Zilhajj 1st 10 Days Amaal (Dhul-hijjah)

Transliteration

wa wa`adna musa thalathina laylatan wa atmamnaha bi`ashrin fatamma miqatu rabbihi arba`ina laylatan wa qala musa li'akhihi haruna ikhlufni fi qawmi wa aslih wa la tattabi` sabila almufsidina

Translation

And We appointed with Moses a time of thirty nights and completed them with ten more, so the appointed time of his Lord was complete forty nights, and Moses said to his brother Aaron: Take my place among my people, and act well and do not follow the way of the mischief-makers.

Transliteration

allahumma hadhihi al-ayyamu allati faddaltaha `ala al-ayyami wa sharraftaha qad ballaghtaniha bimannika wa rahmatika fa'anzil `alayna min barakatika wa awsi` `alayna fiha min na`ma'ika allahumma inni as'aluka an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa an tahdiyana fiha lisabili alhuda wal`afafi walghina wal`amali fiha bima tuhibbu wa tarda allahumma inni as'aluka ya mawdi`a kulli shakwa wa ya sami`a kulli najwa wa ya shahida kulli mala'in wa ya `alima kulli khafiyyatin

Translation

O Allah, these days that You have preferred and favored on other days, You have allowed me to attain them out of Your favor and mercy; so, (please) descend on us Your blessings and expand for us Your boons. O Allah, I beseech you to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and to guide us on these days to the path of guidance, chastity, sufficiency, and doing that which You like and please. O Allah, I beseech You, O object of all complaints, O Hearer of all confidential talks, O Attendant in all sessions, O Knower of all hidden matters,

Transliteration

an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa an takshifa `anna fiha albala'a wa tastajiba lana fiha alddu`a'a wa tuqawwiyana fiha wa tu`inana wa tuwaffiqana fiha lima tuhibbu rabbana wa tarda wa `ala ma iftaradta `alayna min ta`atika wa ta`ati rasulika wa ahli wilayatika allahumma inni as'aluka ya arhama alrrahimina an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa an tahaba lana fiha alrrida innaka sami`u alddu`a'i wa la tahrimna khayra ma tunzilu fiha min alssama'i

Translation

to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, relieve us from all hardships on these days, respond to our prayers, grant us power, aid us, and lead us successfully to all that which You, O our Lord, like and please and to do acts of obedience to You that which You have made obligatory upon us as well as acts of obedience to Your Messenger and to the men of Your leadership. O Allah, I beseech You, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy, to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and grant us [Your] pleasure on these days. You are verily Hearer of prayers. Do not deprive us of the good that You cause to come down from the heavens on these days,

Transliteration

wa tahhirna min aldhdhunubi ya `allama alghuyubi wa awjib lana fiha dara alkhuludi allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin wa la tatruk lana fiha dhanban illa ghafartahu wa la hamman illa farrajtahu wa la daynan illa qadaytahu wa la gha'iban illa addaytahu wa la hajatan min hawa'iji alddunya wal-akhirati illa sahhaltaha wa yassartaha innaka `ala kulli shay'in qadirun allahumma ya `alima alkhafiyyati

Translation

purify us from sins, O Knower of all unseen things, and make certain for us the abode of immortality. O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and do not leave for us a sin but that You forgive it, no depression but that You relieve it, no debt but that You help us settle it, no absent but that You make join us, and no need in this world and the Next World but that You make it easy and obtainable. You, verily, have power over all things. O Allah! O Knower of all hidden things!

Transliteration

ya rahima al`abarati ya mujiba aldda`awati ya rabba al-aradina walssamawati ya man la tatashabahu `alayhi al-aswatu salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waj`alna fiha min `utaqa'ika wa tulaqa'ika min alnnari walfa'izina bijannatika walnnajina birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina wa salla allahu `ala sayyidina muhammadin wa alihi ajma`ina

Translation

O Merciful of all tears! O Answerer of all prayers! O Lord of the [layers of the] earth and the heavens! O He Who is not confused by various sounds! (Please) send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and include us, on these days, with those whom You release and discharge from Hellfire, those whom You make win Your Paradise, and those whom You save, out of Your mercy. O most Merciful of all those who show mercy! Allah may send blessings to our master, Muhammad, and to his entire Household.

Transliteration

ashhadu an la ilaha illa allahu wahdahu la sharika lahu wa lahu alhamdu biyadihi alkhayru wa huwa `ala kulli shay'in qadirun

Translation

I bear witness that there is no god save Allah, alone without having any partner. His is the kingdom and His is all praise. In His Hand is all goodness, and He has power over all things.

Transliteration

ashhadu an la ilaha illa allahu wahdahu la sharika lahu ahadan samadan lam yattakhidh sahibatan wa la waladan

Translation

I bear witness that there is no god save Allah, alone without having any partner. One and Only and Besought of all. He has not taken to Himself wife nor son.

Transliteration

ashhadu an la ilaha illa allahu wahdahu la sharika lahu ahadan samadan lam yalid wa lam yulad wa lam yakun lahu kufwan ahadun

Translation

I bear witness that there is no god save Allah, alone without having any partner, One and Only and Besought of all. He begets not, nor is He begotten, and there is none comparable to Him.

Transliteration

ashhadu an la ilaha illa allahu wahdahu la sharika lahu lahu almulku wa lahu alhamdu yuhyi wa yumitu wa huwa hayyun la yamutu biyadihi alkhayru wa huwa `ala kulli shay'in qadirun

Translation

I bear witness that there is no god save Allah, alone without having any partner. His is the kingdom and His is all praise. He brings to life and causes to die, and He is Ever-living and never dies. In His Hand is all goodness and He has power over all things.

Transliteration

hasbiya allahu wa kafa sami`a allahu liman da`a laysa wara'a allahi muntaha ashhadu lillahi bima da`a wa annahu bari'un mimman tabarra'a wa anna lillahi al-akhirata wal-ula

Translation

Sufficient to me is Allah and nothing else. May Allah listen from him who prays to Him. There is no end beyond Allah. I bear witness to Allah for all that He has invited to, and that He is free of what He has disowned., and Allah’s is the end and the beginning of all things.

Transliteration

la ilaha illa allahu `adada allayali waldduhuri la ilaha illa allahu `adada amwaji albuhuri la ilaha illa allahu wa rahmatuhu khayrun mimma yajma`una la ilaha illa allahu `adada alshshawki walshshajari la ilaha illa allahu `adada alshsha`ri walwabari la ilaha illa allahu `adada alhajari walmadari la ilaha illa allahu `adada lamhi al`uyuni la ilaha illa allahu fi allayli idha `as`asa walssubhi idha tanaffasa la ilaha illa allahu `adada alrriyahi fi albarari walssukhuri la ilaha illa allahu min alyawmi ila yawmi yunfakhu fi alssuri

Translation

There is no god save Allah as often as nights and ages. There is no god save Allah as often as the waves of oceans. There is no god save Allah and His mercy is better than what they amass. There is no god save Allah as often as thorns and trees. There is no god save Allah as often as hairs and furs. There is no god save Allah as many times as there are stones and loams. There is no god save Allah as often as sights of eyes. There is no god save Allah in the night when it departs and in the morning when it brightens. There is no god save Allah as often as the wind blows over deserts and rocks. There is no god save Allah from this day up to the day when the Trumpet will be blown.
