اللّهُمّ أَدِّ عَنَّا حَقَّ مَا مَضَى مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا تَقْصِيرَنَا فِيهِ وَتَسَلَّمْهُ مِنَّا مَقْبُولاً، وَلا تُؤَاخِذْنَا بِإِسْرَافِنَا عَلَى أَنْفُسِنَا، وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنَ المَرْحُومِينَ وَلا تَجْعَلْنَا مِنَ المَحْرُومِينَ.

Transliteration

allahumma addi `anna haqqa ma madha min shahri ramadhana waghfir lana taqsirana fihi wa tasallmhu minna maqbulan wa la tu´akhidhna bi-israfina `ala anfusina waj`alna mina almarhumina wa la taj`alna mina almahrumina

English Translation

O Allah: (please) help us fulfill the right of the past days of the month of Ramadhan, And forgive us our shortcoming during it, And receive it from us with acceptance, And do not blame us for our extravagance in our affairs, And include us with those upon whom mercy is had, And do not include us with those deprived (of the awards of Ramadhan).
