ِلَهِي مَا عَمِلْتُ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ فَلَا حَمْدَ لِي فِيهِإ وَ مَا ارْتَكَبْتُ مِنْ سُوءٍ فَلَا عُذْرَ لِي فِيهِ إِلَهِي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَتَّكِلُ عَلَى مَا لَا حَمْدَ لِي فِيهِ أَوْ أَرْتَكِبَ مَا لَا عُذْرَ لِي فِيهِ يَا إِلَهِي أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِمَّا تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ عُدْتُ فِيهِ وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِمَّا وَعَدْتُكَ مِنْ نَفْسِي ثُمَّ أَخْلَفْتُكَ فِيهِ وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِمَّا أَرَدْتُ بِهِ وَجْهَكَ الْكَرِيمَ فَخَالَطَنِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ رِضًا وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِكُلِّ نِعْمَةٍ أَنْعَمْتَ بِهَا عَلَيَّ فَقَوِيتُ بِهَا عَلَى مَعَاصِيكَ وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِكُلِّ ذَنْبٍ أَذْنَبْتُهُ وَ لِكُلِّ خَطِيئَةٍ ارْتَكَبْتُهَا وَ لِكُلِّ سُوءٍ أَتَيْتُهُ يَا إِلَهِي وَ أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ تَهَبَ لِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ كُلَّ ذَنْبٍ فِيمَا بَيْنِي وَ بَيْنَكَ وَ أَنْ تَسْتَوْهِبَنِي مِنْ خَلْقِكَ وَ تَسْتَنْقِذَنِي مِنْهُمْ وَ لَا تَجْعَلَ حَسَنَاتِي فِي مَوَازِينِ مَنْ ظَلَمْتَهُ وَ أَسَأْتَ إِلَيْهِ فَإِنَّكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ قَادِرٌ يَا عَزِيزُ

English Translation

O my God! There is no praise for me in any good deeds I have done and I have no excuse for any bad deeds I have done O my God! I take refuge in You from relying upon what there is no praise for me or doing what there is no excuse for me to do O my God! I ask You to forgive me for what I repented to You and then returned to I ask You to forgive me for all the promises I made but then I broke them I ask You to forgive what I decided to do for the sake of Your Benevolent Face, but then my intentions were mixed with things that did not please You I ask You to forgive me for all the blessings that You bestowed on me but I used them to insist on doing acts of Your Disobedience I ask You to forgive every sin I committed, and every offense I made and every bad deed that I performed O my God! I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny and bestow Mercy upon me regarding all the sins that are between me and You have the people forgive me and relieve me from them . Please do not let my good deeds be considered for those whom I oppressed, and did wrong to since indeed You are able to do so. O Exalted in Might!
