وَٱلْوَعْدَ وَٱلْوَعِيدَ بِهِمَا حَقٌّ يَا مَوْلاَيَ شَقِيَ مَنْ خَالَفَكُمْ وَسَعِدَ مَنْ أَطَاعَكُمْ فَٱشْهَدْ عَلَىٰ مَا أَشْهَدْتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا وَلِيٌّ لَكَ بَرِيءٌ مِنْ عَدُوِّكَ فَٱلْحَقُّ مَا رَضِيتُمُوهُ وَٱلْبَاطِلُ مَا أَسْخَطْتُمُوهُ وَٱلْمَعْرُوفُ مَا أَمَرْتُمْ بِهِ وَٱلْمُنْكَرُ مَا نَهَيْتُمْ عَنْهُ فَنَفْسِي مُؤْمِنَةٌ بِٱللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَريكَ لَهُ

Transliteration

walwa`da walwa`ida bihima haqqun ya mawlaya shaqiya man khalafakum wa sa`ida man ata`akum fashhad `ala ma ashhadtuka `alayhi wa ana waliyyun laka bari'un min `aduwwika falhaqqu ma raditumuhu walbatilu ma askhattumuhu walma`rufu ma amartum bihi walmunkaru ma nahaytum `anhu fanafsi mu'minatun billahi wahdahu la sharika lahu

English Translation

and the promise of Paradise and the threat with Hell are true. O My master! Certainly wretched is he who opposes you and certainly happy is he who obeys you. So, testify to me all that which I have besought you to testify. I am verily an ally of you and denouncing your enemy. The truth is only that which you accept, the wrong is only that which you disallow, the good is only that which you enjoin, and the evil is only that which you forbid. My soul is thus believing in Allah; One and Only Lord and having no associate,
