Transliteration

subhana man labisa al`izza walwaqara subhana man ta`attafa bilmajdi wa takarrama bihi subhana man la yanbaghi alttasbihu illa lahu subhana man ahsa kulla shay'in `ilmuhu subhana dhi almanni walnni`ami subhana dhi alqudrati walkarami allahumma inni as'aluka bima`aqidi al`izzi min `arshika wa muntaha alrrahmati min kitabika wasmika al-a`zami wa kalimatika alttammati allati tammat sidqan wa `adlan salli `ala muhammadin wa ahli baytihi…

Translation

Glory be to Him Who has dressed Himself dignity and sobriety! Glory be to Him Who has deigned and condescended with grandeur! Glory be to Him save Whom none is worthy of being glorified! Glory be to Him Whose knowledge has counted all things! Glory be to the Lord of bounty and boon! Glory be to the Lord of omnipotence and nobility! O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the objects of dignity in Your Throne, in the name of the utmost of mercy in Your Book, and in the name of Your Greatest Name and Your Accomplished Words, which have been accomplished truly and justly, (please) send blessings to Muhammad and his Household…

Transliteration

ya rabbi ya rabbi ya rabbahu ya rabbahu rabbi rabbi ya allahu ya allahu ya hayyu ya hayyu ya rahimu ya rahimu . ya rahmanu ya rahmanu . ya arhama alrrahimina

Translation

O Lord, O Lord! O my Lord, O my Lord! Lord, Lord! O Allah, O Allah! O Ever-living, O Ever-living! O All-merciful, O All-merciful! . O All-compassionate, O All-compassionate! . O Most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

Transliteration

allahumma inni aftatihu alqawla bihamdika wa antiqu bilththana'i `alayka wa umajjiduka wa la ghayata limadhika wa uthni `alayka wa man yablughu ghayata thana'ika wa amada majdika wa anna likhaliqatika kunhu ma`rifati majdika wa ayya zamanin lam takun mamduhan bifadlika mawsufan bimajdika `awwadan `ala almudhnibina bihilmika takhallafa sukkanu ardika `an ta`atika fakunta `alayhim `atufan bijudika jawadan bifadlika `awwadan bikaramika

Translation

O Allah, I commence my wording with declaring praise to You, I utter the words of tribute to You, I glorify You although Your glory is limitless, and I compliment You although none can ever compliment You as much as You deserve and none can ever attain the extent of Your glory! And how can Your creatures ever recognize Your glory [in its actual measure]! And how can there be any moment for which You do not deserve praise due to Your favors and in which You are not ascribed to glory and in which You do not incessantly treat the sinful with Your forbearance? Although the inhabitants of Your earth have fallen behind in being obedient to You, You have been kind to them out of Your munificence, munificent out of Your favors, and liberal out of Your generosity.

Transliteration

ya la ilaha illa anta almannanu dhuljalali wal-ikrami

Translation

O He save Whom there is no god! O All-benevolent! O Lord of Glory and Honor!

Transliteration

allaahumma innee as-aloka min kulle maa sa-alaka behi mohammadun wa aalohu wa as-ta-e’ezo beka min kulle mas ta-a’aza minho mohammadun wa aalohu. allaahumma a-a’tenee min kulle khayrin khayran was rif a’nnee kulla maa qazayta min sharrin aw fitnatin wagh fir lee maa ta’lamo minnee wa maa qad ahsayta a’layya min zonoobee waq ze hawaaa-ejee maa laka feehe rezan wa leya feehe salaahun yaa zal manne wal fazle wasse’ a’layya fir rizqe wal ajale wak fenee maa ahammanee min amre dunyaaya wa aakheratee innaka anta a’laa kulle shay-in qadeer.

Translation

اO Allah! I beseech You from everything which Muhammad and his progeny have asked, and I take refuge with You from everything Muhammad and his progeny have sought refuge. O Allah! Give me all best goodness, and keep away from me all what You have decreed from evil, or trial, and forgive me what You know about me, and that certainly You have recorded for me from my sins, and fulfill my needs in what You are pleased with and is in my interest, O Lord of graciousness and favour! And expand for me sustenance and life-term, and save me from my grievances appertained to my world and my hereafter, surely You have power over everything.[1]

Transliteration

ya man azhara aljamila wa satara alqabiha ya man lam yu'akhidh biljarirati wa lam yahtik alssitra ya `azima al`afwi ya hasana alttajawuzi ya wasi`a almaghfirati ya basita alyadayni bilrrahmati ya sahiba kulli najwa wa muntaha kulli shakwa ya muqila al`atharati ya karima alssafhi

Translation

O He Who has shown only goodness and concealed the evil (deeds of His servants)! O He Who has not censured for the offenses and has not exposed the hidden! O He Who is Ample in pardoning! O He Who is Excellent in overlooking! O He Who is Liberal in forgiveness! O He Who opens His Hands wide with mercy! O He Who is present in all confidential talks! O He Who is the ultimate objective of all complaints! O He Who raises from falls! O He Who is Generous in condonation!

Transliteration

ya `azima almanni ya mubtadi'an bilnni`ami qabla istihqaqiha yarabbahu ya rabbahu ya rabbahu . ya allahu ya allahu ya allahu ya sayyidahu ya sayyidahu ya mawlayahu ya mawlayahu ya raja'ahu ya ghiyathahu ya ghayata raghbatahu ya rahmanu ya rahimu

Translation

O He Who is Great in conferring bounties! O He Who takes the initiative in favoring before they are deserved! O my Lord, O my Lord, O my Lord! . O Allah, O Allah, O Allah! O my Master, O my Master! O my Chief, O my Chief! O my hope! O my succor! O ultimate of my desire! O All-beneficent! O All-merciful!

Transliteration

ya mu`ti alkhayrati salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin kathiran tayyiban ka-afdali ma sallayta `ala ahadin min khalqika

Translation

O Giver of fortunes! Bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad as much as and as pure as You have ever blessed any of Your creatures.

Transliteration

Subḥāna Allāhi al-wāḥidi al-aḥadi, Subḥāna Allāhi al-aḥadi al-ṣamad, Subḥāna Allāhi alladhī lam yalid wa lam yūlid wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad, Subḥāna Allāhi alladhī lam yattaḵhiḏ ṣāḥibatan wa lā waladan, Subḥāna man labisa al-‘izz wa al-waqār, Subḥāna man ta‘aẓẓama bil-majd wa takarrama bihi, Subḥāna man aḥṣā kulla shay'in ‘ilmuhu, Subḥāna dhī al-faḍli wa al-ṭūl, Subḥāna dhī al-manni wa al-ni‘am, Subḥāna dhī al-qudrah wa al-amr, Subḥāna dhī al-mulki wa al-malakūt, Subḥāna dhī al-‘izz wa al-jabarūt,

Translation

Glory be to Allah, the One, the Unique, Glory be to Allah, the One, the Eternal, Glory be to Allah, who neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him. Glory be to Allah, who has taken neither a companion nor a child. Glory be to Him who wears dignity and majesty. Glory be to Him who is exalted in glory and honors it. Glory be to Him who has knowledge of everything. Glory be to the One of grace and abundance. Glory be to the One of blessings and favors. Glory be to the One of power and command. Glory be to the One of sovereignty and dominion. Glory be to the One of might and supremacy.

Transliteration

Subḥāna al-ḥayy alladhī lā yamūt, Subḥāna man sabbaḥat lahu al-samā'u bi-aknāfihā, Subḥāna man sabbaḥat lahu al-arḍūn wa man ‘alayhā, Subḥāna man sabbaḥat lahu al-ṭayru fī awkārihā, Subḥāna man sabbaḥat lahu al-sibā‘u fī ājāmihā, Subḥāna man sabbaḥat lahu ḥītān al-baḥri wa hawāmuhū, Subḥāna man lā yanbaghī al-tasbīḥ illā lahu, Subḥānaman aḥṣā kulla shay'in ‘ilmuhu, Yā dhā al-ni‘mah wa al-ṭūl yā dhā al-man ni wa al-faḍl, Yā dhā al-quwwati wa al-karam, As'aluka bima‘qādi al-‘izz min ‘arshika wa muntahá ar-raḥmah min kitābika, Wa bismika al-a‘ẓama al-a‘là wa kalimātika al-tammāt kulluhā,

Translation

Glory be to the Ever-Living who does not die. Glory be to Him whom the heavens glorify in their expanse. Glory be to Him whom the earth and all that is upon it glorify. Glory be to Him whom the birds glorify in their nests. Glory be to Him whom the beasts glorify in their dens. Glory be to Him whom the fish of the sea and its creatures glorify. Glory be to Him for whom no glorification is due except for Him. Glory be to Him who has knowledge of everything. O You of grace and abundance! O You of blessings and favors! O You of strength and generosity! I ask You by the positions of honor from Your Throne and the ultimate mercy from Your Book, And by Your greatest name and all Your perfect words,

Transliteration

An tuṣallī ‘alá Muḥammadin wa āli Muḥammadin wa an taf‘al bī kadhā wa kadhā.

Translation

That You send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and that You do for me thus and thus.
