad more than what You grant Your creatures with many folds of goodness that none can count save You.

Transliteration

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin atyaba wa athara wa azka wa anma wa afdala ma sallayta `ala ahadin min al-awwalina wal-akhirina wa `ala ahadin min khalqika ya arhama alrrahimina allahumma salli `ala `aliyyin amiri almu'minina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man sharika fi damihi allahumma salli `ala fatimata binti nabiyyika muhammadin `alayhi wa alihi alssalamu wa wali man walaha wa `adi man `adaha wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamaha

Translation

O Allah, (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad with the most excellent, purest, most increasing, most growing, and best blessings that You have ever conferred on anyone from the past and the coming generations and on anyone of Your created beings. O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! O Allah, (please do) send blessings to `Ali, the Commander of the Believers, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who provoke his enmity, inflict double chastisement on any one who had a hand in the shedding of his blood. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Fatimah, the daughter of Your Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his Household, be the supporter of those who support her, be the enemy of him who provoke her enmity, inflict double chastisement on those who wronged her,

Transliteration

wal`an man adha nabiyyaka fiha allahumma salli `ala alhasani walhusayni imamay almuslimina wa wali man walahuma wa `adi man `adahuma wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man sharika fi dima'ihima allahumma salli `ala `aliyyi ibni alhusayni imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamahu allahumma salli `ala muhammadi bni `aliyyin imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu

Translation

and curse those who injured Your Prophet as they injured her. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to al-Hasan and al-Husayn, the two leaders of the Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports them, be the enemy of any one who provoke their enmity, and inflict double chastisement on any one who had a hand in the shedding of their blood. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to `Ali ibn al-Husayn, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity, and inflict double chastisement upon any one who wronged him. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Muhammad ibn `Ali, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity,

Transliteration

wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamahu allahumma salli `ala ja`fari bni muhammadin imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamahu allahumma salli `ala musa bni ja`farin imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man sharika fi damihi allahumma salli `ala `aliyyi bni musa imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu

Translation

and inflict double chastisement upon any one who wronged him. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Ja`far ibn Muhammad, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity, and inflict double chastisement upon any one who wronged him. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Musa ibn Ja`far, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity, and inflict double chastisement upon any one who had hand in the shedding of his blood. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to `Ali ibn Musa, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity,

Transliteration

wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man sharika fi damihi allahumma salli `ala muhammadi bni `aliyyin imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamahu allahumma salli `ala `aliyyi bni muhammadin imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamahu allahumma salli `ala alhasani bni `aliyyin imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu

Translation

and inflict double chastisement upon any one who had a hand in the shedding of his blood. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Muhammad ibn `Ali, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity, and inflict double chastisement upon any one who wronged him. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to `Ali ibn Muhammad, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity, and inflict double chastisement upon any one who wronged him. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to al-Hasan ibn `Ali, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity,

Transliteration

wa da`if al`adhaba `ala man zalamahu allahumma salli `ala alkhalafi min ba`dihi imami almuslimina wa wali man walahu wa `adi man `adahu wa `ajjil farajahu allahumma salli `ala alqasimi walttahiri ibnay nabiyyika allahumma salli `ala ruqayyata binti nabiyyika wal`an man adha nabiyyaka fiha allahumma salli `ala ummi kulthuma binti nabiyyika wal`an man adha nabiyyaka fiha allahumma salli `ala dhurriyyati nabiyyika allahumma ukhluf nabiyyaka fi ahli baytihi

Translation

and inflict double chastisement upon any one who wronged him. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to the Successor after him, the leader of Muslims, be the supporter of any one who supports him, be the enemy of any one who invokes his enmity, and expedite his Relief. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to al-Qasim and al-Tahir, the two sons of Your Prophet. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Ruqayyah, the daughter of Your Prophet and curse those who injured Your Prophet through wronging her. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to Umm-Kulthum, the daughter of Your Prophet and curse those who injured Your Prophet through wronging her. O Allah, (please do) send blessings to the offspring of Your Prophet. O Allah, (please) be the representative of Your Prophet among his Household.

Transliteration

allahumma makkin lahum fi al-ardi allahumma ij`alna min `adadihim wa madadihim wa ansarihim `ala alhaqqi fi alssirri wal`alaniyati allahumma utlub bidhahlihim wa witrihim wa dima'ihim wa kuffa `anna wa `anhum wa `an kulli mu'minin wa mu'minatin ba'sa kulli baghin wa taghin wa kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha innaka ashaddu ba'san wa ashaddu tankilan ya `uddati fi kurbati wa ya sahibi fi shiddati wa ya waliyyi fi ni`mati wa ya ghayati fi raghbati

Translation

O Allah, (please do) grant them power in the land. O Allah, (please do) include us with their troop, their aides, and their supporters on confirming the truth secretly and openly. O Allah, (please do) retaliate upon those who wronged and slew them, and those who shed their blood. And (please) save us, them, and every believing man and women the evil of all tyrants and transgressors, and every living creature that You hold it by its forelock. Verily, You are the strongest in prowess and the strongest to give an exemplary punishment. O my means in troubles! O my Companion in hardships! O Provider of my amenities! O utmost of my desires!

Transliteration

anta alssatiru `awrati walmu'minu raw`ati walmuqilu `athrati faghfir li khati'ati ya arhama alrrahimina allahumma inni ad`uka lihammin la yufarrijuhu ghayruka wa lirahmatin la tunalu illa bika wa likarbin la yakshifuhu illa anta wa liraghbatin la tublaghu illa bika wa lihajatin la yaqdiha illa anta allahumma fakama kana min sha'nika ma adhinta li bihi min mas'alatika wa rahimtani bihi min dhikrika

Translation

It is You Who conceals my defects, Who relieves my apprehensions, and Who overlooks my slips. So, (please do) forgive my sin. O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! O Allah, I beseech You about a grief that none can relieve save You, for mercy that cannot be attained except through You, about hardship from which none can rescue except You, for desire that cannot be obtained except by You, and for a need that none can settle save You. O Allah, just as You have decided to allow me to pray You and had mercy upon me through allowing me to refer to You,

Transliteration

falyakun min sha'nika sayyidi al-ijabatu li fima da`awtuka wa `awa'idu al-ifdali fima rajawtuka walnnajatu mimma fazi`tu ilayka fihi fa'in lam akun ahlan an ablugha rahmataka fa'inna rahmataka ahlun an tablughani wa tasa`ani wa in lam akun lil-ijabati ahlan fa'anta ahlu alfadli wa rahmatuka wasi`at kulla shay'in faltasa`ni rahmatuka ya ilahi ya karimu as'aluka biwajhika alkarimi an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ahli baytihi wa an tufarrija hammi

Translation

so also, please, my Master, decide to respond to me in what I have prayed You for, confer upon me the favors for which I have hoped You, and grant me redemption from that against which I have resorted to You. But if I do not deserve to attain Your mercy, then, Your mercy is too wide to avoid including and covering me. If I do not deserve Your response, then, You are the worthiest of granting favors and Your mercy has covered all things. So, let Your mercy include me, O my God. O All-generous! I beseech You in the name of Your Noble Face to bless Muhammad and his Household, relieve my grief,

Transliteration

wa takshifa karbi wa ghammi wa tarhamani birahmatika wa tarzuqani min fadlika innaka sami`u alddu`a'i qaribun mujibun

Translation

release me from my hardship and agony, have mercy upon me out of Your mercy, and confer on me with Your favor. You are verily the Hearer of prayers, the Nigh, and the Responding.

Transliteration

Subhana adh-Dharri an-Nafi, Subhana al-Qadi bil-Haqq, Subhana al-'Aliyy al-A'la Subhanahu wa bihamdihi,Subhanahu wa Ta'ala

Translation

Glory be to the One Who causes harm and benefit, Glory be to the One Who judges with truth.Glory be to the Most High, the Exalted.Glory be to Him and His is the praise.Glory be to Him, the Exalted.

Transliteration

subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alssami`i alladhi laysa shay'un asma`a minhu yasma`u min fawqi `arshihi ma tahta sab`i aradina wa yasma`u ma fi zulumati albarri walbahri

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah, the All-hearing; there is nothing is more hearing than He is. He hears from above His Throne what is under seven layers of the earth. He hears that which is in the murk of lands and oceans.

Transliteration

wa yasma`u al-anina walshshakwa wa yasma`u alssirra wa akhfa wa yasma`u wasawisa alssuduri wa la yusimmu sam`ahu sawtun subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi

Translation

He hears the moaning and the complaints. He hears the secret and what is more veiled than secrets. He hears the inspirations of hearts. No sound can ever deafen His hearing. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words.

Transliteration

subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi albasiri alladhi laysa shay'un absara minhu yubsiru min fawqi `arshihi ma tahta sab`i aradina wa yubsiru ma fi zulumati albarri walbahri la tudrikuhu al-absaru wa huwa yudriku al-absara wa huwa allatifu alkhabiru wa la tughshi basarahu alzzulumatu wa la yustataru minhu bisitrin wa la yuwari minhu jidarun wa la yaghibu `anhu barrun wa la bahrun wa la yakunnu minhu jabalun ma fi aslihi wa la qalbun ma fihi

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah, the All-seeing; there is nothing more seeing than He is. He sees from above His Throne what is under seven layers of the earth. He sees that which is in the murk of lands and oceans. Visions cannot comprehend Him. He comprehends all visions. He is the Knower of subtleties, the Aware. Darkness cannot screen His sight. None can hide from Him behind any screen. No wall can ever prevent Him from seeing. No land and no ocean can ever be absent from Him. No mountain can ever conceal its root from Him or conceals its center from Him.

Transliteration

wa la janbun ma fi qalbihi wa la yastatiru minhu saghirun wa la kabirun wa la yastakhfi minhu saghirun lisigharihi wa la yakhfa `alayhi shay'un fi al-ardi wa la fi alssama'i huwa alladhi yusawwirukum fi al-arhami kayfa yasha'u la ilaha illa huwa al`azizu alhakimu subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in

Translation

No side of it can conceal its center from Him. Neither big nor small thing can ever hide from Him. No tiny thing can ever be unseen by Him due to its smallness. Surely, nothing is hidden from Him in the earth or in the heavens. He it is Who fashions you in the wombs as pleases Him. There is no god save Him; the Almighty, the Wise. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things.

subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alladhi yunshi'u alssahaba alththiqala wa yusabbihu alrra`du bihamdihi walmala'ikatu min khifatihi wa yursilu alssawa`iqa fayusibu biha man yasha'u wa yursilu alrriyaha bushran bayna yadai rahmatihi wa yunazzilu alma'a min alssama'i bikalimatihi wa yunbitu alnnabata biqudratihi wa yasqutu alwaraqu bi`ilmihi subhana allahi alladhi la ya`zubu `anhu mithqalu dharratin fi al-ardi wa la fi alssama'i

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah Who raises the heavy clouds. The thunder declares His glory with His praise, and the angels too for awe of Him; and He sends the thunderbolts and smites with them whom He pleases. He sends forth the winds bearing good news before His mercy. He causes water to descend from the heavens through His Word. He causes plants to grow out of His power. Leaves fall down by His knowledge. Glory be to Allah: not the weight of an atom becomes absent from Him, in the heavens or in the earth,

Transliteration

wa la asgharu min dhalika wa la akbaru illa fi kitabin mubinin subhana allahi bariya alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alladhi ya`lamu ma tahmilu kullu untha

Translation

and neither less than that nor greater, but (all) is in a clear book. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah Who knows what every female bears,

Transliteration

wa ma taghidu al-arhamu wa ma tazdadu wa kullu shay'in `indahu bimiqdarin `alimu alghaybi walshshahadati alkabiru almuta`ali sawa'un minkum man asarra alqawla wa man jahara bihi wa man huwa mustakhfin billayli wa saribun bilnnahari lahu mu`aqqibatun min bayni yadayhi wa min khalfihi yahfazunahu min amri allahi subhana allahi alladhi yumitu al-ahya'a wa yuhyi almawta wa ya`lamu ma tanqusu al-ardu minhum wa yuqirru fi al-arhami ma yasha'u ila ajalin musamman subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri

Translation

and that of which the wombs fall short of completion and that in which they increase; and there is a measure with Him of everything. The knower of the unseen and the seen, the Great, the Most High. Alike to Him among you is he who conceals his words and he who speaks them openly, and he who hides himself by night and who goes forth by day. For his sake, there are angels following one another, before him and behind him, who guard him by Allah's commandment. Glory be to Allah Who causes the alive to die and restores the dead to life. He knows indeed what the earth diminishes of them and He causes what We please to stay in the wombs till an appointed time. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner.

Transliteration

subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi maliki almulki tu'ti almulka man tasha'u wa tanzi`u almulka mimman tasha'u wa tu`izzu man tasha'u wa tudhillu man tasha'u

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah, Master of the Kingdom! You give the kingdom to whomsoever You please and take away the kingdom from whomsoever You please, and You exalt whom You please and abase whom You please

Transliteration

biyadika alkhayru innaka `ala kulli shay'in qadirun tuliju allayla fi alnnahari wa tuliju alnnahara fi allayli wa tukhriju alhayya min almayyiti wa tukhriju almayyita min alhayyi wa tarzuqu man tasha'u bighayri hisabin subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa

Translation

in You hand is the good. Surely, You have power over all things. You make the night to pass into the day and You make the day to pass into the night, and You bring forth the living from the dead and You bring forth the dead from the living, and You give sustenance to whom You please without measure. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate.

Transliteration

subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alladhi `indahu mafatihu alghaybi la ya`lamuha illa huwa wa ya`lamu ma fi albarri walbahri wa ma tasqutu min waraqatin illa ya`lamuha wa la habbatin fi zulumati al-ardi wa la ratbin wa la yabisin illa fi kitabin mubinin subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah with Whom are the keys of the unseen treasures. None knows them but He. He knows what is in the land and the sea, and there falls not a leaf but He knows it, nor a grain in the darkness of the earth, nor anything green nor dry but it is all in a clear book. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner.

subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alladhi la yuhsi midhatahu alqa'iluna wa la yajzi bi-ala'ihi alshshakiruna al`abiduna wa huwa kama qala wa fawqa ma naqulu wallahu subhanahu kama athna `ala nafsihi wa la yuhituna bishay'in min `ilmihi illa bima sha'a

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah. No speaker can ever declare His actual praiseworthiness. All the thankful ones and worshippers cannot thank Him adequately for His (innumerable) bounties. He is as same as He has described Himself and above whatever we say about Him. Allah, the Glorified, is as same as He has praised Himself, by saying: “They cannot comprehend anything out of His knowledge except what He pleases.

Transliteration

wasi`a Kursiyuhu alssamawati wal-arda wa la ya'uduhu hifzuhuma wa huwa al`aliyyu al`azimu subhana allahi bariya alnnasami subhan allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alladhi ya`lamu ma yaliju fi al-ardi wa ma yakhruju minha

Translation

His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of them both tires Him not, and He is the Most High, the Great.” Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah Who knows that which goes down into the earth and that which comes out of it,

Transliteration

wa ma yanzilu min alssama'i wa ma ya`ruju fiha wa la yashghaluhu ma yaliju fi al-ardi wa ma yakhruju minha `amma yanzilu min alssama'i wa ma ya`ruju fiha wa la yashghaluhu ma yanzilu min alssama'i wa ma ya`ruju fiha `mma yaliju fi al-ardi wa ma yakhruju minha wa la yashghaluhu `ilmu shay'in `an `ilmi shay'in wa la yashghaluhu khalqu shay'in `an khalqi shay'in wa la hifzu shay'in `an hifzi shay'in wa la yusawihi shay'un wa la ya`diluhu shay'un laysa kamithlihi shay'un wa huwa alssami`u albasiru

Translation

and knows that which comes down from the heaven and that which goes up to it. That which goes down into the earth does not occupy Him from that which comes down from the heavens and that which goes up to it. That which comes down from the heavens and that which goes up to it does not occupy Him from that which goes down into the earth and that which comes out of it. The knowledge of anything does not occupy Him from the knowledge of something else. The creation of anything does not occupy Him from the creation of something else. The preservation of anything does not occupy Him from the preservation of something else. Nothing is equal to Him. Nothing is His match. Nothing is like Him. He is the All-hearing, the All-seeing.

subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi fatiri alssamawati wal-ardi ja`ili almala'ikati rusulan uli ajnihatin mathna wa thulatha wa ruba`a

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen. Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the Maker of the angels, messengers flying on wings, two, and three, and four.

Transliteration

yazidu fi alkhalqi ma yasha'u inna allaha `ala kulli shay'in qadirun ma yaftah allahu lilnnasi min rahmatin fala mumsika laha wa ma yumsik fala mursila lahu min ba`dihi wa huwa al`azizu alhakimu subhana allahi bari'i alnnasami subhana allahi almusawwiri subhana allahi khaliqi al-azwaji kulliha subhana allahi ja`ili alzzulumati walnnuri subhana allahi faliqi alhabbi walnnawa subhana allahi khaliqi kulli shay'in subhana allahi khaliqi ma yura wa ma la yura

Translation

He increases in creation what He pleases. Surely, Allah has power over all things. Whatever Allah grants to men of His mercy, there is none to withhold it, and what He withholds there is none to send it forth after that. He is the Mighty, the Wise. Glory be to Allah, the Shaper of breathes. Glory be to Allah, the Fashioner. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all pairs. Glory be to Allah, the Maker of darkness and light. Glory be to Allah the Causer of the grain and the stone to germinate. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of all things. Glory be to Allah, the Creator of the seen and the unseen.

Transliteration

subhana allahi midada kalimatihi subhana allahi rabbi al`alamina subhana allahi alladhi ya`lamu ma fi alssamawati wa ma fi al-ardi ma yakunu min najwa thalathatin illa huwa rabi`uhum wa la khamsatin illa huwa sadisuhum wa la adna min dhalika wa la akthara illa huwa ma`ahum aynama kanu thumma yunabbi'uhum bima `amilu yawma alqiyamati inna allaha bikulli shay'in `alimun

Translation

Glory be to Allah as much as the ink of His Words. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Glory be to Allah Who knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Nowhere is there a secret counsel between three persons but He is the fourth of them, nor (between) five but He is the sixth of them, nor less than that nor more but He is with them wherever they are. Then, He will inform them of what they did on the Day of Resurrection. Surely, Allah is Cognizant of all things.
