Dua and Amaal for last eve and Day

Transliteration

ya hayyu ya qayyumu ya dhaljalali wal-ikrami yarahmana alddunya wal-akhirati wa rahimahuma ya arhama alrrahimina ya ilah al-awwalina wal-akhirina aghfir lana dhunubana wa taqabbl minna salatana wa siyamana wa qiyamana

Translation

O Ever-Alive, O Eternal, O the Lord of Majesty and Honor. O the All-beneficent of this world and the Next World and the All-merciful of them; O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. O the God of the past and the coming generations; (Please) forgive us our sins, And accept our prayers, fasting, and worship.

Transliteration

allahumma hadha shahru ramadana alladhi anzalta fihi alQur'ana wa qad tasarrama wa a`udhu biwajhika alkarimi ya rabbi an yatlu`a alfajru min laylati hadhihi aw yatasarrama shahru ramadana wa laka qibali tabi`atun aw dhanbun turidu an tu`adhdhibani bihi yawma alqaka

Translation

O Allah, this month of Ramadhan in which You revealed the Qur'an is about to come to its end. I seek refuge with Your Noble Face, O Lord, that it dawns tonight or the month of Ramadhan elapses but I am still liable to an offense or a sin that You want to punish me for committing it when I will meet You.

Transliteration

allahumma la taj`alhu akhira al`ahdi mn siyamy lishahri ramazana wa a`udhu bika an yatlu`a fajru hadhihi allaylati illa wa qad ghafarta le

Translation

O Allah: (please) do not decide my observance of fasting in this month of Ramazan to be the last of my(life's) observance of fasting. I take refuge with Thee lest the dawn of this night breaks forth without me having been positively forgiven.

Transliteration

yaa madabbiral umoor yaa baa—i’tha man fil quboor yaa mujriyal buh’oor yaa mulayyinal h’adeedi li—dawood s’aali a’laa muh’aamadin wa aali muh’ammad

Translation

O the Director of all affairs; O the Resurrector of all those in graves; O He Who causes oceans to flow; O He Who made the iron pliant for (Prophet) David; (Please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

Transliteration

Allahumma innaka arhamu alrrahimina la ilaha illa anta, tafaddalta `alayna fahadaytana, wa mananta `alayna fa`arraftana, wa ahsanta ilayna faa`antana `ala ada‘i ma aftaradta `alayna min siyami shahrika shahri Ramadhana. falaka alhamdu bimahamidika kulliha `ala jami`i na`maiika kulliha, hatti yantahiia alhamdu ili ma tuhibbu wa tardi wa hadha akhiru yawmin min shahri Ramadhana faidha anqadi faakhtimhu lana bialssa`adati wa alrrahmaati wa almaghfirati, wa alrrizqi aluasi`i alkathiri alttayyibi,

Translation

O Allah: verily, You are the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. There is no god save You. You have done us the favor of guiding us (to the true path) And You have bestowed upon us with the favor of making us recognize You, And You have done us the grace of helping us carry out that which You have made obligatory upon us, Which is the observance of fasting during Your month; the month of Ramadhan. So, all praise be to You with the all forms of praising You, For all of Your bounties, So that praise will attain the stage that You like and please. And this is the last day in the month of Ramadhan; If ite lapses, then (please) seal it for us with happiness and mercy and forgiveness And sustenance that is expansive, abundant and pleasant,

Transliteration

alladhy la hisaba fihi wa la `adhaba `alayhi, wa albarakaati wa alfawzi wa alfawzi bialjannaati, wa al`itqi mina alnnari, wa la taj`alhu akhira al`ahdi minhu, wa ahillahu `alayna bi-afdali alkhayri wa albarakaati wa alssururi `alayya wa `ala aahly wa walidayya wa dhurriiiaty ya karimu. aalllhumma hadha shahru Ramadhana alladhy anzalta fihi alqurana hudian lilnnasi wa bayyinatin min alhudi wa alfurqani waqad tasarrama, faa`udhu biuajhika alkarimi an taghiba alshshamsu min hadha aliawmi, aw yatlu`a alfajru min hdhihi alllaylaati,

Translation

For which You will not settle an account with nor will You torture us, And (also) blessing and triumph and winning Paradise And release from Hellfire. And (please) do not decide this month to be the last one in our lifetimes, And (please) make the (coming) month to commence carrying to us the best of goodness and blessing and pleasure For me and for my family (i.e. wife) and for my parents and for my offspring; O the All-generous (Lord). O Allah: This is the month of Ramadhan, In which You revealed the Qur'an As guidance for people and as clear proofs of true guidance and distinction (between the right and the wrong). And it has come to its end; Therefore, I seek the protection of Your Noble Face against that the sun sets on this day Or dawn rises to put end to this night

Transliteration

wa laka qibaly dhanbun aw tabi`aatun, turidu an tu`adhdhibany `alayha yawma alqaka. ay mulayyina alhadidi lidawuda, ay kashifa alkarbi al`azhiimi `an ayyuwba, salli `ala muhammadin wa `ala ahli bayti muhammadin wa hab ly fikaka raqabaty mina alnnari wa kulla tabi`aatin wa dhanbin laka qibali, wakhtim ly bilrrida waljannati. ya aallhu ya arhama alrrahimina, salli `ala muhammadin wa`ala ahli baytihi almubarakiina al-akhyari wa sallim tasliman.

Translation

But I am still liable for a sin or an offense And You want to punish me for it on the day when I will meet You. O He Who made the iron pliant for (Prophet) David; O He Who removed the great agony from (Prophet) Job; (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad And grant me release from Hellfire And from all offenses and sins for which I am liable before You And (please) seal my life with Your satisfaction and Paradise. O Allah: O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy; (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and upon his Household—the blessed and the virtuous— And shower upon them thorough greeting.

Transliteration

allahumma ashrah bilqur’ani sadri wasta`mil bilqur’ani badani wa nawwir bilqur’ani basari wa atliq bilqur’ani lisani wa a`inni `alayhi ma abqaytany fa’innahu la hawla wa la quwwata illa bika

Translation

O Allah: (please) expand my breast through the Qur'an And use my body for the Qur'an And enlighten my sight by the Qur'an And make my tongue eloquent by the Qur'an And help me carry out its duty as long as You keep me alive, For there is neither power nor might save with You.

Transliteration

allahumma inni as’aluka ikhbata almukhbitina wa ikhlasa almuqinina wa murafaqata alabrari wastihqaqa haqa’iqi al’imani wal-ghanimata min kulli birrin wal-ssalamata min kulli ithmin wa wujuba rahmatika wa `aza’ima maghfiratika wal-fawza biljannati wal-nnajata mina alnnari

Translation

O Allah: I do beseech You for the humbleness of those who humble themselves before You; and for the sincerity of those possessing certainty; and for the companionship of the pious ones; and for the worthiness of the truths of faith; and for gaining a share of all pious deeds; and for safety from all sins; and for the merit of Your mercy; and for the qualifications of winning Your forgiveness; and for winning Paradise; and for salvation from Hellfire.

Transliteration

allahumma innaka qulta fiy kitabika almunzali: “shahru Ramadhana alladhiy unzila fihi alqur’anu.” wahadha shahru Ramadhana waqad tasarrama fasaluka biuajhika alkarimi wakalimatika alttammati in kana baqia `alayya dhanbun lam taghfirhu li aw turidu an tu`adhdhibaniy `alayhi aw tuqayisaniy bihi an la yatlu`a fajru hadhihii allaylati aw yatasarramu hdha alshshahru illa waqad ghafartahu li

Translation

O Allah: You have said in Your revealed Book: “The month of Ramadhan in which the Quran was revealed…” And this month of Ramadhan is about to slip away. I thus beseech You in the name of Your Noble Face, And Your Perfect Words, If I am still liable to a sin that You have not yet forgiven or You want to punish me for it, or to retaliate upon me because of it, (I beseech You that) before dawn of this night rises And before this moth elapses (please) forgive it for me;

Transliteration

ya arhama alrrahimina. allahumma laka alhamdu bimahamidika kulliha awwaliha wa-akhiriha ma qulta linafsika minha wama qala alkhalaiiqu alhamiduna almujtahiduna alma`duduna almuwaqqiruna dhikrika walshshukra laka alladhina a`antahum `ala ada‘i haqqika min asnafi khalqika mina almalaiikati almuqarrabina walnnabiyyina walmursalina

Translation

O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy. O Allah: all praise be to You in all expressions of praise— The first and the last expressions; Expressions that You have said about Yourself, And expressions that have been used by the created beings; The beings that are diligent, selected, Revering their mention of You, And their thanking You, Whom You helped carry out Your duty that is incumbent upon them, From among the varieties of Your creatures; Such as the Favorite Angels, The Prophets, the Messengers,

Transliteration

wa-asnafi alnnatiqina walmusabbihina laka min jami`i al`alamina `ala annaka ballaghtana shahra Ramadhana wa`alayna min ni`amika wa`indana min qisamika waihsanika watazhahuri imtinanika fabidhalika laka muntaha alhamdi alkhalidi alddaiimi alrrakidi almukhalladi alssarmadi alladhy la yanfadu tuwla alabadi jalla thanau´ka a`antana `alayhi hatta qadayna syamahu waqyamahu

Translation

And the other varieties who speak of Your praise And glorify You from among all the creatures. (Praise be to You for) You have allowed us to witness the month of Ramadhan, While we are covered by Your graces And we are enjoying Your bounties and favors And Your evident conferrals. For all that, the ultimate praise be to You, Praise that is perpetual and ceaseless And endless and eternal and everlasting Praise that never ends evermore. Splendid be the praising of You, For You have helped us accomplish our fasting and acts of worship in this month,

Transliteration

min salatin wama kana minna fihi min birrin aw shukrin aw dhikrin. allahumma fataqabbalhu minna biahsani qabulika watajauuzika wa`afuika wasafhika waghufranika wahaqiqati riduanika hatta tuzhfirana fihi bikulli khayrin matlubin wajazili `ata‘in mawhuwbin watuwaqqiana fihi min kulli marhubin aw bala‘in majlubin aw dhanbin maksubin. allahumma inny asaluka bi`azhimi ma sa-alaka bihi ahadun min khalqika

Translation

Including prayers and whatever good deed that we have done during this month As well as all praise and mention of You. O Allah: (please) accept all that from us with the most excellent of Your approval And Your overlooking and Your pardoning And Your excusing and Your forgiving And the actuality of Your pleasure So that You may make us win all good turns that is besought And the abundant share from any gifted bestowal And that You save us from any dangerous matter, Or any anticipated misfortune Or any committed sin. O Allah: I beseech You in the name of the greatest of all these by which any of Your servants have besought You,

Transliteration

min karimi asmaiika wajamili thanaiika wakhassati du`a’ika an tusallia `ala Muhammadin wa-ali Muhammadin wa-an taj`ala shahrana hadha a`zhama shahri Ramadhana marra `alayna mundhu aunzilna ila alddunya barakatan fy `ismati dini wakhalasi nafsi waqada‘i hawa’iji watushaffi`aniy fy masa’ili watamami alnni`mati `alayya wasarfi alssu‘i `anni

Translation

Including Your Noble Names, And the excellent praising of You And private supplication to You That You may send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, And You may decide this month of Ramadhan to be the greatest month in blessings that we have ever witnessed Since we were sent down to this world, As regarding protection of my religion, And redemption of myself And settlement of my needs And that You may accept my intercession to You concerning Your settlement of my requests And Your perfecting Your graces upon me And Your keeping evil away from me

Transliteration

walibasi al`afiati ly fihi wan taj`alany birahmatika mimman khirta lahu laylata alqadri waja`altaha lahu khayran min alfi shahrin fy a`zhami alajri wakaraiimi aldhdhukhri wahusni alshshukri watuli al`umri wadawami aliusri. allahumma wasaluka birahmatika watawlika wa`afuika wana`maiika wajalalika waqdimi ihsanika wamtinanika an la taj`ilahu akhira al`ahdi minna lishahri Ramadhana

Translation

And Your dressing me with well-being during this month, And that You may include me, out of Your mercy, with those whom You allowed to obtain the benefits of the Grand Night And those for whom You have decided this Night to be better than one thousand months, As regarding obtaining its vastest rewards, And its noblest gifts And approving praiseworthiness And obtaining long lifetime And perpetuity of comfort. O Allah: I also beseech You in the name of Your mercy and Your beneficence And Your pardon and Your graces And Your majesty and Your eternal favoring and conferral That You may not decide this month of Ramadhan to be the last one in our lifetime;

Transliteration

hatta tuballighanahu min qabilin `ala ahsani halin watu`arrifany hilalahu ma`a alnnazhirina ilayhi walmu`tarifina lahu fy a`fa `afiatika wan`ami ni`matika Wa’awsa`i rahmatika wajzali qisamika ya rabbia alladhy laysa ly rabbun ghayruhu la yakunu hadha aluada`u minny lahu wada`a fana‘in wala akhira al`ahdi minny lilliqa‘i hatta turiannihi min qabilin fy awsa`i alnni`ami wafdali alrraja‘i wana laka `ala ahsani aluafa‘i innaka sami`u alddu`a‘i.

Translation

Rather, You may decide us to catch the coming month of Ramadhan while we enjoy the best of manners And that You may decide us to see the new moon of the next month of Ramadhan by including me with those who will see it and realize its value While I am enjoying the best wellbeing And the most blissful of Your bounties And the most expansive of Your mercy And the most abundant of the share of Your sustenance that You decide for me. O my Lord save Whom I have no lord; (please) do not decide that this words of bidding the month of Ramadhan farewell to be the last farewell after which there will be my termination And do not decide this time to be the last of my meeting the month of Ramadhan; Rather, You may decide that You will enable me to witness the coming Ramadhan while I am enjoying the most expansive graces and attaining the best of my hopes And I am loyal to You in the most faithful manner. Verily, You are the Hearer of prayers.

Transliteration

allahumma asma` du`a’i warham tadarru`y watadhalluly laka wastikanatiy watawakkuly `alayka wana laka musallimun la arjw najahan wala mu`afatan wala tashrifan wala tablighan illa bika waminka famnun `alayya jalla thanau´ka wataqaddasat asmau´ka bitablighy shahra Ramadhana wana mu`afan min kulli makruhin wamahdhurin wamin jami`i albawa’iqi, alhamdu lillahi alladhy a`anana `ala syami hadhaalshshahri waqyamihi

Translation

O Allah: (please) respond to my prayer, And have mercy upon my acquiescence and submission before You As well as my humbleness and reliance upon You, While I am totally subservient to You; I hope success and wellbeing And honoring and attainment of my hopes from none save You and through none save You; So, (please) do this favor to me— Splendid be the praising of You, And sacred be Your Names— By allowing me to witness the (coming) month of Ramadhan while I am delivered from any apprehensive and fearful matter And from all misfortunes. All praise be to Allah Who has helped us observe fasting during this month and do acts of worship

Transliteration

hatta ballaghany akhira laylatin minhu.

Translation

Until I am witnessing the last night of this month.

Allahumma inni as-aluka bi-ahabbi ma du'ita bihi wa arda ma radita bihi 'an Muhammadin sallallahu 'alayhi wa alihi an tusalliya 'ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammad wa la taj'al wada'i wada'a shahri ramadana wada'a khuruji minad-dunya wa la wada'a akhiri 'ibadatika fihi wa la akhira sawmi laka war-zuqnil-'awda fihi thummal-'awda fihi bi-rahmatika ya waliyyal-mu'minin wa waffiqni fihi li-laylatil-qadr waj'al-ha li khayran min alfi shahr ya rabbal-'alamin ya rabba laylatil-qadri wa ja'ilaha khayran min alfi shahr rabbal-layli wan-nahari wal-jibali wal-bihar waz-zulami wal-anwari wal-ardi was-sama' ya bari'u ya musawwiru ya hannanu ya mannanu ya Allah

Translation

O Allah, I ask You by the most beloved of that which You are called by and the most pleasing of what You are pleased with for Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family that You send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and do not make my farewell to the month of Ramadan a farewell to my departure from this world nor the farewell of my last worship in it, nor my last fast for You and grant me the chance to return to it again and again, by Your mercy, O Guardian of the believers and grant me success in it to reach the Night of Qadr and make it for me better than a thousand months, O Lord of the worlds O Lord of the Night of Qadr, Who made it better than a thousand months Lord of the night and the day, the mountains and the seas and the darkness and the lights, the earth and the heaven O Creator, O Shaper, O Compassionate, O Benefactor, O Allah

Transliteration

ya rahmanu ya rahimu ya qayyumu ya badi'u lakal-asma'ul-husna wal-amthalul-'ulya wal-kibriya'u wal-ala' as-aluka bismika bismillahir-rahmanir-rahim an tusalliya 'ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammad wa an taj'ala ismi fi hadhihil-laylati fis-su'ada' wa ruhi ma'ash-shuhada'i wa ihsani fi 'illiyyin wa isa'ati maghfura wa an tahaba li yaqinan tubashiru bihi qalbi wa imanan la yashubuhu shakkun wa ridan bima qasamta li wa an tu'tiyani fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa an taqiyani 'adhaban-nar Allahummaj-'al fima taqdi wa tuqaddiru minal-amril-mahtum

Translation

O Most Gracious, O Most Merciful, O Self-Sustaining, O Originator to You belong the most beautiful names, the highest examples, greatness, and bounties I ask You by Your name, In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful to send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and to place my name on this night among the fortunate ones and my soul with the martyrs, and my good deeds in the highest ranks and my misdeeds forgiven and to grant me a certainty that touches my heart and a faith untainted by doubt, and contentment with what You have allotted for me and to give me good in this world and good in the Hereafter and to protect me from the punishment of the Fire O Allah, among what You decree and ordain of the inevitable matters

Transliteration

wa fima tafruqu minal-amril-hakimi fi laylatil-qadr fil-qada'illadhi la yuraddu wa la yubaddalu wa la yughayyaru an taktubani min hujjaji baytikal-haram al-mabruri hajjuhumul-mashkuri sa'yuhumul-maghfuri dhanbuhum al-mukaffari 'anhum sayyi'atuhum waj'al fima taqdi wa tuqaddiru an tutila 'umuri wa an tu'tiqa raqabati minan-nari ya arhamar-rahimin Allahumma inni as-aluka wa lam yas-alil-'ibadu mithlaka judan wa karaman wa arghabu ilayka wa lam yurghab ila mithlika anta mawdi'u mas-alatis-sa'ilina wa muntaha raghbatir-raghibin as-aluka bi-a'zamil-masa'ili kulliha wa afdaliha wa anjahiha allati yanbaghi lil-'ibadi an yas-aluka biha ya Allahu ya Rahman

Translation

and among what You distinguish of the wise matters on the Night of Qadr in the decree that is not reversed, nor changed, nor altered that You write me among the pilgrims of Your Sacred House whose Hajj is accepted, whose efforts are appreciated, and whose sins are forgiven whose evil deeds are expiated and include in what You decree and ordain the lengthening of my life and the freeing of my neck from the Fire, O Most Merciful of the merciful O Allah, I ask You—and the servants have not asked anyone like You in generosity and kindness and I turn to You—and none like You has been turned to with such desire You are the object of the askers' requests and the ultimate desire of those who hope I ask You by the greatest of all requests, the best of them, and the most successful of them by which it is fitting for servants to ask You, O Allah, O Most Gracious

Transliteration

wa bi-as-ma'ika ma 'alimtu minha wa ma lam a'lam wa bi-as-ma'ikal-husna wa amthalikal-'ulya wa bi-ni'matikal-lati la tuhsa wa bi-akrami as-ma'ika 'alayka wa ahabbiha ilayk wa ashrafiha 'indaka manzilatan wa aqrabiha minka wasilatan wa ajzaliha minka thawaban wa as-ra'iha ladayka ijabatan wa bismikal-maknunil-makhzunil-hayyil-qayyumil-akbaril-ajall alladhi tuhibbuhu wa tahwahu wa tarda 'amman da'aka bihi wa tastajibu lahu du'a'ahu wa haqqun 'alayka alla tukhayyiba sa'ilaka wa as-aluka bi-kulli ismin huwa laka fit-tawrati wal-injili waz-zaburi wal-furqan wa bi-kulli ismin da'aka bihi hamalatu 'arshika wa mala'ikatu samawatik wa jami'il-asnafi min khalqika min nabiyyin aw siddiqin aw shahid

Translation

and by Your names, those I know of and those I do not know and by Your beautiful names and Your sublime examples and by Your blessings that cannot be counted and by the most noble of Your names to You and the most beloved of them to You and the most honorable in status with You and the closest in means to You and the most abundant in reward from You and the quickest in response from You and by Your hidden, treasured name, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining, the Greatest, the Most Majestic which You love and favor, and are pleased with whoever calls You by it and You answer his prayer, and it is a right upon You not to disappoint Your asker and I ask You by every name that belongs to You in the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms, and the Quran and by every name by which the bearers of Your Throne and the angels of Your heavens have called You and all classes of Your creation, whether prophet, truthful one, or martyr

Transliteration

wa bi-haqqir-raghibina ilaykal-muqarrabina minka al-muta'awwidhina bik wa bi-haqqi mujawiri baytikal-harami hujjajan wa mu'tamirina wa muqaddisin wal-mujahidina fi sabilik wa bi-haqqi kulli 'abdin muta'abbidin laka fi barrin aw bahrin aw sahlin aw jabal ad'uka du'a'a man qadish-taddat faqatuhu wa kathurat dhunubuhu wa 'azuma jurmuhu wa du'fa kad-huhu du'a'a man la yajidu li-nafsihi saddan wa la li-du'fihi muqawwiya wa la li-dhanbihi ghafiran ghayraka hariban ilayka muta'awwidhan bik muta'abbidan laka ghayra mustakbirin wa la mustankif kha'ifan ba'isan faqiran mustajiran bik as-aluka bi-'izzatika wa 'azamatika wa jabarutika wa sultanik wa bi-mulkika wa bi-baha'ika wa judika wa karamik

Translation

and by the right of those who desire You, are close to You, and seek refuge in You and by the right of those dwelling near Your Sacred House, pilgrims, performers of Umrah, and sanctifiers and those striving in Your path and by the right of every servant worshipping You on land or sea, or plain or mountain I call upon You with the prayer of one whose need has become severe and whose sins have increased and whose crime is great and whose effort is weak the prayer of one who finds no one to fill his void, nor any strengthener for his weakness nor any forgiver for his sin except You, fleeing to You, seeking refuge in You worshipping You without arrogance or disdain fearful, miserable, poor, seeking Your protection I ask You by Your might, Your greatness, Your omnipotence, and Your authority and by Your kingdom, Your splendor, Your generosity, and Your kindness

Transliteration

wa bi-ala'ika wa husnika wa jamalik wa bi-quwwatika 'ala ma aradta min khalqik ad'uka ya rabbi khawfan wa tama'an wa rahbatan wa raghbata wa takhash-shu'an wa tamalluqan wa tadarru'an wa ilhafan wa ilhahan khadi'an lak la ilaha illa anta wahdaka la sharika lak ya quddusu ya quddusu ya quddusu ya Allahu ya Allahu ya Allah ya rahmanu ya rahmanu ya rahmanu ya rahimu ya rahimu ya rahim ya rabbi ya rabbi ya rabbi a'udhu bika ya Allah al-wahidul-ahadus-samadul-watrul-kabirul-muta'al wa as-aluka bi-jami'i ma da'awtuka bihi wa bi-as-ma'ikal-lati tamla'u arkanaka kullaha an tusalliya 'ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammad

Translation

and by Your bounties, Your goodness, and Your beauty and by Your power over whatever You intend for Your creation I call You, O Lord, in fear and hope, in awe and desire and in humility, flattery, supplication, persistence, and insistence, submissive to You there is no deity except You alone, You have no partner O Holy, O Holy, O Holy, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah O Gracious, O Gracious, O Gracious, O Merciful, O Merciful, O Merciful O Lord, O Lord, O Lord, I seek refuge in You, O Allah the One, the Unique, the Eternal, the Singular, the Great, the Most High and I ask You by everything I have called You with and by Your names that fill all Your pillars that You send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

Transliteration

wagh-fir li war-hamni wa awsi' 'alayya min fadlikal-'azim wa taqabbal minni shahra ramadana wa siyamahu wa qiyamahu wa fardahu wa nawafilah wa ghfir li war-hamni wa'fu 'anni wa la taj'al-hu akhira shahri ramadana sumtuhu laka wa 'abadtuka fih wa la taj'al wada'i iyyahu wada'a khuruji minad-dunya Allahumma awjib li min rahmatika wa maghfiratika wa ridwanika wa khashyatik afdala ma a'tayta ahadan mimman 'abadaka fih Allahumma la taj'alni akhsara man sa'alaka fih waj-'alni mimman a'taqtahu fi hadhash-shahri minan-nar wa ghafarta lahu ma taqaddama min dhanbihi wa ma ta'akh-khar wa awjabta lahu afdala ma rajaka wa ammalahu minka ya arhamar-rahimin Allahummar-zuqnil-'awda fi siyamihi laka wa 'ibadatika fih

Translation

and forgive me, and have mercy on me, and expand for me Your great bounty and accept from me the month of Ramadan, its fasting, and its standing in prayer its obligations and its voluntary acts, and forgive me, have mercy on me, and pardon me and do not make it the last month of Ramadan I fast for You and worship You in and do not make my farewell to it a farewell to my departure from this world O Allah, decree for me Your mercy, Your forgiveness, Your pleasure, and Your fear better than what You have given anyone who worshipped You during it O Allah, do not make me the most losing of those who asked You during it and make me among those You have freed in this month from the Fire and whose past and future sins You have forgiven and for whom You decreed the best of what he hoped and expected from You, O Most Merciful O Allah, grant me the return to fasting for You and worshipping You in it

Transliteration

waj-'alni mimman katabtahu fi hadhash-shahri min hujjaji baytikal-haram al-mabruri hajjuhumul-maghfuri lahum dhanbuhumul-mutaqabbali 'amaluhum amin amin amin rabbal-'alamin Allahumma la tada' li fihi dhanban illa ghafartah wa la khati'atan illa mahawtaha wa la 'athratan illa aqaltaha wa la daynan illa qadaytahu wa la 'aylatan illa aghnaytaha wa la hamman illa farrajtahu wa la faqatan illa sadadtaha wa la 'uryan illa kasawtahu wa la maradan illa shafaytah wa la da'an illa adh-habtahu wa la hajatan illa qadaytaha 'ala afdali amali wa raja'i fika ya arhamar-rahimin Allahumma la tuzigh qulubana ba'da idh hadaytana wa la tudhillana ba'da idh a'zaztana wa la tada'na ba'da idh rafa'tana

Translation

and make me among those You have recorded in this month as pilgrims to Your Sacred House whose Hajj is accepted, whose sins are forgiven, and whose deeds are accepted Amen, Amen, Amen, Lord of the Worlds O Allah, do not leave for me in it any sin but that You forgive it nor any mistake but that You erase it, nor any stumble but that You overlook it nor any debt but that You pay it, nor any poverty but that You enrich it nor any worry but that You relieve it, nor any need but that You fulfill it nor any nakedness but that You clothe it, nor any illness but that You heal it nor any ailment but that You remove it, nor any need but that You fulfill it according to the best of my hope and expectation in You, O Most Merciful O Allah, do not let our hearts swerve after You have guided us and do not humiliate us after You have honored us, nor lower us after You have raised us

Transliteration

wa la tuhinna ba'da idh akramtana wa la tufqirna ba'da idh aghnaytana wa la tamna'na ba'da idh a'taytana wa la tahrimna ba'da idh razaqtana wa la tughayyir shay'an min ni'amika 'alayna wa ihsanika ilayna li-shay'in kana min dhunubina wa la lima huwa ka'inun minna fagh-fir lana wa tajawaz 'anna wa la tu'aqibna 'alayha ya arhamar-rahimin Allahumma akrimni fi majlisi hadha karamatan la tuhinuni ba'daha abada wa a'izzani 'izzan la tudhilluni ba'dahu abada wa 'afini 'afiyatan la tabtalini ba'daha abada war-fa'ni rif'atan la tada'ni ba'daha abada was-rif 'anni sharra kulli shaytanin maridin wa sharra kulli jabbarin 'anid wa sharra kulli qaribin aw ba'idin wa sharra kulli saghirin aw kabir wa sharra kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun bi-nasiyatiha

Translation

and do not disgrace us after You have ennobled us, nor impoverish us after You have enriched us and do not withhold from us after You have given us, nor deprive us after You have provided for us and do not change any of Your blessings upon us or Your kindness toward us because of any of our past sins, or for what may come from us so forgive us, and overlook our faults, and do not punish us for them, O Most Merciful O Allah, honor me in this gathering with an honor after which You will never humiliate me and grant me a might after which You will never debase me and grant me a wellbeing after which You will never afflict me and raise me to a height after which You will never lower me and turn away from me the evil of every rebellious devil and every stubborn tyrant and the evil of everyone near or far, and the evil of everyone small or great and the evil of every creature whose forelock You hold

Transliteration

inna rabbi 'ala siratim-mustaqim Allahumma ma kana fi qalbi min shakkin aw ribah aw juhudin aw qunutin aw farahin aw marah aw batarin aw khuyala'a aw riya'in aw sum'ah aw shiqaqin aw nifaqin aw kufrin aw fusuqin aw ma'siyah aw shay'in la tuhibbu 'alayhi waliyyan laka fa-as-aluka an tamhuwahu min qalbi wa tubaddilani makanahu imanan wa ridan bi-qada'ika wa wafa'an bi-'ahdik wa wajalan minka wa zuhdan fid-dunya wa raghbatan fima 'indak wa thiqatan bika wa tuma'ninatan ilayka wa tawbatan nasuhan ilayk Allahumma in kunta ballaghtanahu wa illa fa-akh-khir ajalana ila qabil hatta tuballighanahu fi yusrin minka wa 'afiyatin ya arhamar-rahimin wa sallallahu 'ala Muhammadin wa alihi kathira

Translation

indeed, my Lord is on a straight path O Allah, whatever is in my heart of doubt or suspicion or denial or despair or vanity or boastfulness or arrogance or pride or hypocrisy or seeking reputation or discord or hypocrisy or disbelief or immorality or disobedience or anything for which You do not love Your friend, I ask You to erase it from my heart and replace it with faith, contentment with Your decree, and loyalty to Your covenant and awe of You, and detachment from this world, and desire for what is with You and trust in You, and tranquility in You, and a sincere repentance to You O Allah, if You have allowed us to reach it (Ramadan), then so be it; otherwise, delay our terms until the next until You allow us to reach it in ease from You and wellbeing, O Most Merciful and may Allah bless Muhammad and his family abundantly

Transliteration

wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh

Translation

and the mercy of Allah and His blessings

Transliteration

yaa madabbiral umoor yaa baa—i’tha man fil quboor yaa mujriyal buh’oor yaa mulayyinal h’adeedi li—dawood s’aali a’laa muh’aamadin wa aali muh’ammad

Translation

O the Director of all affairs; O the Resurrector of all those in graves; O He Who causes oceans to flow; O He Who made the iron pliant for (Prophet) David; (Please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

Transliteration

Allahumma salli ‘ala Muhammad wa Aali Muhammad Waj‘alni min awfari ‘ibādika nasīban min kulli khayr Anzaltahu fī hadhihi al-laylah aw anta munziluhu Min nūrin tahdi bihi aw rahmatin tanshuruha Aw rizqin taqsimuhu aw balā’in tarfa‘uhu Aw maradin takshifuhu Waktub li fīhā mā katabta li-awliyā’ika al-sālihīn Alladhīna istawjabū minka al-thawāba wa aminū biridāka al-‘adhāba Ya Karīm, Ya Karīm, Ya Karīm Salli ‘ala Muhammad wa Aali Muhammad Waf‘al bi dhalika birahmatika ya arham al-rāhimīn Warzuqni ba‘da inqidā’i shahri Ramadān al-‘ismata wa al-tawbata

Translation

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. And make me among Your servants with the greatest share of all good. That You have sent down this night or will send down. Of light by which You guide, or mercy which You spread. Or sustenance that You distribute, or affliction that You remove. Or illness that You heal. And decree for me in it what You have decreed for Your righteous friends. Those who have earned reward from You and are safe from Your punishment. O Most Generous, O Most Generous, O Most Generous. Send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. And grant me that by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. And grant me, after Ramadan ends, protection, repentance.

Transliteration

Wa al-inābata wa al-tamassuka bi-walāyati Muhammad wa Aali Muhammad Wa munn ‘alayya abadan mā abqaytanī bidhikrika wa shukrika Lil-raghbati wa al-thabāti ‘ala dīnika Wa al-tawfīqi limā waffaqta lahu Muhammadan wa Aala Muhammad Allahumma innaka qulta fī kitābika al-munzal Wa qawluka al-haqqu shahru Ramadān alladhī unzila fīhi al-Qur’ān Wa hādhā shahru Ramadān qad tasarramat layālihi wa ayyāmuhu Fa as’aluka bi-wajhika al-karīm wa kalimātika al-tāmmah Wa bihaqqi Muhammadin wa Aali Muhammad In kāna baqiya ‘alayya dhanbun wāhidun lam taghfirhu lī Aw turīdu an tuḥāsibanī ‘alayhi aw tu‘āqibanī ‘alayh Aw tuqāyisanī bihi an lā yaṭlu‘a fajru hadhihi al-laylah

Translation

And turning back to You, and holding fast to the guardianship of Muhammad and his family. And bless me always, as long as You keep me alive, with Your remembrance and gratitude. For longing and steadfastness upon Your religion. And success in what You granted success to Muhammad and his family. O Allah, You have said in Your revealed Book. And Your word is true: “The month of Ramadan in which the Quran was revealed.” And this is the month of Ramadan, whose nights and days have passed. So I ask You by Your noble face and perfect words. And by the right of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. If there remains even one sin upon me that You have not forgiven. Or if You intend to hold me accountable or punish me for it. Or measure me by it, let not the dawn of this night rise.

Transliteration

Aw yatasarrama hadhā al-shahru illā wa qad ghafartahu lī Ya arham al-rāhimīn Ay mulayyina al-ḥadīdi li-Dāwūd Ay kāshifa al-karbi ‘an Muhammad Salli ‘ala Muhammad wa Aali Muhammad Wa istajib du‘ā’ī wa a‘ṭinī su’lī Wa aj‘al jamī‘a hawāya lī sakhaṭan illā mā raḍītahu Wa aj‘al jamī‘a ṭā‘atika lī riḍan Wa in khālafa mā hawaytu ‘ala mā aḥbabta aw karihta Ḥattā akūna laka fī jamī‘i mā amartanī mutābi‘an muṭī‘an Sāmi‘an wa ‘an kulli mā nahaytanī ‘anhu muntahiyan Wa fī kulli mā qaḍayta ‘alayya wa lī rāḍiyan

Translation

Or this month pass except that You have forgiven it for me. O Most Merciful of the merciful. O You who softened iron for David. O You who relieved distress from Muhammad. Send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. And answer my supplication and grant me my request. And make all my desires displeasing to me except what pleases You. And make all obedience to You a source of satisfaction for me. Even if it opposes my desires, in what You love or dislike. Until I am obedient and following You in all that You command me. Listening and abstaining from all that You have forbidden me. And pleased with all that You have decreed for me and upon me.

Transliteration

Wa ‘ala kulli mā an‘amta bihi ‘alayya shākiran Wa fī kulli ḥālātī laka dhākiran Min ḥāli ‘āfiyatin aw balā’in aw shiddatin aw rakhā’ Ilāhī fa salli ‘ala Muhammad wa Aali Muhammad Wa unẓur ilayya fī jamī‘i umūrī naẓratan raḥīmah Sharīfatan karīmah tuqawwīnī bihā ‘ala mā amartanī bihi Wa tusaddidunī lahā wa lijamī‘i mā kallaftanī fi‘lah Wa tazīdanī bihā baṣaran wa yaqīnan Fī jamī‘i mā ‘arraqtanī min ālā’ika ‘indī Ilāhī ḥājatī al-‘uẓmā Allatī in qaḍaytahā lam yaḍurranī mā mana‘tanī Wa in mana‘tanīhā lam yanfa‘nī mā a‘ṭaytanī

Translation

And grateful for every blessing You have granted me. And in all my states, remembering You. Whether in well-being or trial, hardship or ease. My God, so send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. And look upon me in all my affairs with a merciful glance. A noble and generous glance that strengthens me for what You command me. And guide me to it and all that You have enjoined upon me. And increase me through it in insight and certainty. In all that You have made me recognize of Your favors upon me. My God, my greatest need. Which, if You fulfill it, nothing You withhold will harm me. And if You withhold it, nothing You grant will benefit me.

Transliteration

As’aluka fakāka raqabati mina al-nār Ya sayyidī irḥamnī mina al-salāsili wa al-aghlāli wa al-sa‘īr Wa irḥamnī mina al-ṭa‘āmi al-zaqqūmi wa shurbi al-ḥamīm Irḥamnī min jahannama inna ‘adhābahā kāna gharāmā Innahā sā’at mustaqarra wa muqāmā Lā tu‘adhdhibnī wa anā astaghfiruka Wa lā taḥrimnī wa anā as’aluka As’aluka al-jannata wa mā fīhā Wa a‘ūdhu bika mina al-nāri wa mā jama‘ta Allāhumma fazawwijnī mina al-ḥūri al-‘īn Wa aj‘alnī mimman ya’tī āminan yawma al-qiyāmah Innī limā anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqīr

Translation

I ask You for the release of my neck from the Fire. O my Master, have mercy on me from chains, shackles, and the blazing fire. And have mercy on me from the food of Zaqqūm and the drinking of boiling water. Have mercy on me from Hell, indeed its punishment is lasting. Indeed, it is an evil dwelling and place of stay. Do not punish me while I seek Your forgiveness. And do not deprive me while I ask You. I ask You for Paradise and all that is in it. And I seek refuge in You from the Fire and all that it contains. O Allah, grant me marriage with the heavenly maidens (Ḥūr al-‘Īn). And make me among those who come on the Day of Judgment in security. Indeed, I am in need of whatever good You send down to me.

Transliteration

Allāhumma faṣalli ‘alā Muḥammad wa Āli Muḥammad Wa ibda’ bi-Muḥammad wa Āli Muḥammad fī kulli khayr Min khayri al-dunyā wa al-ākhirah

Translation

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. And begin with Muhammad and the family of Muhammad in every good. From the goodness of this world and the Hereafter.

Transliteration

al-hamdu lillahi-lladhi la yudrikul-'ulama'u 'ilmahu wa la yastakhifful-juhhalu hilmahu wa la yuhsinul-khala'iqu wasfahu wa la yakhfa 'alayhi ma fis-sudur khalaqa khalqahu min ghayri aslin wa la mithal bila ta'abin wa la nasabin wa la ta'lim wa rafa'as-samawatil-mawtudati bila as-habin wa la a'wan wa basatal-arda 'alal-hawa'i bi-ghayri arkan 'alima bila ta'limin wa khalaqa bila mithal 'ilmuhu bi-khalqihi qabla an yu-kawwinahum ka-'ilmihi bi-him ba'da tak-winihi lahum lam yakhluqil-khalqa li-tash-didi sultan wa la li-khawfin min zawalin wa la nuq-san

Translation

Praise be to Allah, whose knowledge the scholars cannot encompass and the ignorant cannot undermine His forbearance and the creatures cannot perfect His description and nothing in the hearts is hidden from Him He created His creation without an origin or a precedent without fatigue, exhaustion, or being taught and He raised the firm heavens without companions or helpers and He spread the earth upon the air without pillars He knew without being taught and He created without a precedent His knowledge of His creation before He brought them into being is like His knowledge of them after He brought them into being He did not create the creation to strengthen His authority nor out of fear of its passing or any deficiency

Transliteration

wa las-ta'ana bi-khalqihi 'ala diddin mukabir wa la niddin mushawir ma li-sultanihi haddun wa la li-mulkihi nafad taqaddasa bi-nuri qudsihi dana fa-'ala wa 'ala fa-dana fa-lahul-hamdu hamdan yantahi min sama'ihi ila ma la nihayata fi-ti'la'ih hasuna fa'aluhu wa 'azuma jalaluhu wa ud-diha burhanuh fa-lahul-hamdu zinatal-jibali thiqla wa 'adadal-ma'i wath-thara wa 'adada ma yura wa 'adada ma la yura al-hamdu lillahi-lladhi kana idh lam takun ardun mad-hiyyah wa la sama'un mabniyyatun wa la jibalun mursayah wa la shamsun tajri wa la qamarun yasri

Translation

nor did He seek help from His creation against a stubborn opponent nor from a consulting rival There is no limit to His authority and no end to His kingdom He is sanctified by the light of His holiness, He approached and became high, and was high and approached To Him belongs praise, a praise that reaches from His heaven to that which has no end in its height His actions are beautiful, His majesty is great, and His proof is clear To Him belongs praise as heavy as the weight of the mountains and the number of the drops of water and the soil and the number of what is seen and what is not seen Praise be to Allah, who existed when there was no spread-out earth nor a constructed heaven, nor fixed mountains nor a running sun, nor a traveling moon

Transliteration

wa la laylun yud-ja wa la naharun yud-ha iktafa bi-hamdihi 'an hamdi ghayrih al-hamdu-lladhi tafar-rada bil-hamdi wa da'a bih fahuwa waliyyul-hamdi wa mun-shi'uhu wa khaliquhu wa wahibuh malaka fa-qahara wa hakama fa-'adal wa ada'a fas-tanara huwa kahful-hamdi wa qararuh wa minhu mub-tadahu wa ilayhi mun-tahah is-takh-lasal-hamda li-nafsihi wa radia bihi mimman hamidah fahuwal-wahidu bila nis-batin ad-da'imu bila muddah al-mutafar-ridu bil-quwwati al-mutawah-hidu bil-qudrah lam yazal mulkuhu 'aziman wa mannuhu qadiman wa qawluhu rahima wa as-ma'uhu zahirah

Translation

nor a darkening night, nor a brightening day He is content with His own praise over the praise of others Praise be to Him who is unique in praise and called for it For He is the Master of praise, its originator, its creator, and its giver He possessed and prevailed, and He judged and was just And He shone and gave light, He is the refuge of praise and its resting place from Him is its beginning and to Him is its end He extracted praise for Himself and was pleased with it from whoever praises Him He is the One without relation, the Eternal without duration the Unique in power, the One in ability His kingdom has always been great, His favor ancient, and His word merciful and His names are manifest

Transliteration

radia min 'ibadihi ba'das-sun'i an qalu al-hamdu lillahi rabbil-'alamin wal-hamdu lillahi mithla jami'i ma khalaqa wa zinatah wa ad-'afa dhalika ad-'afan la tuhsa 'ala jami'i ni'amihi wa 'ala ma hadana wa atana wa qawwana bi-mannihi 'ala siyami shahrina hadha wa manna 'alayna bi-qiyami ba'di laylih wa atana ma lam nas-ta'-hilhu wa lam nas-taw-jibhu bi-a'malina fa-lakal-hamdu Allahumma rabbana fa-anta mananta 'alayna fi shahrina hadha bi-tarki ladh-dhatina waj-tinabi shahawatina wa dhalika min mannika 'alayna la mannin minna 'alayk rabbana fa-laysa a'zamul-amrayni 'alayna nuhula ajsamina wa nas-ba abdanina

Translation

He was pleased with His servants, after creation, that they say Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds And praise be to Allah like all that He created and its weight and multiples of that, multiples that cannot be counted for all His blessings, and for what He guided us to, gave us, and strengthened us with by His favor upon our fasting of this month of ours and He favored us with standing for prayer during some of its nights and He gave us what we did not deserve and did not earn by our deeds so to You belongs praise O Allah, our Lord, You have favored us in this month of ours by giving up our pleasures and avoiding our desires and that is from Your favor upon us, not a favor from us to You Our Lord, the greater of the two matters to us is not the emaciation of our bodies or the exhaustion of our frames

Transliteration

wa lakin a'zamul-amrayni wa ajallul-masa'ibi 'indana ma in kharajna min shahrina hadha muh-taqibina bil-khaybati mahrumin qad khaba tama'una wa kadhaba zannuna fa-ya man lahu sumna wa wa'dahu saddaqna wa amrahut-taba'na wa ilayhi raghibna la taj'alil-hirmana hazzana wa lal-khaybata jaza'ana fa-innaka in haramtana fa-ahlu dhalika nahnu li-su'i sani'ina wa kathrati khatayana wa in ta'fu 'anna rabbana wa taqdi hawa'ijana fa-anta ahlu dhalika mawlana fa-tala ma bil-'afwi 'indad-dhunubi is-taqbal-tana wa bir-rahmati lada is-tijabi 'uqubatika ad-rak-tana wa bit-tajawuzi was-satri 'inda ar-tikabi ma'asika kafay-tana rabbana fa-munna 'alayna bi-'afwika ya karim

Translation

but the greater of the two matters and the most majestic of calamities to us is if we exit this month of ours carrying away disappointment and deprivation with our hopes failed and our expectations proven false So O He for whom we fasted and whose promise we believed and whose command we followed and for whom we desired do not make deprivation our lot nor disappointment our reward for if You deprive us, we are deserving of that due to our evil conduct and many mistakes but if You pardon us, our Lord, and fulfill our needs, You are worthy of that, our Master for long have You met us with pardon despite our sins and with mercy when we deserved Your punishment, You reached us and with overlooking and veiling when committing Your disobediences, You sufficed us Our Lord, so favor us with Your pardon, O Generous One

Transliteration

fa-qad 'azumat musibatuna wa kathura asafuna 'ala mufaraqati shahrin kabura fihi amaluna wa sayyidana fa-'ala shahri sawminal-'azimi fihi raja'unas-salam Allahumma faj-'al 'iwadana min shahri sawmina maghfirataka wa rahmataka rabbana wa in kunta rahimtana fi shahrina hadha fa-dhalika zannuna wa amaluna faz-dad 'anna rida wa in kunna hurimna dhalika bi-dhunubina fa-minal-ana rabbana la tufar-riq jama'atana hatta tash-hada lana bi-'itqina wa tu'tiyana fawqa amalina wa tazi-dana fawqa talibatina wa taj'ala shahrana hadha amanan lana min 'adhabik wa in anta ballagh-tana shahra ramadana aydan fa-balligh-na ghayra 'a'idina fi shay'in mimma tukrah thumma barik lana fihi waj-'alna as'ada ahlihi bih wa in atat ajaluna duna dhalika faj-'alil-jannata mun-qalabana wa masirana waj-'al khurujana ila musallana wa muj-tama'ina khurujan min jami'i dhunubina

Translation

for our calamity is great and our regret is much over parting from a month in which our hope was large And our Master, upon the month of our great fasting, in which is our hope, be peace O Allah, make our compensation for the month of our fasting Your forgiveness and Your mercy Our Lord, and if You have had mercy on us in this month of ours, that is our expectation and our hope so increase in Your pleasure with us and if we were deprived of that by our sins, then from now, our Lord, do not disperse our gathering until You bear witness to our freedom from the Fire and give us beyond our hope and increase us beyond our request and make this month of ours a security for us from Your punishment and if You allow us to reach the month of Ramadan again, let us reach it without returning to anything You dislike then bless it for us and make us the happiest of its people with it and if our terms come before that, then make Paradise our destination and our fate and make our exit to our place of prayer and our gathering an exit from all our sins

Transliteration

waj-'alna aw-jaha man tawaj-jaha ilayka wa aqraba man taqar-raba ilayk wan-qalibna min musallana wa qad ghafarta lana ma salafa min dhunubina wa 'asam-tana fi baqiy-yati a'marina waj-'al lana fil-halali maf-sahan wa mut-tasa'a Allahumma wa nabiyy-yakal-muhabbabal-mukar-ram faj-zihi Allahumma 'anna afdala ma jazayta nabiyyan 'an ummatih wa salli 'alayhi 'adada kalima-tikat-tam-mat war-fa'hu ila a'lad-daraji wa ash-rafil-ghuraf Allahummagh-fir lana wa liman waladana minal-mu'minina wal-mu'minat Allahumman-sur juyushal-mus-limina was-tan-qidh usarahum Allahumma-twi li-huj-jaji baytikal-haramil-bu'da wa sahhil lahumul-hazn wa ar-ji'hum ghanimina maghfuran lahum kullu dhanb

Translation

and make us the most distinguished of those who turn to You and the closest of those who draw near to You and let us return from our place of prayer with You having forgiven our past sins and protected us for the rest of our lives and make for us in the permissible a wide space and abundance O Allah, and Your beloved, honored Prophet so reward him, O Allah, on our behalf with the best reward You have given a prophet for his nation and bless him according to the number of Your perfect words and raise him to the highest degrees and the most noble of chambers O Allah, forgive us and our parents among the believing men and women O Allah, help the armies of the Muslims and rescue their captives O Allah, shorten the distance for the pilgrims of Your Sacred House and make the difficult terrain easy for them and return them successful with every sin forgiven

Transliteration

Allahumma wa far-rij 'an makrubi ummati Ahmad Allahumma wa kama sa'altuka faf-'al dhalika bina wa bi-jami'il-mu'minin Allahumma wa ma sa'alnaka aw lam nas-al-ka min jami'il-khayri kullihi fa-a'tina wa atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar Allahumma waj-ma' lana khayral-akhirati wad-dunya wa a'idhna min sharri-hima ya arhamar-rahimin

Translation

O Allah, and relieve the distressed ones of the nation of Ahmad O Allah, as I have asked You, so do that for us and for all the believers O Allah, and what we asked You or did not ask You of all goodness, then give it to us And give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire O Allah, and gather for us the good of the Hereafter and this world and protect us from the evil of both, O Most Merciful of the merciful
